If they won't purge and/or still appear after trying to right-click and delete them from a report then there isn't anything else I can really suggest other than the PGAdmin vacuum/maintenance options. It might be possible to delete them manually via PGAdmin but that is not something I would know how to do myself so you would have to research/ask that on postgresql help forums/blogs.

Hi Fozzy,

Just wondering if you could help me clear up some stat discrepancies.

I'm trying to understand a player better, and I filter in opponent view for "Opened". 21 hands come up.

However, in the HUD popup (using a self-modified HM3 - Cash (advanced)) in the CBet flop stat it shows "11/29" - I've taken this to mean out of the 29 opportunities villain has had, he's only cbet 11 times.

Why is the popup showing 29 opportunities but the filter in opponent view shows just 21. If I include other preflop raising e.g 3betting it still doesn't add up to 29.

I've only just started diving deeply into the popups etc so I'll probably find more discrepancies along the way.

I really can't say without seeing that player's hand/database and screenshots/details of the problems which would all need to be sent in a support ticket on our site.

Please zip and email the problem hand histories and tournament summaries to us using the 'Contact Support' link here - https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/product/1 - for testing. Here is a direct link to your My Tickets page - https://support.holdemmanager.com/user/mytickets/

Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM3Archive is in C:\HM3Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: C:\HM3Archive\2016\07\31).

When sending any files please zip them (right-click - send to - compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then 'copy public link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email.

HM2 does not support Ignition so all I can do is give you the basic setup instructions and if that does not help you will need to contact the support team for the 3rd party hand grabber software you use.

Make sure your site is configured to save hands and that HM2 is setup to auto import those hands.

*Note that we do not support play money hands so you must test/play real money hands when using HM2.

Make sure the poker client and hand histories are both in English. If it is not, you need to change it in the Lobby Options or reinstall the software and choose English.

Make sure that the Site Time Adjustment is properly configured such that the Time Stamp in the Reports for the hand matches your local windows clock time.

Please see this FAQ on how to use table finder if you are playing regular non-zoom type tables.

If none of that helps:

We can not provide technical help for unsupported sites/networks as we do not design our software to work there or test there with all of the third party tools. If you have any problems with HM2/3 using third party tools, to use our software with unsupported sites, all support will need to be handled by the third party software support team.

Hey, is there an ETA on when the bug is fixed that hm2 wont track/import hands from pokerstars where a player used the allin-cashout option? has been very frustrating for me
Holdem Manager Support Quote
09-18-2019 , 07:24 AM
I do not have an ETA. We hope to have it out in HM3 Beta soon (we started internal testing of the first checkin this weekend) and once we are sure it is working properly in HM3 Beta we will push it in a HM2 Beta.

These changes should be available in the next gold beta release. We may have an 'official' HM2 release before the stars cash out beta as we are a bit overdue for a new stable non-beta build. While we do not have an exact date for the release, you will receive a prompt to update once available as long as you have enabled the Settings > General > [x] Prompt for Beta Updates.

I will try to make sure and post in this thread when both HM3 and eventually HM2 beta builds are out with fixes for this.

How do I remove HM2 from my Party Poker tables? Even though it doesnt work anymore it still tries to run, so I get the little "Waiting for hands..." on every Party Poker table which is just blocking my view.

It is not possible to hide it on party.com and other skins that don't write hands because some of the skins like party.fr still save hands and allow HUDs.

Edit: If English is your 2nd language and you change the lobby language for Party to a non-Eng language it might prevent that from displaying.

It is not possible for us to support 'Fast-Fold' poker games at sites that only write hand history files. The poker sites have to also save seating files that would have information about players at the tables that we can then use to place the proper HUDs. If WPN wants HUDs on their Blitz tables they will need to update their poker client to allow us to support their fast-fold games like Amaya and other networks have done.

Any plans to support SWC in HM3?

We do not have any short/mid-term plans to add support for this network but we are creating a standardized hand history format that any Third-party developer or online poker operator can use - https://hh-specs.handhistory.org/ . These hands will import without any additional work needed.

