We do not know when HM3 will be available for public Beta.

We can tell you that all HM2 owners will receive a discount on any upgrade to HM3 and that the highest discounts will be given to those that purchased HM2 just prior to the release of HM3 Alpha.

In addition, those that purchase HM2 during the HM3 Alpha/Beta period will receive a free upgrade to HM3 once it is released. Anyone purchasing HM2 on Friday 28th of October 2016 or after will not have to pay to upgrade to HM3.

As we finalize other details, we will make announcements accordingly.

Other advanced filters > Final pot size in bbs is

Then you change the drop down underneath to suit. Then use Basic Filters > Common filters and add things like 'Saw flop' to filter down to later streets.

No, I meant 2016 as I typed. That is the date we started the very small group private alpha testing. We moved into larger scale private beta testing earlier this year.

Any new first time HM2 purchases since that date will get 1:1 credit towards an equivalent HM3 upgrade license fee. People that originally bought HM2 before that date, and have paid HM2 license upgrade fees since that date, will get a pro-rated discount on their original purchase and a full 1:1 credit for any HM2 license upgrade fees towards their HM3 license upgrade.

I play with Holdem Manager 2 and sharkscope desktop at the tables.
If I click a pop-up on HM2, sharkscope stats appear over the pop up.
Is there anyway of bringing the pop-ups in front of everything else

There are no HM2 settings to force the popups above other 3rd party HUDs. The popups should be forced above other HM2 HUDs/attributes but we have no way to force them above the SS HUD. You will need to see if SS HUD has a setting to not force it's HUD over other HUDs/popups or try to position the HM2 and SS HUDs in such a way that the HM2 popups and SS HUD do not interfere with each other.

We do have one setting that might have an affect on this behavior but I can't be sure if it will solve your issue or not:

Try toggling off or on the HUD Settings > General Settings > Advanced > [x] 'Force HUD on top of tables' option. I believe this only affects the actual HUD, and not the popups, but it can't hurt to give it a try and see if it helps.

Are you referring to the 'show or hide hole cards grid' heat maps in the Reports? That will work for any filter combination from the various Reports. If you were referring to something else please explain in more detail.

I had to update my Windows Parallels and now when I launch HEM, it says "A valid license for Holdem Manager 2 was not found." Then when I enter my code, it says "No activations left for this license code." It's seems to think I have a new computer after the update.

Appreciate your help.

I believe if you log in on your HM account on their website you can reset the licenses so it doesn't associate it with your "old computer", and you can use it again.

HM2 thinks it is a new machine so you need to reset your profiles as the other poster mentioned.

Please see this FAQ for help in resolving licensing issues.

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then 'copy public link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email.

Which site or sites are you experiencing this issue with?

Any tournament with more than 1 table (and some single table games) will require a separate Tournament Summary/History file to be imported for HM2 to properly calculate the size, places, and prizes. Without this information it is impossible for HM2 to work out the correct results. The only sites that currently write these summary files that we support right now is Pokerstars, Full Tilt, and Pacific. If your site does not write summaries, or you experience any discrepancies with the results, you will need to manually edit the results via the Reports > Tournament > Tournaments > right-click > edit - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...rnament+Editor

If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem hand histories and tournament summaries to us, with a link to this thread and your forum name, using the 'Contact Support' link.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth e.g C:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31 or if it was auto-imported with v7283+ it would be in C:\HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.

From what I see in our system HM2 and the HUD should work but the HUDs won't align properly if you play more than 1 table at the same time. I believe they finally updated the tables with unique names and HM3/PT4 now work properly on these games but HM2 needs an update to be able to work there so I will bump that ticket with our QA/Testing Manager to try and get it moved into the queue.

Thanks Fozzy, hope alls well!

Not even just from HUD. When I play jackpots, the automatically recorded hh will not import, but if I request a download of the hand histories that file will import.

Also, I spent about an hour trying to figure this out. How do I graph my Chip EV/Tourney? X axis, # of tourneys, y axis ChipEV.

I went to do the upgrade. I have holdem Pro. Everything was going fine, and then it asked me to sign in through Facebook in order to pay for the upgrade. I guess that wasn't the way to go.

Now it won't let me do the upgrade, and it isn't showing up in my cart.

I keep getting the following message:

You can only update one product or subscription service at a time. Please checkout and then revisit this page to upgrade or purchase another product or subscription service.

What do I do now?
