Any ideas re: the half size cards seen the above pics?

HM is pretty much the best thing ever, btw.

I'll make sure it works in the next update. You can also uncheck the scale fonts and re-attach your stats to popups in Player Prefs.

Thanks,
Roy
Looks like the problem was at my end. The install package wasn't able to update the HM.exe file for some reason (HM wasnt running), when I rebooted and re-installed the update I got th pop-ups back.

Speaking of pop-ups, I much preferred the old defaults. Most of the pop-ups on the default HUD stats now all show the same things. Is there a quick and easy way to revert back to the old ones?

You can change them in the Popup Configuration and we will be adding back all the other stats that used to be available in the defaults. Sorry, this was a transition that will be good but in the short term a few things were missed.

1 - When I'm in the Reports tab under the Holecards "report name", after I replay a hand, sometimes I'll get an error like this when I try to click on another row of hands after I close the replayer:

This hasn't happened in other versions (granted I haven't used this page much, but it hasn't happened before). I'm running Vista with all of the safety-guards off, so no UAC, nothing that would cause it to be different than prior versions.

2. There should be some sort of button to go back one action in the replayer. Going over hand review in a sweat session sucks if you hit the > button one too many times because from what I see there is no way to go back one action. So something like << < GO > >> or something I think would be better. If you're working on this already, thanks; if not, I think it's a priority.

3. In the top right seat of the replayer, we can only see around 1/2 or 2/3 of the holecards, the top left seat is working fine.

Thats all I've seen, thanks again for the great product.
Yes, will get those things added to replayer asap along with the bug fix.

Can you click on Details next time that happens and send me the screen shot or text grab of that it says

Thanks,

Roy

by marked hands, does this mean that while we are LIVE playing if an interesting hand comes up, we can mark it down and then it'll be in some saved hands folder that we can view in the replay folder for later?

if so, awesome. if it's not this, can it be done in the future?

Yes, this is how it will work. On every hand grid section there will be a checkbox to only show marked hands. You mark the hand by clicking on the hand in the last pots box and checking that check box. Don't do it now though, even though the check box is there it does not quite work yet.

You will also be able to mark hands from HM as well.

This isn't 100% done yet but I'm still hoping to get it out tonight. The multi lines in multi panels is done now so it is definitely in the next build.

Have been converted from PT to HM, bought it earlier tonight and it's totally awesome

Would be nice if various themes/skins were available for HM though...as much as I love HM so far PT3's interface (or maybe it's the colour combo they use?) just looks a lot cleaner imo

Personally I love the plain Grays - of course all my Poker, Browser, Desktop, 2+2, etc are all skinned dark.

I will admit I also thought PT3 was 'prettier' when I first tested it - but I soon didn't care which 'looked' better, only which performed better. Also, if he adds skins to the HM GUI - I will never have time to play poker, I will be too busy skinning everything. Stars is adding Lobby Themes soon.

Stop in da brew Choccy - we miss u, IMO.

When I join a FTP 1/2NL full ring game my stats appear, even though I have 'disable hero stats' checked in player prefs. If I go to the table manager, right click the table, choose 9max, click OK, my stats disappear. Any way to avoid this extra step?

Under HUD Options there should be a "Name Hero" option where you can put your hero name in. This should let HM and the HUD know that you are the hero as soon as you sit down and not display your stats.

Ive bought HM, but im having a lot of trouble downloading PostgresQL. Whenever I try to download it it says that port 5432 is already in use but its not. I have Vista. It says I should go to control panel and turn off access control. Ive done that. Then it says to change my name to administrator in holdemmanager.exe, but I cant because the writing and box is gray and wont let me check the box off. Also, it says to do the same in hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe but I dont have either of these programs and I dont know how to get them. What should I do to get my port 5432 working and how do i get those two programs? Any help at all having to do with downloading PostGreSQL on Vista would be much appreciated. thank you.

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Edit - also, it doesn't seem that the "Copy HH to Clipboard" is working every time in the Hands tab.

Edit 2 - restarting HM fixed the Copy HH issue.

similar to the popup designer and its pull down menu for different pop ups can we have that functionality for different player preferences templates?

i bring this up since you said that you plan on working on tourney support soon and a tourney HUD is a lot simplier than cash games (very little post flop stats needed). i actually want to play turbo SNGs and that's even more simple push/fold with VPIP/PRF/STEAL is all that is needed.

ps looking forward to your multiple panels

Hey Roy, hope you see this before you put out the update tonight. Wondering if it would be easy to be able to put in a blank space in the HUD to separate stats into groups- esp useful when abbrs are not shown. I posted this earlier today, dont know if you saw it. Thanks!

My (hero) stats are sometimes displayed in the HUD but I have marked it in the properties that it should not. And sometimes some other player stats show up on heros seat. I have set my user name in the "Set up Hero names".

This is how it should work... is it possible that in the HUD Filters section you set the #Days value to 1?
Nope, just checked and it's set at "365 days old".... No idea why it isn't working, hasn't ever worked for me AFAIK.