Hey guys I have a question on the display mucked cards on HEM2. When the hand is over and the hud is showing the mucked hands, I noticed that it isn't showing for one of the seats. It might have been moved off the table when I was changing pokerstars theme? not sure where it went to. How do I fix this?

Thanks.

Please see this FAQ to see how to configure the positions of the mucked cards.

Hi Fozzy, after playing around following the instructions it appears my 1 seat (AA) location is missing from the configuration entirely, don't know where it went. I tried enlarging the table but it's no help. Is there anything else I can check for?

Ahh, I should have thought that could be a possibility. You will have to try to reset your profiles and/or recreate main prefs file of all profiles/settings if the UI reset feature doesn't help.

Edit: first try just resetting seat positions:

1) Please export your custom HUD's in HUD Settings > HUD Designer > 'Export'
2) Open the HM2 > HUD Settings > HUD Designer menu > Click 'Reset' > [x] Panel Positions > OK

^^I am not sure if this will do it or not, but it can't hurt to try.

If you continue to have problems:

1) Please export your custom HUD's in HUD Settings > HUD Designer > 'Export'
2) Open the HM2 > HUD Settings > HUD Designer menu > Click 'Reset' > [x] All Configs > OK
3) Manually reset your Site Setup > Seating Preferences > for your site/seats and any other HUD Settings you had personalized.

Try to reproduce the problem using the default HUD/settings. If it works properly you can try importing your customized HUD again. If the problem returns after importing the custom HUD then you know that config is corrupted and you will need to delete it and rebuild it from scratch or import an older backup of that HUD config that was created before the corruption. If you have to rebuild the HUD and don't have a backup/export of your HUD from before the corruption occurred you can try to find a similar HUD to use as a starting template from our HUD Repository.

If that did not help, try this:

Please export your custom HUD's in HUD Settings > HUD Designer > 'Export'

Then close HM2 and delete the prefs.xml file in this folder:

Windows 7/8/10, Vista

C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Config

XP

C:\Documents And Settings\[Username]\Application Data\HoldemManager\Config

To see these folders you may have to enable hidden files - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...es+in+Windows+

I need some clarification on this. I was on the Ace Poker Site, and their product (I think that "card grabber" was the term) seemed to cover every Ignition site except Juicy Stakes Poker, where I play. At lease I thought that JSP was an Ignition site. I sent an E-mail, asking if their product can be used with a Holdem Manager HUD. After reading their response, they seem to be saying that:

1. Juicy Stakes Poker is on the Horizon Network
2. It will work for Juicy Stakes poker with a Holdem Manager HUD.

This was their response:

Thanks for your e-mail. Our DriveHUD supports Juicy Stakes (Horizon network).

You need to install out latest beta version of HM2 to support the latest WPN updates.

Please update to the latest beta version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ger_2_Beta.exe

- After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock.*
* If you do not see an 'unblock' option you can ignore this step.
- Then, right click the file and run as administrator.

If you continue to have problems:

Please create a support ticket via the Contact Support link and if there is a forum thread with additional information please link to this thread. In the ticket send all the following:

Please follow the instructions in this FAQ and reply back with the answers to the 12 questions in that FAQ. Those answers should help us quickly identify your issue, skipping questions will just mean we have to ask again in the next email and will delay the resolution of the issue.

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screenshot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Attach a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue*
- Close HM2 and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

* All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.* It is configured in the Site Setup - Auto Import Folders menu.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

Juicy is Cake (revolution, horizon, etc). HM3 does not support it but HM2 does generally, though there is a known bug currently where the HUD won't start automatically and you have to use the Table Finder on every table.

If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HM-8966 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

I haven't played for a while. It used to be that HM2 had to be an older version (.0879 I think) to see hole cards after download with ignition card catcher/hand converter. Is this still the case? Or does the new beta version of HM2 now work with ignition card catcher/converter?

Thank you I appreciate it.
