Thanks one last question, just to be clear the green line is actual results and the blue line is adjusted EV in the graph?

Nevermind got it now thank you.

The Green line in this graph is chips won, not dollars. The Orange line is the EV line. In the Tournament Results Graph the orange line is $EV (Luck Adjusted Winnings) because that graph is based on dollar results. The popout graph I described above is graphed in Chips instead of Dollars so the orange All-In EV line in this graph is in chips to correspond to the green line of actual chips won.

Hopefully I didn't make it more confusing than it needs to be.

Could you let me know if HM2 calculates bounty earnings? I haven't managed to see this in my reports despite updating to the latest version. Also re-entrys dont appear to be calculated either. This makes mtt reports worthless regarding winnings.

Sam

There are some known issues with tournament detection for these games in HM2. HM3 generally does a better job so please send us your hand history and tournament summary files as instructed below for us to test and request instructions for signing up for HM3 Beta testing.

For now you will need to use the Tournament Editor to manually edit the results via the Reports > Tournament > Tournaments > right-click > edit.

Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to us using the 'Contact Support' link.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD. It is configured in the Site Setup - Auto Import Folders menu.

When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then 'copy public link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email.

Not in HM2 but HM3 Beta has a Prize Pool stat/filter that will hopefully be working fully in our next update.

I'm running the Cbet success report but the hands list is returning a bunch of irrelevant hands. In the included image I only want to see hands where I raise/cbet two tone 9 high flops. Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks

Thanks

That image is too small to see legibly. I just opened a test database and checked row #6 for Nine or less + Two Tone and it appears to be working as expected for me.

Please create a support ticket via the Contact Support link with a detailed description of the problem and attach the full sized screen shot image directly to the support ticket/email so we can see it better.

Your HM2 license is valid on two computers that you own. If you receive the message "there are no more activations available", you can reset your code.
For the steps to reset your Holdem Manager code please see this FAQ. This can happen if Windows, your Graphics Card, BIOS, etc recently had a major update as it changes how your machine appears to our registration servers.

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

Will the Ignition Hand Converter and HEM 2/3 ever play nicely again? I don't want to revert back to an older version of HEM 2 to see the hole cards.

Does PT4 have the same issues with hole cards?

If you want to see hole cards for every player/hand you have to use HM2 version 8079. As part of our parsing refactoring we made some changes that broke the Ignition hand histories because they did not conform to the PokerStars format. Fixing this would introduce issues for other supported sites. Removing those changes would break those improvements we made for our supported sites. This is not something we are willing to do as our focus is on sites that we do support.

I have no idea how PT4 handles converted Ignition hands. You would have to ask their support.

Thank you Fozzy. Would I be able to have both the old version of HEM2 that shows the hole cards as well as the current version of HEM2?

If not, if I am unsure if I have all of my original HH from Ignition, is there a way to save the current HH from the newer version of HEM2 and import them into the older version of HEM2? This way, at least I have my results and would then have hole cards for future sessions.

A) If you still want to use 8079 when playing at Ignition and the latest version of HM2 when playing at your other site(s) you will want to install the 2 versions to 2 different folders. The easiest way to do this so you can keep your non-Ignition version updated with the latest releases is to update HM2 in the default folder then install 8079 to a custom path and create a 2nd desktop shortcut to point to that 2nd installation.

Please update to the latest beta version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ger_2_Beta.exe

- After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock.*
* If you do not see an 'unblock' option you can ignore this step.
- Then, right click the file and run as administrator.

Then download the 8079 installer - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...ager2Setup.exe

Install that to a custom path of your choosing, open the new installation folder's \Holdem Manager 2\ folder and right-click HoldemManager.exe > send to > 'Desktop (create shortcut)' option and rename the new desktop to something like 'HM2 8079'.

You will not be able to run both installations at the same time or play both sites at the same time.

B) I am not familiar with how the card catcher/converters work as I have never used them but HM2 will archive their hands where it archives all other hands and I would assume you can just manually import those hands to a separate database with HM2 version 8079 for reviewing previous hands, and future live play Ignition hands, with all hole cards.

If you need further help with the above I would suggest you ask their support or other users how to best do it in their support thread where I see you cross-posting these questions. They should be able to help you figure out the best way to do what you want with the converter and running multiple versions of, and databases for, HM2. It isn't something we really provide support for ourselves beyond the basic instructions I provided above since they are not a supported site.

Thank you! I wii\ll attempt this over the weekend.

Any chance that Ignition will be supported in the future? If not, maybe adding a poker site to HEM as *Unsupported Ignition* with the same coding that it had for Poker Stars in version 8079?

There are no short-term plans for native support of Ignition at this time.

Hi Fozzy,

Couple questions regarding the HM2 software. Hopefully someone can help out a bit.

Just bought the HM2 software and am playing on the Winning poker network as we speak.

Having one problem though... I registered for 2 random mtts to test out the hud and get everything working correctly, but on the Tournament screen on HM2, the 2 tournaments I entered came up incorrectly (therefore skewing $ earned results and what not) I registered for a $11 mtt and a $5.50 mtt and for some reason the 2 tournaments that popped up as reporting are a $33 stt and a Freeroll? Why did this happen?

When I click over to the other tab of "Active Session" up top, below this it clearly shows both tournaments being played correctly and their guarantees are listed correctly..

So why, after reported, are they showing up as incorrect tournament names and incorrect buy in amounts? This messes up graphs/winnings/ etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Respectfully,
Tyler

The Active Session reads the title of the tournament from the table window header. The Reports read it from the Hand History files and Tournament Summary files if you play a site that writes summary files.

WPN does not write Tournament Summary Files. Any tournament with more than 1 table (and some single table games) will require a separate Tournament Summary/History file to be imported for HM2 to properly calculate the size, places, and prizes. Without this information it is impossible for HM2 to work out the correct results. The only sites that currently write these summary files that we support right now is Pokerstars, Full Tilt, and Pacific. If your site does not write summaries, or you experience any discrepancies with the results, you will need to manually edit the results via the Reports > Tournament > Tournaments > right-click > edit - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...rnament+Editor

I appreciate the quick response though.

I'm guessing everything is good to go with cash games though..

Thanks again,

Yes, cash games (and I believe most single table tourneys) should detect the proper results. If you have any problems with those non-MTT games you can create a support ticket on our site and zip/attach some problem hands for us to test any issues you might have.

Hi Fozzy,

I play both on PS.eu and PS.es zoom cash games. On the eu everything works fine but when I play on .es zoom games the hud boxes are not located on the appropriate players and it just seems to randomly show different boxes for different players without any repeating pattern and it also shows on hero hud box all stats and hands from my DB and not just from current session like it is supposed to.
I have set PS.es settings exactly like it is on .eu and also made sure to set the .es HH import folders. I also set an alias that include both my SN's.
Fwiw .es reg cash games work fine.

Are you playing both at the same time? That is not possible due to the way the Fast-Fold HUD works. If you are having this problem when only playing on ps.es we will need to see your logs/files:

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
- Close HM2 and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

I purged a database and re-imported all hands from Monday July 23 to today. HM2 is acting like I did not import hands for July 23 but I did. I then did a force import of the folder and HM2 imported the HHs without error but again when I look at the reports it's like I never imported any hands from that day. There are no filters active so all hands/tournament results should be viewable.

I then discovered that when I click the refresh button the tag count (number of tournaments played) fluctuates by 1 which doesn't make any sense. I either played x amount of tournaments or I didn't lol.
