Try creating a new DataBase and import a small portion of your \HM2Archive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD. It is configured in the Site Setup - Auto Import Folders menu.

When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then 'copy public link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email.

I initially purged the whole database. This morning I created a new database and comically was able to import July 23 hands but not July 24 or July 25. Do you still think this is a HH issue?

I will send you HHs when I have the time. For now I resort to using excel for the basic function of tournament tracking even though I own a ridiculous amount of poker software licenses.

It sounds more likely to be a postgresql issue. Which version number of PostgreSQL is installed? Which Operating System, Firewall, and AntiVirus are you using?


If you want to send us the hands for testing we can see if we can duplicate any of your issues. If we can't duplicate the issues we can send you instructions for a clean reinstall of PostgreSQL to try and sort the issues. You could also ask us to send you instructions for testing HM3 Beta (which doesn't use PostgreSQL) if you wanted to try it out.

Is there a difference between hold em manager 2 and omaha manager 2? I've been using hold em manager, and it works just fine for both omaha and no limit hold em..

Yes. If you have a Holdem only license the HM2 HUD will still work on Omaha games but you won't be able to see the Omaha hands in the Reports unless you upgrade your license.

Is there a way to get NoteCaddy Trial working with HM3 beta? I see the NoteCaddyTrial tab and when I go to signup I follow steps and enter PT code but nothing ever happens.

No, it is not ready for testing yet. That NC Trial tab was put there in preparation for when it is eventually ready for testing. I do not have an ETA yet for when it will be ready but once it is ready you should see it mentioned in the auto-update release notes.

We don't have an O8 specific report but the More Reports - Preflop - 'Hand Groupings Omaha' report would be the closest thing to what you are asking for.


You can also use the Hole Card Filters [x] Omaha filter and the Custom Omaha Filter.

It is done in the same menu (right-click > Mark > 'Add new tag...') where you add a new tag/mark name. Select the tag/mark name you want to delete and click the red minus (-) icon to remove it from the list of available tags/marks.

Problem with pokerstars 6max MTT final tables.
Final table is 7max and when you move stats around they also move on 8max tables.

Our next build has the 7-8 option for preferred seating separated into 7 and 8 and instead of one setting otpion. It was done for a problem on PokerMaster but hopefully it will sort out your issues as well.

These changes should be available in the next gold beta release. While we do not have an exact date for the release, you will receive a prompt to update once available as long as you have enabled the Settings > General > [x] Prompt for Beta Updates.

No. We do not support Ignition. You would have to run them thru a converter that converts them to a supported site like Ipoker or PokerStars to be able to import them to HM2.

I have version .8079 of HEM2 (the one where you can see all the revealed hole cards on bovada). The program will not open. When I double click on the icon it automatically minimizes in the taskbar and will not maximize. I am using windows 10. Any help?

You are double clicking it to start/launch the software? It sounds like it is running and being displayed off screen. This can happen after graphics card updates or if you recently changed your display settings or added/removed a monitor.


Please follow this FAQ to fix the problem with windows moving off screen.

Right-Click any hand in the bottom hands grid of any report to open the Hand History Viewer then hover your cursor in the upper right corner of any street section and you will see a white note icon that you can click to open the street by street note editor - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...51/Hand+Viewer

So my hand viewer is never loading for any of my hands like it's very slow can you fix this somehow? Ill send over my files or w/e?

If you hover over the HM2 icon in the task bar can you see that it opened? Sometimes this can happen if your graphics card drivers recently updated or if you changed some display settings, added or removed a monitor, etc.


Please follow this FAQ to fix the problem with windows moving off screen.



If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.
