hello guys

2 things

Cant find anywhere where to turn on table hud, to see last hands (or two) directly on table hud. In hem2 u just saw winner+$ directly . Hem3 I see only this, which is annoying cuz i have to click on that.

position of mucked card, is there something else besides : configure mucked cards, so i just re-position it, click it again?

next hand, it's very same, so mucked cards block my actual hand again.

The HM2 recent winners list in HUD was not part of the profile in the editor, so it does not come across directly on HM2 HUD Import. You will have to copy the Table Averages group from one of the default HM3 HUD Profiles. We are looking into the possibility of automatically creating Recent winner list when importing HM2 HUD Profiles.

Here are the instructions on how to add table averages to any HUD profile:

Open the HUD - 'HUD Editor...' and select one of the default HM3 'Profiles' that has the 'Table Averages' group included. In the upper left 'Group' window select the 'Table Averages' group and click the small button right of the Delete button and 'Export Group' to your computer. Then switch to the HUD Profile that doesn't show them and 'Import Group' for that Table Averages group file you just exported.

All you should have to do is enable that option to configure the positions then move them to their new positions using the Ctrl + Left Mouse Button then close that configure option from the table HUD. I just did this and enabled it again and my new positions were saved so it should heopfully work for you as well.

Is this a custom HUD profile you created or imported from HM2? Does it happen with our default/included HUD profiles?

Hello. Since I updated bovada client and hm3, the ignition hand grabber is not recognizing/importing any new hands. Any ideas on how to fix this?

The auto import folder is checked and still the same folder. Seat preference hasnt changed

EDIT: NVM I read back to last page. I'll wait for you guys to update here thanks Fozzy.

Is it possible to revert back to the last update on bovada and keep playing with the grabber on older version?

Ignition have updated their software which has broken the Hand Grabber. The development team are working on a fix and this will be made available as soon as possible.

We are finishing testing it right now for HM3 (PT4 released it a couple hours ago) and our lead developer just told me he will be releasing it for HM3 after his lunch. Try to restart HM3 in an hour or two from now and then check the lower left corner of HM3 when it gets restarted for the status message that it has been downloaded. You can also confirm it was updated by opening the HM3 - Apps - Ignition Hand Grabber > 'Status' menu and checking for v1.0.19 in the header. See the attached images of how this looks from my testing on our staging servers earlier today.

Note: The Ignition Hand Grabber App (IHG) can be updated in the background on startup without the need for an HM3 update to fix this. You will know it has been updated if you check the Apps - Ignition Hand Grabber - 'Status' menu and see in the header that the version number has been updated to version number 1.0.19 or above.

Update works. Hud works now. Two questions. If I get moved to a new table or disconnect, with the HUD still work on Ignition now that Hand Grabber is updated? Also, if I import hand histories from Ignition but HUD wasn't recording the hands in HM3, can I still import them into HM3 and see them like regular imported hands?

I have a problem with HUD on SNAP tables on 888 poker. I have updated to version 3.1.13.0.
HM is importing normal and snap HH, but hud only works on normal tables.

No, this update of the Ignition Hand Grabber (IHG) was only to address the writing of hands that the Ignition client update broke. We still have a few previous issues open on the To Do list that got bumped up the priority list yesterday after we fixed the other issue:

- IGN-220 - No Hud after Ignition disconnection
- IGN-212 - No Hud after table moves before playing
- IGN-210 - HUD missing on some cash tables (when multitabling)


I think IGN-210 happens most often when you get seated at a new table UTG+1 and only observe a partial hand before you get dealt in from what I saw in my testing on 6max tables yesterday and added new logs and comments for the developer to hopefully help them solve that issue.

You have to manually import the downloaded hands. You have to make sure you toggle on the HM3 - Tools - Settings - Import - [x] 'Allow reimport of hand histories' then import the downloaded files using the HM3 - File - Import Folder/Files options as explained in this section of our Ignition Setup Guide. See the linked images below:

If you are seeing the HUD displayed but hero's HUD is showing hyphens instead of stats, that is a known issue we are working on.

If you are not seeing any HUD display for any players: Please see our HUD Troubleshooting FAQ and If you continue to have problems please send the requested screenshots, logs and hand history files in a new support ticket as instructed at the end of the FAQ.

Hey Fozzy. I have been checking for updates since yesterday and opening and closing hm3 but handgrabber is still 1.0.18. I have version 3.1.13.0 showing for hm3. Any fixes for this?

Hey there, 888 just launched their German client. Handhistory are looking the same as before, but import still not working (no hands recognized).

Let me know if you need any handhistory file or anything else to check.
Tried with HM2 and HM3.

Ignition Hand Grabber (IHG) app version 1.0.19 was released over 36 hours ago. You need to completely restart HM3 and the HM3 server to get the update.

