I am getting this error whenever I click "Options" and then "Database Management" from within HEM:



I know it can be due to administrative rights, but I have all of the HEM exe files on Run As administrator and if launched from HEM folder, then it works, and if launched from HEM itself it produces the above error. I have this issue since 1.04 build but forgot to report it since I don't really need database management yet.

I logged on to Party just now, started playing some hands and noticed HEM was not importing any hands.

I stopped playing and went into HEM and clicked on 'Configure Auto Import Folders', and for for some reason the path specified for my Party Hand Histories had disappeared. I only use HEM for Party and Stars, and the Stars path was still there.

My laptop has crashed (blue screen of death) a couple of times during poker sessions in the past couple of days, don't know if that has anything to do with it.

It's simple enough to configure the path again, just thought I'd let you know.

Anyone have a good hud layout for cash? I've been searching for a good 30 minutes but can't find anything and I'm sick of looking.

Also I read that it would be hard to differentiate between hu cash and hu on a 6max table, but I really need this.

I also need different layouts for the hud on different sites and cash and tournaments.

I play stars and ftp, but mostly just cash on ftp.

Can someone upload the .pop file with the default popup stats for the hud. I thought I backed mine up, but I guess I messed it up.

<edit> nevermind i just deleted the original pop file and it recreated it with the correct default stats.

Stinky Johsnon - "I followed the directions for importing my existing Pstars hand histories, and it told me it had discovered 35 folders (which is the correct # of folders I have in the PokerStars Hand History file), told me it was importing, etc.

However, now that it is done it says:
Files Imported : 35 or 35
Hands Imported: 0 Hand/s:0,0/s
Duplicate Hands: 0
Import Errors: 15241


What do I do now?

(I downloaded a trial version of PT several months ago, and it had told me that my PStars hand histories were incomplete and needed more info, and I needed to somehow get more complete versions from PStars.
But I never followed thru and tried to solve the problem before the trial period lapsed. Same problem? Solution?). "

Do I have to manually enter my pokerstars sngos or do any cutting and pasting into holdem manager to have my sngos and tournaments stats be accurate ??

Just one last question - I know you mentioned Omahaha support was being added after you perfectionise NLH, but any ETA on this?

How do you get the border around the transparent background?

Can we also change what stats are shown for Hero on the HUD? I really only want to see my VPIP/PFR/Steal/CBet stats just to give me an idea of my table image; the other stuff is superfluous. But I end up turning off show Hero stats just because it's a little too much clutter.

Is there any way to run the fish list report for only certain stakes?

Is anybody else having troubles with the hud remembering where you placed them last?
On pokerstars the hud remembers fine but on full tilt, after closing down fulltilt and coming back the next day, the huds back to a default position. I move them and repeat.

This also happens with the replayer hud.

Is there a file that I can remove or something?

Are you using the FTP Lobby Option > Auto-Center - so the HUD knows where you sit each time?

Roy, can you remind me where the Player Analysis Range Values are stored at?? I want to look at them, so I can assign some color ranges for new stats, and adjust my old color ranges which I made months ago.

Yeah, I have the Auto Center checked off.

What happens when i load up HEM with the Hud is that it goes back to a default position causing me to have to move all the pieces and it works fine afterwards.

I usually also leave HEM open all the time but close full tilt when i'm done playing. What happens when I go back to full tilt is that the hud goes back to the default position.

I might try reinstalling hem.

how do you know how many hands you have total in your database?

Turn it ON.

AFAIK, you need that option turned on, as I mentioned, so the HUD knows where you sit at.

You DO NOT need to reinstall HM.

Hey so I decided to give this program a shot after getting frustrated with PT3's glitches and hearing that HM now supports Everest.

Right off the bat, I tried to import a bunch of hands. I got about 5000 hands in in the middle of an import, and then it paused and said "Trial Expired", and when I try to close the program it says "cannot exit during an import". The "stop import" button is greyed out. I ctrl-alt-deleted the program out, but you guys might want to fix this bug...

edit: the "stop import" button doesn't even seem to work at all, and I keep having to create a new database after accidentally importing a bunch of hands and filling up my trial. There doesn't seem to be any way to delete imported hands. This is getting pretty annoying.
