Which site/games are you playing? This is something that may be site specific.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM3Archive is in C:\HM3Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Network\Month\DayOfMonth (example: C:\HM3Archive\SiteName\HM3Archive\2016\07\31). It is configured in the Tools - Settings - Import menu.

When sending any files please zip them (right-click - send to - compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox (right-click the file and 'copy dropbox link') or google drive and paste the download link directly into this* (or a new) support ticket - https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/category/19

How do i filter for hands where i called too much or scenarios like that etc.

I didn't play for a while. Is HM 3 working on Party or not? I didn't get any update I think.

With the More Filters - Bet Size Filters - [x] 'Facing Bet' filters. Once you set the street/type/size of the bet with that filter you will need to find and set the corresponding call filters in the Other Advanced Filters or Advanced Action Filters menus.

I tried installing HM2 after long. And got the link from the homepage. When I try to enter my key a message pops up asking to check if my computer is connected to the internet.

What do you mean exactly, so what are the specific filters i need to set for the other advanced filters or advanced action filters and does it matter which one sub category i use?

Your question was very vague so I had to answer accordingly. If you need a specific, detailed answer about a certain combination of filters you need to ask a more specific question about what is 'too much' to call, what street it happens on, what happens before you call, etc. There are thousands of combinations of filters so if there is something specific you are trying to filter for you have to ask a specific question.

I'm having trouble opening HM2 on my new computer. I keep getting the message "the license server could not be contacted make sure your computer is connected to the internet". I tried everything in the FAQ section under "I CAN NOT ACTIVATE OR REGISTER HOLDEM MANAGER" with no luck. My windows defender is disabled, and I'm not using an antivirus. Any suggestions?

when i used to make a note on someone in hem2 and chose a colour code (red in this instance) it used to make a red square top left and make a red square around the hem2 stats on the hud. how do i do that?. it only makes a little "p" note with no colour label atm

Hello I have been wanting to try your. Software most of a for years.I live in Michigan and I play for play money on poker stars. I also play live at regular casinos and charity casinos. I think Michigan might be legalizing online real cash games soon. But was wondering if Holdem Manager works for play money games. And does it have a hand re player. I know poker tracker you can play for play money. Im looking to find the leaks in my games as well. And getting much better and hand ranges. Let me know what you think. Any help would be appreciated.

To be honest I have a hard time with a lot of the more advanced filters and stats myself. That is why I chose a basic example of your question to show you. The more advanced filtering/stats takes seat time to learn and I don't have as much time for playing/reviewing as I used to.

When you open the Note Editor there is drop-down box to select a color. To see it in the HUD, and border the HUD, you have to toggle on a couple settings:

- Options - Settings - Auto Rate Rules: [x] [x] Color Outline
- HUD Settings - General Settings - Common Settings: [x] Show Auto Rate Icon*
* Make sure you chose the HUD you use from the upper left preview menu first.

HM2 does not support play money hands on PokerStars but HM3 Beta does. If you buy HM2 from this point forward you will get a free upgrade to an equivalent HM3 license (currently in private beta testing) when it is eventually released.

How do I import a HM1 database into HM2? When I click on import, it says no HM1 database found. I don't see an option to import it anywhere. it is a .hembk file.

It is no longer possible to import a HM1 database to HM2. You will have to import the original hands from the C:\HMArchive folder if you have it. If you no longer have it and play a site like stars/ftp/party you can email their support and ask for all your old hand histories and tourney histories/results.

I imported a HUD from HEM2 successfully. It shows up in the HUD Profile Editor. However, it won't appear in the list at the tables. I can choose from the same cashgame huds that HEM3 had preinstalled only.

What am I doing wrong?
