It looks like there was a little blip with the rollout of the update between 12:45 and 12:47pm ET but the site is back up now and I just cleared and activated my HM2 license so it should be back up now for everyone and have fixes in place to prevent it from happening again in the future.

I'm not sure if I'm asking this the right way, but I play both SNGs and MTTs. Will HM3 have the ability to track or record one table versus multi-table tournaments separately?

I am not sure I understand what you are asking about. Are you talking about something in the HUD or Reports? What site are you playing on?

HM3 should have all the same features HM2 has so if you are asking about something that HM2 currently doesn't do I need you to ask your question in a lot more detail so I understand better.

No, we don't have those stats yet. It was written up as a request some years ago but so far has not been a popular enough of a request to be implemented.

If you want to be notified if/when it is implemented please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HM-5206 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

I often play online after midnight on a low-volume site (Juicy Stakes Poker) when the choices are not great, so I play both SNGs and MTT, whatever is running. Most decent players understand that an MTT has to be played differently than a SNG and that's what I want to be able to track.

I play double up 6-player turbo SNGs. When it's down to 3 players the SNG is over and the top 3 equally divide the prize pool. It can often be easy for the big stack to fold into the money.

If I play both DoubleUp turbo SNGs and MTTs with the same player (which happens from time to time) my overall stats on that player aren't going to mean much. I would love to be able to get separate stats on one-table play versus MTT play.

No, this is not possible in the HM3 HUD and HM3 also does not support Juicy Stakes (cake, revolution, horizon, et al).

HUD Settings > General Settings > HUD Font > 'Scale Font' and turn it on or off based on your preference or click the 'Font' button if you want to increase/decrease the size of all text for the HUD selected in the upper left preview drop-down menu.

If your new monitor is a different size and resolution you may also want to try editing your Windows DPI Scaling. Please see this FAQ - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...g+DPI+settings

It is not a known bug that I can recall so this isn't something we can fix without seeing screen shots of the Reports vs Active Session views, logs from a session, and hands from all/any of the sessions that you send us screen shots or logs for. It could be specific to your settings, site, hands, etc.

I assume the 'Time' stat in the hands grid of the active session view for a recent hand when playing matches your Windows clock, right?

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'Sessions' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Attach a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue*
- Close HM2 and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

* All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD. It is configured in the Site Setup - Auto Import Folders menu.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

Hi,

I want to restart poker and buy HEM 3.
Thing is it is still in beta and I don't wanna waste money for HEM 2, when HEM 3 is almost there.
So question is, is HEM3 release in 2019 or probably later?

Our main focus is the official release of HM3 so it will be in 2019 but I don't have an exact date yet. If you buy HM2 from this point forward you will get a free upgrade to an equivalent HM3 license (currently in private beta testing) when it is eventually released. Once you have purchased a HM2 license you can contact us through our support site and request instructions to start using the HM3 Beta software.

No, but we have some vs hero stats you can put in the HUD.

Stars allows to observe a small number hands each startup to aid in table selection. The only way to prevent them from importing is to remove the C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Roaming\HEM Data folder from the HM2 - Site Setup - Auto Import Folder menu. If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory.

Once that is done you can also then try to purge observed hands for stars from the Database manager by selecting stars as the site and to save hands for your stars hero screen name -

HM2 2.0.0.8544
PostgreSQL 8.4
Windows 10 Home 1809, Build 17763.379
Latest windows 10 updates installed.

Hello after windows 10 update I could not start hm2.

I went to services.msc and posgresql was not running. I tried to start it but got this error:

Googled a bit and tried to retype password in services.msc but it did not help.
Then tried - Log on as: Local System account and postgre started to work and hm2 too.

Is there any potential problems or security issues if I use this option?

Edit: I remember when I first installed HM2 on this machine it had also some problems with postgreSQl and I had to download and install postgreSQL myself before I was able to install HM2.
It was first time something like this happened after windows reinstall in beginning of January, but everything was running smoothly until latest windows updates.

AFAIK it shouldn't be an issue but to be sure I posted up in our internal testing channels and am waiting to hear back from our PSQL expert to be sure. If he has anything to add I will re-quote you and reply here plus send it to you via PM to be sure you see my updated reply.
