Hi,

While using HEM2 for william hill poker (ipoker) any time i change tables it doesnt auto set the stats.

Every other site seems to work fine, and also it works fine it i tablefind or just have HEM2 open originally - just when i change tables on that client.

I have a couple of FAQs and adjust time settings to local, and 0 offset for example. But this made no difference one i changed a table.

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
- Close HM2 and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

HUD not loading while playing the MOSS #1. I played for the first time in ages on ACR last night and had same problem. I updated and the HUD loaded. Maybe its not recognizing the tourny table name? HUD legend says "Waiting for hands."

ETA: HUD legend is also in the top left corner instead of centered.

This happens anytime a site runs these special/new series or one of a kind tournaments.

Please see this FAQ on how to use table finder.

You will have to use it for each new tourney and each time you get moved to a new table.

my hud has randomly suddenly stopped working for party mtt. I cant find the tavle in the table finder. When i go to site setting i have a symbol saying no imports in current srtting but i can see HH file is daving to disk.

Any ideas?

Even if the table is not listed in the table finder you can still try dragging the target icon to the table.

Please update to the latest beta version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ger_2_Beta.exe

- After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock.*
* If you do not see an 'unblock' option you can ignore this step.
- Then, right click the file and run as administrator.

Make sure your site is configured to save hands and that HM2 is setup to auto import those hands.

If none of that helps:

Please follow the instructions in this FAQ and reply back with the answers to the 12 questions in that FAQ. Those answers should help us quickly identify your issue, skipping questions will just mean we have to ask again in the next email and will delay the resolution of the issue.

I spoke to a friends and he said the same happened to him deep in the same MTT. It was the 215 phases on party poker.

I have pt4 but never use it, i loaded it up and it worked fine so hands were importing to rhere.

I also tried to dragging the target icon but that didnt work either. Could it be a bug with that specific mtt?

That is a possibility. To know for sure what is causing it we would need the feature logging files, screen shot, hand history, etc that was requested at the end of my previous reply.

If you turned on the feature logging and took the screen shots during the tournament, you can collect the logs when the tournament is over and send everything at that time.

Hi Fozzy

last month I was saving HH folders to a USB but I had to change the name of the redkings folders form month "7" and "8" to 71 and 81 so they wouldn't overwrite the stars hand folders already saved with the same names. Unfortunately ever since that name change not a single hand as been archived from Microgaming.

Both Pokerstars and Microgaming import to Holdem manager fine but only Pokerstars hands now get archived?

I have tried deleting and then a fresh site set up and changing the archive folder but nothing changes.

If I recall correctly: HM2 will only archive MPN gamehistory.dat files after they reach a certain size (I forget the exact size) and your MPN client is closed while HM2 is still open with the auto import running*. If it still won't archive for some reason doing that you can close HM2 and the MPN client, open the MPN client folder and cut/paste the gamehistory.dat file to your archive folder for a recent date.

*Note: You should also uncheck "Include Subfolders" in the Site Setup Auto Import Folder settings for Microgaming sites if it is checked to make sure it doesn't archive any files that it shouldn't.

Try a new session with auto-import. A new gamehistory file should be generated.

The auto import trick didn't work but when looking at the gamehistory.dat file it is only 3,446 kb when I am sure it use to be around 80,000 KB so maybe that is the problem.

Do I just need to keep playing until it hits the size that it starts archiving and then all the past days/weeks worth of hands will be copied to the Archive folder?

Yes, I searched our system and found the requirements:

1) larger than 5MB
2) older than 15 minutes
3) MPN client not running
4) HH file has changed size since last archive

So as long as it meets all 4 requirements the dat file will get archived. If you weren't already in the habit I would just suggest you try and close your poker client before you close HM2 and open HM2 before you open the poker client to be sure it is archived as soon as it meets the requirements.

Our automated crash/issue report replies don't generate auto replies since we moved our servers. If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

With the database manager which is accessed from the Home tab > Utilities section of the main ribbon menu or by clicking the database name in the lower right corner from any other view such as Reports.

Is there a reason why HEM2 does not correctly record sng payouts? On 888poker when playing sngs, theres no issue. But on partypoker, they payouts are not correct. Is there a glitch with this?

Which specific party sngs are you experiencing this issue with? It may be a known issue we have documented but to be sure I need more details about the game type, or hand history files sent, to be able to search our database for known issues.

Any tournament with more than 1 table (and some single table games) will require a separate Tournament Summary/History file to be imported for HM2 to properly calculate the size, places, and prizes. Without this information it is impossible for HM2 to work out the correct results. The only sites that currently write these summary files that we support right now is Pokerstars, Full Tilt, and Pacific. If your site does not write summaries, or you experience any discrepancies with the results, you will need to manually edit the results via the Reports > Tournament > Tournaments > right-click > edit - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...rnament+Editor

If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem hand histories and tournament summaries to us, with a link to this thread and your forum name, using the 'Contact Support' link.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth e.g C:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31 or if it was auto-imported with v7283+ it would be in C:\HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.

When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then 'copy public link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email.
