That and Tempest, are temporary games and are not supported. We blocked the import of them completely in the most recent HM3, and the next HM2 beta will hopefully not allow any of them to import any longer.

Cheers,
HM2 has a variety of stats in the 4Bet and vs4Bet HUD Stat categories, but nothing that specific unfortunately. We have HM2 HUD stats for 'was 3bet'

but we do not have 'was 4bet' variants of these stats.

Our QA/Testing Manager said he would write up the request for HM3. If you want to be notified if/when it is added please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HMT-5068 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

Is the ability to single click the HUD note icon and quickly color tag a player at the table still in the works? Loved this feature on HM2 and was disappointed that it was removed from HM3. I opened up a request ticket for the issue a few months back.

The feature request (missing HM2 feature) you are referring to is:

Quote:
HMT-3954
Add quick Player Note Color selection asterisk option (HM2 Feature)
I added your comments and support ticket notification link to that developer ticket on 19Oct2019. There are currently only 3 customers wanting to be notified if/when the feature is implemented, so it's a low priority feature request until it becomes a more popular ticket.

If anyone else wants to add their vote of support for this feature request, and be notified if/when it is implemented in a future update, please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HMT-3954 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

Thanks for the quick reply as always. I understand that there are many upcoming features for HM3 that are higher priority that this request.
However, I'm understanding your response as though this low priority request won't be implemented until it gets more votes due to a lack of feedback tickets to support.

This approach seems pretty backwards to me for a feature like this. It's something that, if implemented, will have some people loving it's return like myself, some people never knowing it ever existed in previous versions and now utilizing it more than they thought (whom would never send in the feature request ticket), or being indifferent to it as a worst case scenario. It's a feature "freeroll" for the clients. It was clearly coded into HM2 since the developers thought it would be a nice feature so while being disappointed that this feature was randomly excluded from HM3, I'm equally disappointed that it would need more votes to even be considered.

Apologies if I'm reading too much into the way you worded your response. And I could very well be underestimating how much time would need to be dedicated towards what I admit is a rather small improvement in the grand scheme of things but I can't quite grasp how it could be so time consuming when it was already working flawlessly in HM2.

This is how we always prioritize our developer's tickets, by the number of users affected by an issue/bug or by the number of users requesting a missing/new feature. I can add your new comments to the ticket for our QA/Testing Manager to see but there isn't anything further I can do myself to increase the priority for when this feature might get implemented. Management are the ones that prioritize the developers tickets.

Does HM2 support Live Tracking for sites besides ipoker? I know Stars had it banned, but wondering if it works for other sites or is this:

https://gyazo.com/f0236013dd0a438ce2d2b325b3d77f00

the only option?

Street By Street HUD, Live Pot Odds and the Line Taken stat were a part of the Live Tracking feature. It only ever worked at IPoker and PokerStars. It broke on IPoker after they introduced their new beta (now official) client. We had to disable it completely after PokerStars introduced their new Third Party Tools rules as it was used to power some of the other features which are no longer allowed on PokerStars. We have no plans to bring this feature back to HM2.

We do have a feature request for positional HUD functionality, that would require us to develop a live tracking system for HM3, but there is no ETA for when that might be implemented yet. If you want to be notified if/when it is added please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HMT-2047 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

found another issue with blitz although its much less significant. when you run "auto-import" or click start hud..the hands import correctly but when you finish your session they import again. it seems HM3 does not flag the hand as a duplicate like it would if you try to import the same HH file twice.

I forwarded this for some testing. Please create a support ticket with a link to this thread and your forum username, and send this bug report with your logs from this session (if you haven't restarted HM3 since then) or your next session. If our tester duplicates the issue and writes a developer ticket we can then link you to it for notification when it gets fixed, and if we can't duplicate it we can review your logs for issues and proceed as required.

this is minor but I can't see the bet sizes in the replayer in a lot of positions because the button covers it up.

How much free space do you have on your system/C drive of the machine you are restoring to? You generally need more than twice as much free space as your database was before it was backed up and you should always have at least 20% free space.

Please see this FAQ to clear up some more free space.

Try emptying c:\temp and/or c:\users\username\appdata\local\temp. You will need to show system and hidden files. See this tutorial for showing system and hidden files.

If you continue to have problems you can try moving the windows temp directories that we use for these database procedures to another drive that has more free space.

Put the backup file location on another drive.

Also, make sure that the permissions settings are not blocking the necessary files/folders. Please see this FAQ to alleviate any security bottlenecks.

If you continue to have problems:

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'DBControlPanel' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps.

You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

Please reproduce the problem and zip/attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing so we can determine if we need you to send the DB backup for testing.

I certainly have enough space on C, 394GB free. I emptied the users temp but not the c:/temp, cant really see that one? Enabled hidden files and put the backup file on another drive. I have set the permissions for the Hold Em Manager files correctly for all of them. What can i do going from here? What is also strange is that the right-top side buttons like "minimize", "maximize" and "close" are gone, so you basically have to click blindly where they were supposed to be in order to get it done. I have hm2 updated to the latest version, at least thats what the updater states. Hope I can retrive my DB asap.

Having some issue with BCP + HEM3.

Im actually not 100% sure they are related but when I look in task manager HEM3 sometimes takes up to 30-40% of my CPU when I have 4-5 tables on BCP running.

Twice I had my computer freezing recently, Never had this while playing multiple site/bcp + hem2.

Also noticed when I stop the HUD cpu usage goes down very low.

Send us the logs from a failed restore attempt to review as instructed above. You could also upload the pghembk file to filedropper.com and include a link to that and we can try to restore it as well to try and determine if the backup file might have become corrupted.

Do you have any other older backups from the previous month or two you can also try to restore? I recommend keeping at least the most recent 2 or 3 backups in case the most recent one does not restore properly you can try the previous backup.

There are 2 different ways you could see that in HM2, with stats and with Reports:

HMT-4833
Add 'Multi Table Report' to Cash mode (Missing HM2 Feature)

HMT-2813
Stats - Add hourly stats (HM2)

We'll add the 'MT ratio / avg # table' stat as part of HMT-2813, which is already 'In Progress' with our developers. HMT-4833 should start getting worked on shortly after the required HMT-2813 has passed internal testing and been fully released to customers to be sure all hourly stats are working properly.

These feature requests have been documented in detail and provided to the developers for future implementation. *If you want to be notified when they are added please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HMT-2813 and HMT-4833 Are Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.