- Close your poker clients, close HM3 and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.
- Restart HM3 and make sure HM3 and the HM3 Server (Auto Import/HUD) is fully started.
- Launch your poker client(s).

Now you should see the proper version.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: C:\HM2Archive\2016\07\31).

If the hands are not being auto imported they will be in the original poker client hand history directory instead.

When sending any files please zip them (select all files with CTRL+A > right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like Dropbox, then in Windows File Explorer right-click (DropBox Icon) 'Share' > 'Create Link' > Copy Link' and right-click > 'Paste' the download link directly into the support ticket email. If you have any problems with Dropbox try using WeTransfer or FileDropper or FireFox Send or Google Drive and copy/paste the download link to us.

As mentioned, due to regulations 888poker launched a completely new poker client last night.

Import worked perfectly fine with the old one, but no longer with the German client (language is set to English). Even manually importing the handhistory does not recognize any news hands.

So most likely they made some changes to the format. Will send it by email.

Right, they most likely changed the HH header to 888.de at a minimum, in which case we will need some hands sent in for our testers/developers to work with so they can add import and HUD support for HM2 and HM3.

This only happens on some tables, not all. Super weird.

Does it only happen at Stars or other clients also?

1. Make sure your poker client is closed and right-click on the shortcut icon for the client.
2. Select "Properties" on the menu that pops up.
3. Go to the "Compatibility" tab.
4. Under Settings, click 'Change high DPI settings.
5. Toggle on the 'High DPI scaling override' option and see if it helps. You can also try switching from Application to System.
6. Use the "OK/Apply" buttons to save this information.

Use the following instructions to do the same for Holdem Manager to 125 or 96/Normal - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...g+DPI+settings

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and send your HM2Logs folder in a support ticket with screenshots and a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing, with a link to this thread and your forum name.

If they are sitting out or disconnected and the site still deals them in and auto mucks their hands before they reconnect/sit-in then the hand gets counted. I believe both HM2 and PT4 do this as well, as should any other tracker if they are actually dealt cards and get auto-folded.

HM2 or HM3? Please try to specify which version of HM you are using when posting questions or bug reports in this thread in the future.

I am not aware of any specific Zoom issues for either as a result of the recent update other than some HM3 users having issues with the HM3 'Graphical HUD' on tournaments. If you are using HM3 try using the HM3 - HUD - [x] Standard HUD'.

If you continue to have problems we need screenshots, logs and hands from a session sent to us as instructed below.

HM3:

Make sure you always start HM3 first before you open the PokerStars Client. If you closed PokerStars for any reason and did not close HM2 please close them both and start HM3 before you start PokerStars again. If you continue to have problems please tell us which ps.xx skin you play on and what the client/server version numbers are and send the logs/files as instructed below:

HM2:

Please update to the latest beta version 2.0.0.8699 if you haven't updated yet - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ger_2_Beta.exe

- After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock.*
* If you do not see an 'unblock' option you can ignore this step.
- Then, right click the file and run as administrator.

IMPORTANT Zoom Installation Instructions:

Make sure you always start HM2 first before you open the PokerStars Client. If you closed PokerStars for any reason and did not close HM2 please close them both and start HM2 before you start PokerStars again.

On the first run, you must start the Hold'em Manager 2 HUD BEFORE you launch PokerStars. If PokerStars is open, you must close PokerStars, start the HUD and then open PokerStars before Zoom HUD will function properly.

If the Zoom HUD is not displaying after doing the above, please uninstall PokerStars, rename the associated C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\PokerStars.xx folders. and re-download and install PokerStars as the PokerStars installation is more than likely corrupted and a PokerStars reinstall should resolve the issue.

HUD worked on 3/4 tables 2 days ago on Ignition and now it isn't working on any tables?

I am really frustrated that I just "upgraded" to a product that doesn't work. Is it possible to run HM3 on mac and get it to work?

Now playing on ACR when I click the box on my HUD to add player notes HM3 opens a window off-screen. It is as if HM3 thinks I have a 3rd monitor while I only have two. No other program does this including HM2?

How can I fix this?

I played 2 tables yesterday without issue myself. I will try some 4 table testing later today to see if I have any issues. Note: We have known issues where the HUD won't work if you get seated at an empty table and auto-moved to a new table, or if your table or IGN client disconnects. If either of those things happen you have to exit and restart the IGN client.

- Close your poker clients, close HM3 and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.
- Restart HM3 and make sure HM3 and the HM3 Server (Auto Import/HUD) is fully started.
- Launch your poker client(s).

There are no plans for a MAC version of HM3 at this time. If you want to use HM3 on a MAC you will need to use something like Parallels or BootCamp so you can install Windows for playing poker. If you do not want to use Windows to play poker you could consider trying the MAC version of PT4.

The only fix we have found for this is to lower your DPI scaling for the Poker client and HM3 manually, or lower it for all of Windows.
