Thank you for your email and I am sorry to hear you are having problems. This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. It is a result of the new Winamax client that we are trying to add support for to HM3. I do not have an estimate for when this issue will be resolved. We do not give estimates until it has been confirmed as implemented/resolved by our testers and the release is imminent.

You will receive a prompt to update HM3 any time there is an update available as long as you have enabled the Tools - Settings - General - [x] 'Check for Updates' and [x] 'Prompt for beta updates' options. You can check for new updates via the HM3 - Help - 'Check for updates...' option. You can also check for updates and release notes in our HM3 Releases forum or in our Release Notes FAQ.

Is that a custom HUD you created or imported from HM2? Do you have the same problems if you use the HM3 'Standard' HUD profile?

Try to remove any unused or extra popups from the HM3 HUD profile, that you might have imported from HM2. With HM3 it loads the stats for all the associated popups even if you are not using them.

- HM3 - HUD - HUD Editor - 'Profile:' = select the profile you want to edit.
- Options - 'Export' or 'Duplicate' the profile so you have a backup copy before you make any edits.
- Click the 'Popup Groups' button in the upper right corner.
- In the upper left under 'Groups' you can select then 'Delete' any unused popups.

This should help speed up the overall HUD and popups performance.

If you continue to have problems:

- Try to remove positional stats directly in the hud (stats using position item property in the Hud Editor)
- Try to reduce number of stats in the HUD
- Try to disable session stats in tooltips (HM3 - HUD - HUD Options)
- Try to set max number of hands limit lower in HUD Options
- Try to reduce the number of hands in the database (new database and import only portion of the hands)
- For popup loading speeds: reduce number of popups and complexity of the popups


If none of that helps: Please create a support ticket via the 'Contact Support' link with a link to this thread and your forum username. Please reproduce the problem and attach a set of log files and a screenshot and detailed description of the issue in the support ticket you created.

We have a 'Vs Player' filter but that shows the amount you won/loss for any hands that player VPIP'd so it won't be just vs that specific player like you could see in the HM2 Vs Player report.

This feature request has been documented in detail and provided to the developers for future consideration.

HMT-3562 - Leakonomics: Enable vs player report

If you want to be notified if/when it is added please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HMT-3562 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

Is there a way in either hm2 or hm3 to filter for a specific time of day period and filter out the rest?

For instance can you do a filter to show results only between 11 am and 3 pm for the year 2020? While filtering out the rest of times results? Obviously this can be done for a specific day, but what about for an entire year?

That is not possible in HM2's Custom Date Range Filter menu but it is possible in HM3's Filter Editor - Basic - Date filter using the 'Start Time' filter as shown in the images below. We also have a 'Hour of Day' report for both cash and tournament mode in the HM3 Report Selector. HM2 has a similar report in the More Reports - 'DateTime' menu.

Hello, I just login into Igntion a few min ago, same issue. No hud and no hand writing to HM3. HM3 is set to check for updates and beta updates. I'm on the lastest version (3.1.13.0).

Could you please send the update where hands are written to HM3 even if HUD doesn't work yet?

Unfortunately I do not have any way to send a beta version of the Ignition Hand Grabber (IHG) app itself. Apps can only be updated on a HM3 restart after the developers release the new app update. Once the developers let me know the app has been updated, and I am able to test it myself, I will make sure to post here in the thread to let you and everyone know it has been updated to version 1.0.19 and what is or isn't working in the updated IHG app.

In HM2 it color-coded the villain so you could see what action he took now this pop-up is useless. Also, the text shouldn't be over the cards. Please fix this.

If you open a report such as the Overall report and right-click in the upper grid of that report you can 'Save As...' and export the report data to a *.csv file. That file can then be opened in a spreadsheet program such as OpenOffice Calc. Once you have it open in the spreadsheet program you will want to use Shift/Ctrl and the left mouse button to select all the percent stats then click the Format - Cells menu and change those numbers to 'Percent'.

If you have the NoteCaddy beta installed you should be able to create those stats I think using NC. I don't actually use or provide support for NC so I wouldn't be able to tell you how to create them myself. Is it possible to just have a big graph and the option to filter the time while playing without all the reports/clutter similar to OHM2?

I just downloaded and tried the software but when I imported hands into a graph 60% of the lower half screen was filled with reports that were distracting and made the graph too small.

I also couldn't see a quick time filter for the graph similar to what HM2 has.

On the main Report Selector page open the 'Tournament Results Graph' or 'Cash Results Graph' report for a full view graph report. The graph has a funnel icon in the upper left corner for opening the full Filter Editor menu, or for applying various basic Date Range and Game Type filters. There is also a gear icon in the lower left corner of the graph, like in HM2, for various graph options such as graphing by Big Blinds and enabling other graph lines.

Tilting as in like poker tilt. "Tilt describes a player who acts irrationally after losing a big pot. Going on tilt can mean a player is overtly angry or just playing abnormally."

Rough date for when we can expect HM3 hud to start working again for ignition players?

The developers and testers are actively working on it but I do not have an estimate for release yet as the testers are having a couple issues with both HM3 and PT4. Once it is working properly and gets released I will make a post here to let you know you can restart HM3 to download the new Ignition Hand Grabber (IHG) app version.
