Thanks, I got it. One more question though, I noticed that for some occasion the whole card is not displayed. For example we went preflop allin, I covered the opp. and the card what the opp. called with cannot be seen. Any idea why?

Also, how much affect has these hands? I mean if the card is not displayed how does HM2 calculate the EV?

I do not know why that would happen without having the hands sent in a support ticket with screenshots/details of the errors/hands for detailed testing.

Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to us using the 'Contact Support' link.

Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: C:\HM2Archive\2016\07\31).

When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. *If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then click 'Share' > 'Create Link' > Copy Link' *and right-click > 'Paste' the download link directly into the support ticket email. If you have any problems with dropbox try using filedropper.com or google drive.

I can't answer this without the above. EV is not my best area, and even if it was I wouldn't try and answer such a question until after at least testing and documenting the bug. Even then we might not be able to accurately answer such a question until after the bug has been fixed and we can compare the before and after stats in the reports.

ok so I have reported a bug for ipoker (william hill) mtts that if the table changes there is no hud anymore. the bug is open for 2-3 years now. are you guys planning to fix it? i mean it's ipoker and it affects all mtts. it's quite serious for an mtt player

This is not something we can fix on our end, it is a limitation in the IPoker software's hand history files. Their hand history files do not note that there has been a table change so we can't attach the HUD automatically to the new tables. You will need to report this issue to their support. If they need guidance from our developers on what is required they can contact us directly through our support system and our team will forward their email/questions to our developers for a technical reply.

Our QA/Testing Manager liked your suggestion as well, but that will require him to write up 2 more developer tickets:

When I choose to "hide hand result" it doesn't show the players cards disappearing when they fold in the replayer. It shows players who folded with cards still in front of them as I cycle through the rest of the hand. Is this a known bug?

What site are the hands from? Are they downloaded hands from a site that shows all known hole cards such as Ignition? This is the only open issue I can think of off the top of my head that might be related:

Either way, I will need a small sample of the hands sent for testing with screenshots or video showing the problems and detailed step by step description of which replayer settings to toggle on/off and which hand/street to step through to duplicate the problems.

@Holdem Manager rep. There's a little mistake I found. The "cbet-fold OOP single raised" stat has the wrong description. Can you let me know if the stat is accurate according to the name and only the description is wrong?

I downloaded the latest version of HEM 2 with the partypoker HH support but when trying to import files it seems to import the hands i've chosen but I cant seem to find them anywhere? I downloaded the party poker HH file and clicked Hand importing -> Import files. Shouldnt that be it?
It shouldn't matter I have my Pokerstars set as hero or anything else?

is there any reason why my HEM2 wont start. Everytime i try it, it just show if i want to run it as administrator then seems like its starting and after that nothing.

I just asked our QA/Testing Manager and he said that is a typo. The formula is for 'OOP'. We are getting ready for a new beta release right this moment and he is going to see if one of the developers can update/correct that definition (and 2 other related definitions) real quick before we make it live.

Thank you for reporting this typo so we can get it resolved ASAP.

Yes it matters that your Stars hero/screen name is selected in the reports. You need to search and select your Party 'Hero' screen name. The downloaded hands are anonymized so you won't find your old Party screen name, you have to search for 'Hero' with the Party Poker icon to set as the active report hero. If you use aliases you will want to add this party hero to your aliases also.

Yes they are ignition hands with all hole cards. Guess HMT-4792 is already in progress for fixing this though...

Yes, I think that might be the same thing you are reporting. It is actually set to 'ready for testing' in our system now though but I can't find the related developer checkin so our QA/Testing Manager wants it retested to be sure it is still an issue for the developers. I am not able to duplicate it myself in the beta we are getting ready to make live and am waiting on one of the testers to retest it for me, but there is a chance this may have been fixed somehow with another unrelated replayer checkin if I tested it properly earlier.

If the new beta we push later today doesn't solve the issue for you then create a ticket so you can be notified automatically when this developer ticket is officially fixed and closed.

If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HMT-4792 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

The new beta we just pushed will not fix this issue according to our tester that looked at this for me, so I was not testing it properly earlier this morning. I will blame the lack of caffeine.

Please follow the instructions in bold in the quote above so you can be notified when it is eventually resolved in the future.

I have a new statistic request which i imagine should be simple to do given it would be a minor alteration of am existing statistic

We have the standard deviation of bb/100 available. But could you make a Standard Deviation of All-in Adj bb/100 statistic?

HM3 doesn't have any Std Dev stats yet, and HM2 will not be getting any new feature updates anymore (only critical bug and hud/parsing fixes as needed).

We have a request for Std Dev stats in HM3 that I can add your request onto as a comment.

Unfortunately, this isn't going to be added in HM3 in the short-term as it appears to be a very complex thing for the developers to do in the new HM3 code for technical reasons that are beyond me.

This is a known issue and the only things we can suggest are try to updating your Windows and Graphics drivers completely.

If you continue to have problems the only other workaround seems to be opening your Windows Display Settings for your multi-monitor setup and switch the primary #1 monitor from its current display to one of your other displays.

This could (did for me) cause some layout issues for you depending on your setup and workflow. Some I could sort out with windows, etc settings and some just took a little getting used to back when it happened.

The problem with changing monitor display as you suggest is that when you want to move cursor from one monitor to another (left monitor to right) you have then to go by the left which is not great.

Any way to solve that cursor problem then ?

I last did this over a year ago when I was using triple 27's, I haven't had to do it since I went to a 43" 4k TV + 1 or 2 27's in portrait on the side (I use the 27's as primary #1 in this config) but I believe you should be able to solve that by click+ holding one of the icons for the monitor and dragging it from left to right or vice versa in the display settings so that the 'split' is in the center instead of the far left or right edge. If that doesn't work then swapping the display cables (if they both use the same types of cables) should also get the 'split' for the monitors back in between the displays.

I can't answer that off the top of my head and the people I would ask are offline for the day. If you can send the same question in a support ticket one of us can forward the question to management tomorrow when they are back online and then reply in detail.
