I can't answer that, you need to ask the NC dev/support team in their thread for an official answer. All I can speak to is what we had to limit in HM2.

According to their rules and what we had to disable in HM2, with regards to stats that are based on specific hole cards or board texture, I would assume that text notes based on cards would not be allowed either but you need to ask the NC team that.

I had to completely reset my computer and start a fresh.
I backed up my HM3 beta version (saved it on a usb) and now I'm trying to restore it am I right in following these options on HM3 - Tools>Restore Database. What kind of file am I looking for?
Maybe I backed it up incorrectly. The files that are on my USB are called Holdemmanager.config/ HUD settings.config/ /Backup. maincompbackup at 6-8-2019.hmdbackup. I presume that its this file,as it's the only one visible when I click into the folder, however when I click on this nothing happens. I am not able to click on the database or congiguration box, nor can I click on the start restore box.

I just did a quick backup/restore test and it seemed to work fine. Did you make sure to also backup the \HM2Archive and HM3Archive folders of original hands? If yes, you can manually import those to a new DB for now and send us the hmdbackup file for testing and log files.

Please reproduce the problem and click the 'Send Feedback' button from the left sidebar menu (or from the 'Help' menu at the top), or choose 'Yes' if prompted to submit an error report, and send your logs and config files with a detailed step by step description of the problem that we can use to try and reproduce the problem.

Once you have sent the logs we need you to upload the backup file and send us a reply in the ticket with a download link so we can try to restore it.

If the files is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then click 'Share' > 'Create Link' > Copy Link' and right-click > 'Paste' the download link directly into the support ticket email. If you have any problems with dropbox try using filedropper.com or google drive.

Under the tournament results tab I have $icm diff, as a selected category it is not showing up however even though it is listed under included statistics. Is there a fix for this? thanks

The missing stats can be shown if you right click one of the column headings and enable the stat. Sometimes they are added but not enabled. Once enabled you may have to scroll to the right, hold the left mouse button over the stat you just enabled then drag it back to the left to the proper column where you want it aligned.

If you continue to have problems:

- Close HM2 and then delete:
- Win7: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Co nfig\ColumnSettings
- XP: c:\documents and settings\username\application data\HoldemManager\Config\ColumnSettings

I saw the post about tables not being attached for SNGs for WPN, but is this also a problem for tournaments? I am seeing hand data being tracked in my active session tab, but I am not getting the HUD to come up on any tournament tables (says waiting for hands). And table finder either shows nothing, or all hands being tracked to 1 table even though I have multiple games up. I have updated to the most recent HM2 version and hand file locations are correct etc.

The only open ticket I see for v2 wpn HUD on HM2 is in regards to the graphical HUD.

Noticed today that HM2 is having some issues showing villains cards in the HH replayer. losing hands of mine aren't showing the winners cards so it will wreck my precious ev graph it doesn't happen every single time

We had someone else report this but he hasn't sent us the hands for testing yet.


Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to us using the 'Contact Support' link.

Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: C:\HM2Archive\2016\07\31).

When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then click 'Share' > 'Create Link' > Copy Link' and right-click > 'Paste' the download link directly into the support ticket email. We have shut down our former registration server. So long as you have the newest version you will automatically switch to our new licensing system. If you experience license issues, the first thing you need to do is to update to the latest version. We have waited almost 2 years to give everyone a chance to update without causing any interruption. But, if you are affected, I do apologize for the inconvenience.

Hey there,

fast forward HUD is not working after updating HM2. Before it was working. On normal Cash Tables it is still working. It also imports Hands correctly on Fast Forward, it just does not show the HUD ingame.

This means there isn't much I can suggest other than to check the alert viewer in HM2 (flag icon in bottom status bar) and try what our Party Fast Forward FAQ says.

It is a HUD you exported from your previous HM2 installation?



Please create a support ticket via the Contact Support link and if there is a forum thread with additional information please link to this thread and let us know your forum name if there are several people in the thread.

When creating the ticket please zip that xml file and attach it so we can test/review the file.


You can also try copying over the main prefs.xml file from the old PC to the new PC. Make sure HM2 is closed when you paste it into the same folder on the new PC. This will replace all your new computers HUD profiles and settings with that of the other machine.

The prefs.xml is located at C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Config

We just fixed a bug where it was trying to load the hands 3 times by mistake. We also fixed issues with the server using too much RAM in some situations. We will likely be making this or another newer build live later today or tomorrow if internal alpha testing goes well.

I would like to view stats on how an opponent is playing against me.

In the player summaries I can find opponents and in analysis I can look at hands they have played and such.

What I really want is to see how I'm faring against them. I want to know if I need to alter my play against them.

Is there a way for me to access this information in HM2?

Use the More Filters - Basic Filters - Vs Player filter in the Reports. HM3 Beta has this same Vs Player filter but it also has a Opponents - Compare Opponents feature that will visually compare a number of common stats that you might find helpful also.

Thanks, so I tried it in 'Overall'.

It is showing about 1/4 of the total hands I have on the player. I guess it is using hands where we were involved together?

The part I don't understand is that my bb/100 vs these players are through the roof. 100+bb/100 where my average across all hands is 6.5.

What does that mean?

Have you tried using the 'VsPlayer' Report?

The upper part of the report will show you how much you won from each player specifically. The hand grid below the report shows money won in hands played with that selected player in total, not from just that player like the upper portion of the report.

If you still have questions we need you to send screenshots of the reports/filters with a detailed description of the questions, reports, filters, etc and a backup of your database for testing your questions/filters. Make sure you include any filters you are using in the screenshot and save/export them and zip/attach them. If you need detailed steps on saving the filters to share just let me know.

Playing WPN this morning, the HUD is alternating between my tournament tables but there is a separate HUD for the On Demand Turbo.
