Hello, please how can i import poker masterhands from H2N to HM2 correctly?
After i import from H2N folder its duplicate players in player selection (so it means it import correclty) but on table HUD shows only hands grabed by pokermasterhud.com app

We only fully support PokerMaster hands that are wrote in the unique PokerMaster format that the PokerMaster HUD/Hand Converter writes them in. H2N writes them in WPN format it would seem from that image.



There is no way to merge/alias hands for the same player name, from 2 different sites, in the HUD. There is an Alias feature for the reports that may be of some use for you when analyzing these player's previous hands in the Reports but there is no way to combine their data in the HUD unless you can find a way to convert those H2N/Merge hands to the PokerMaster format, then purge the WPN hands from the database, and 'Force' reimport them to HM2 as actual PokerMaster site hands.

The same basic way you would in HM2 except there is no 'replay all' button so you have to select all the hands manually, after you sort them, before you click the 'replay' option:


- Go to the 'Tournament' Mode - Report Selector - 'Tournaments' report
- Select the tournament you want to replay from the top window
- Click the 'Time' column heading in the bottom hands datagrid window to resort from most recent, to the oldest hand, for that particular tournament number
- Change the 'Last 100' drop-down to a larger number if you played more than 100 hands in that particular tournament
- Left-click the top/first hand in the list, click 'Ctrl+A' to select all hands then right-click the first hand and choose 'Replay' from the menu

If you do find something could you let me know? I was randomly changing bits of the postgresql.conf file based on the posts in that thread, I'd had a few beers and didn't follow all of the suggestions, no idea what actually made the difference. Reports/filtering/importing are all snappy beyond belief at the moment so it'd be good to know for the future.

I can send you my postgresql.conf file if that'd help.

Can you zip then attach it a support ticket via the Contact Support link to 'Attn: Fozzy' then PM me here with the ticket number? I believe I set a Slack/Calendar reminder for this weekend (or next week) to do the postgres 9.6 performance testing but I have been off work (other than this thread) this week so I am going to fairly back-logged when I start back to work on Saturday.


p.s. Our performance development focus is on HM3 now but I am still curious about it as we will still be supporting HM2 for quite some time after HM3 is released. Have you tested HM3 on the same machine yet? It uses SQLite instead of PSQL. If yes, I am curious also how it performs for you. There are instructions somewhere a few posts above for joining the beta if you haven't or you can request those instructions when you PM me.

Hey Fozzy. I noticed HEM2 failed to catch a hand from my party poker FF session. (I wanted to view it as it was a large pot). Is there anyway to manually import it to HEM2?

Have tried to google but search results are about HEM2 not capturing hands at all and HUD not starting as opposed to missing the odd hand (my googling skills suck obv :P)

It was likely a problem in the client that caused the hand to not be wrote for HM2 to import. You can try Options - Hand Importing - Manual Hand Import - Import Options = [x] 'Force import of previously imported hands' - Import Files/Folder then import the hands from that session again.


All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD. It is configured in the Site Setup - Auto Import Folders menu.


If that doesn't work the only thing I can suggest is you try to email party's support and ask them to send you all the hands for that day then import those as instructed above.

How do I filter for times that I am facing any 3-bet for in and out of position, not just times that I called. Sorry looked through the archives and couldn't find it.

Filters > More Filters > Other Advanced Filters > Preflop > 'Faced Preflop 3 Bet' > Selected Filter Options > Value = True > '+' button > 'OK' button

I use HM2 with ignition card catcher and it has worked very well for a couple of months but the last two days it hasn't worked. I see the "waiting for hands" message but then it never loads on some tables. And when I try to use the table finder to get things going its not showing all the active tables I have open. Any fix?

All I can suggest is a couple basic things and if they do not help you will need to contact the ignition card catcher support staff.*


Please update to the latest beta version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ger_2_Beta.exe

- After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock.*
* If you do not see an 'unblock' option you can ignore this step.
- Then, right click the file and run as administrator.


Make sure that the Site Time Adjustment is properly configured such that the Time Stamp in the Reports for the hand matches your local windows clock time.


If you continue to have problems please ask the ICC team for help in their thread or via email.


*We can not provide technical help for unsupported sites/networks as we do not design our software to work there or test there with all of the third party tools. If you have any problems with HM2 using third party tools, to use our software with unsupported sites, all support will need to be handled by the third party software's support team.

Yeah I tried the HM3 beta a while back, don't remember too much about it though - had to stop using it because the hud blocked hotkeys from other software (Table Optimizer).

I replied to your PM and assigned the ticket to myself. I won't be replying to the ticket until after I am done with psql testing which may not be until sometime next week.


This is the first I recall someone mentioning conflicts like this, at least recently. Are you sure both HM3 and TO were both set to Run As Admin? HM2 will work fine with TO AFAIK as long as both are set to run as admin. HM3 uses the same HUD engine as PT4 and I am not aware of any conflicts between PT4/TO but I will try and check with the PT4 support guys next week to be sure.

It was from about a year ago - Bug #:HMT-2864. Everything was running as admin. Haven't tried it since then so could have been fixed already.

This issue was confirmed as fixed in v4531 04Dec2017. Did you not get a notice/email it was resolved? Please let me know if not so I can make sure our devs look into why bug fix notice emails are not going out to linked tickets.

I just downloaded and installed the ignition HH converter from Ace Poker solutions but I had to delete some old license codes from the older Bovada HH Converter. Now my HM wont open and says 'no activation's left for this license code'. I had a valid license and now HM will not accept it. I selected an option during install for the converter to download an older version of HM so that I could see hole cards. I dont even really care all that much about seeing hole cards but I thought it would be a nice feature to have. What do I do now?

Your HM2 license is valid on two computers that you own. If you receive the message "there are no more activations available", you can reset your code.
For the steps to reset your Holdem Manager code please see this FAQ.

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

Recently started used hm2 again on a new computer/new site and I can't get the popup to work out as it used to when I used hm2 some time ago.

When I waqnt to pop up the hud to view all stats I only see proflop stats and not flop,turn and river as I want to see. Perhaps I messed up by boxing/unboxing some stat for this. Anyway here's how it looks atm.



As mentioned I want it to look like this but with postflop stat coloumns also.

That is a stat specific popup. If you left-click on an empty spot in the HUD Panel instead of hovering over a specific stat you will see the main popup with tabs for postflop stats.
