Yes, resetting license profiles will not affect your postgresql database. It just resets the profiles on our license servers so that you can activate it again on 2 machines if you got a new pc or something like a windows/driver update changed how your machine looks to our servers.

Hi guys,
I've had an issue with pokerstars and holdem manager (I guess it's more of a fault of PS?). Let me explain.

For a couple of days pokerstars have been missing my hands so neither I see them in a pokerstars replayer (after hands were played) nor in holdem manager as if they have never been played. It happens at random. What might cause this problem and how to solve it?

I tried to reinstall pokerstars and change its location but it didn't help. I also copied/pasted user.ini and it didnt work. Then I tried to set all the settings manually but nothing helps.

It it matters I play zoom games.

It is hard to say without seeing some logs/screen shots.

Please close HM2 and Poker Stars then go to C:\Program Files\PokerStars (Program Files (x86) for the 64bit version) and right click the PokerStars.exe and choose “Properties”.

In the Compatibility Tab, select “Run this program as an Administrator”. If this option is greyed out it is because the UAC is disabled and you are already running as admin so there is no need to change anything.

Please repeat those steps for PokerStarsUpdate.exe in the same folder.

Please see this FAQ for further detailed instructions how to do these steps and make sure Holdem Manager has them done also.

Note, if you are running Windows 8 compatibility tab is most likely not available for PokerStarsUpdate.exe so alternate steps are: right-click, "Troubleshoot compatibility", click "Troubleshoot program", choose 3rd option "The program requires additional permissions, click next, click "Test program" (PokerStars should run), click next, click "Yes, save these settings for this program".

If you continue to have problems:

Make sure you are saving your hand history files and that HM2 is auto importing those hands - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...er+Stars+Setup

If you have more than one PokerStars client installed you need to make sure they are all configured to save the hand history files to the same folder. If you have some clients installed you don't use any more you should uninstall them and delete the associated C:\UserName\AppData\Local\PokerStars.xx folders.

If you continue to have problems: Try creating a new folder on your computer such as C:\StarsHands and C:\StarsTourneys then setup PokerStars to save the hands/results here in their Options > Instant Hand History menu and setup HM2 to Auto Import from here in the Options > Site Setup menu.

If none of that helps:

Please follow the instructions in this FAQ and reply back with the answers to the 12 questions in that FAQ. Those answers should help us quickly identify your issue, skipping questions will just mean we have to ask again in the next email and will delay the resolution of the issue.

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
- Close HM2 and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

I'm sorry, I wasn't precise. HUD works fine, but for example during a session I want to replay a hand I previously played through "Instant Hand History" on Pokerstars to make a note, and this hand disappears and I can find it nowhere. It looks like even pokerstars didn't track it so I guess Holdemmanager coudn't do that as well. It happens at random and misses like 20-30 hands (maybe even more as I usually notice bigger pots missing not paying too much attention to smaller ones) per session (1-1,5k hands).

That sounds like a bug with the poker client not writing the hands. If they don't write the hand then we can not import it obviously. All I can suggest is that you make sure the poker client is set to run as admin and that you always right-click - start it as admin, and maybe try creating a new hand history folder:

Try creating a new folder on your computer such as C:\StarsHands and C:\StarsTourneys then setup PokerStars to save the hands/results here in their Options > Instant Hand History menu and setup HM2 to Auto Import from here in the Options > Site Setup menu.

If you continue to have problems as you explained above you are going to need to deal with their support to figure out why you can't even replay it in their client's instant hand history.

HUD is stopping working randomly, I think it's related to a windows 10 update.
Any idea how can I fix this?

Windows updates generally don't affect the HUD. It is impossible to know what is causing your issues without knowing which HM2 version you are using, which site/games you are playing, etc and seeing your HUD logs as instructed below:

I think I didn't explain the situation well. the hud stops working, and then I have to end Holdem Manager throught the task manager, so actually holdem manager is crashing.

This was a problem on Pokerstars end - if you contact them they'll send you the missing hands (you can't do it yourself in the client anymore, it only sends 200 hands max). Seems ok today.

It won't show the last hands played on zoom tables due to the nature of these fast-fold games.

For the HUD issues:

1) Export any custom HUD configs.
2) Open the HM2 > HUD Settings > HUD Designer menu > Click 'Reset' > [x] Panel Positions > OK

Please check this FAQ if you play at pokerstars - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...For+PokerStars

1) Open one Table, play at least one hand.
2) Move the stats with the Arrow Buttons (< >) on the Table Averages HUD to rotate your HUD where it belongs.
3) Now you can open further tables but you will always have to play at least one hand for the stats to be moved to the correct positions.

If you have any difficulty following the above method with the arrow buttons you can set the positions manually as explained here - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...1/Site+Setup#5

If you continue to have problems:

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

Hi Fozzy,

I've just started playing on Party for the first time. Just playing MTTs. The Auto Import folder is as it should be, and hands historys are being imported to my hard drive. But I'm not getting the HUD, and i noticed that there's an '!' by Party Poker in the site settings whereas Ipoker the site i used to play on has the tick mark.

I can't set up an alias.

The version I'm using is: 2.0.0.8424

Any ideas. I've followed the instructions for Party.

Cheers.

PS. not played online for over a year, so a bit rusty on the old HEM2.

Why are you using such an old build? That version was released in Feb 2016. Party has released many updates since then so you most likely just need to update.

Please update to the latest beta version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ger_2_Beta.exe

- After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock.*
* If you do not see an 'unblock' option you can ignore this step.
- Then, right click the file and run as administrator.

Yes, they should work if you are on the latest build and everything is configured properly. Follow the same instructions I just posted above for Joe Totale:

Does HM2 offer complete support for Pokermaster?

Theoretically, can I just download the ap, start playing and have my full HUD displayed and all HHs tracked?

No, you need a subscription to the PokerMaster Hand Converter available in our HM Apps store and you will also need to use a free Android Emulator as instructed in our FAQs.

If it is a single hand or a small group of hands just select the hands in any report (Ctrl+A or Shift+A) then right-click > 'Delete'. If you want to remove a larger number of hands got the Home view - Options - 'Database' menu, or open the Database Manager by clicking the database name in the lower right corner of any view, then use the Purge menu.

Can you guys please get to this? You went through the trouble to add this in an update forever ago and WPN jackpots/SNG 2.0 never worked from the second you implemented it. Like my post says, HEM2 is just not reading the handhistory files correctly. I sent you files, this can't be hard to fix. I could care less about results being correct, I just want a HUD to work.

There are no plans for custom stats in HM3. We are working on integrating NC into HM3 but I have no ETA for when it will be fully integrated and ready for testing by customers.
