I seem to be facing a never ending string of technical problems that keep me from playing poker. Not all of them have anything to do with HM2 but some certainly do. If I had to describe my situation at this point, it would be something like this:

Here is my current list of HM2 issues:
1.
I can't use a HUD to play on Juicy Stakes Poker.
For more than a month I haven't been able to use a HUD on that site because a change at JSP "broke the HUD." This fix was not included in the recent beta update and I haven't played on the site for over a month, it might be closer to two months.
2.
Now I can't play on Americas Cardroom either because, after a second clean install of Holdem Manager, I can't get HM2 to open at all.
3.
I can't switch from one site to another. I used Premium Support to try to fix this one and the tech, in his own words, said "I can't figure it out."
I will list now what I tried to do about these problems:
1.
There is nothing that I can do about a "broken HUD".
I certainly hope that an update comes soon. I won't play on Juicy Stakes Poker without it. There are a lot of regulars on that site, some of whom probably have a thousand hands or more on me (I have over 1,500 hands on a few players.) If I play without a HUD I'm bringing a knife to a gunfight. Not playing until it's fixed is my best move.
2.
I tried everything that I could think of to get Holdem Manager to start.
I used the Windows 10 Services Menu to get to Postgres. I set the Startup Type to "Automatic", then I checked to make sure that the Status was set to "Running."
A box popped up. It said, "Would you like to start your free trial of Holdem Manager 2?" I clicked on "Yes" and another box popped up. I entered my E-mail and then my password as prompted. Nothing happened. I tried again, this time clicking on "No". HM2 closed.
I tired a third time and got a box that said "Click here if you have a license code." I clicked it. I got another box that told me to paste my license code. I did that, and again, HH2 closed. I couldn't find any combination that would make it work.
3.
I was unable to make the two-site thing work. I could not find a HM-produced video that showed how to set up for multiple sites. I did some Googling and looked at around 50 videos. None of them showed how to set up for two sites.
After the guy from premium support couldn't do it (I got my money back) I decided to try it another time with a different tech. The same name kept popping up. I tried setting appointments at different times and different days, but I kept getting assigned to the same tech that couldn't solve it before.
As things stand now, withdrawing most of my money that is online, and playing only live seems to be my only option. I don't think that technical problems can mess that up. I was real close to pulling the trigger yesterday.
