Yeah, that's what I was thinking as well. I figured that if this were the case then I would've already heard about it.

P.S. - I thought I posted this yesterday. Apologies if it's found elsewhere.
HM2 can only know villain's hole cards if the hands go to show down. The only way I can think to do what you want, if I am understanding you, is to create an alias of all those opponents and set that alias as the active player/hero in the reports.

If you want to create an alias with a lot of villains you can do it via PGAdmin as explained here or via the new NoteCaddy Premium Aliases feature that creates an alias based on a color definition but please be aware that it can be very resource intensive to link all villains to an alias so you should have a powerful computer with lots of ram if attempting this. This technique can also cause erroneous results if some of the villain's you aliased together have played hands against each other. An alias is designed to join 2 or more hero screen names that would not have played against each other so while this is possible to do it is not something we officially support or recommend.

If you are using NC you can do the aggregate percentages much more quickly than by making an alias.

Thanks, Fozzy.

I'm in the process of upgrading hardware in order to use NC, but I'm sure that many of the villains will have played each other so that route is likelt flawed for me in this instance. I will look into the aggregarte %'s route when I get up and running with NC.

As far as using HM2 and reassigning Alias's, can I confirm if this is the methodology to approach it:

1 - Create new DB with only the hands in question
2 - Rename all alias's (except my own) to, say Villian1

I guess, then, that this method will only work for HU tables, and not 3 handed?

1 - A new DB would be wise for something like this.
2 - Editing the HH files is unnecessary AFAIK but it has been a long time since I have done any research on this. The posters in that thread I linked to may be able to answer you as to if there is any reason/merit to renaming opponents. Typically they just create an alias then add all of the opponent's (and usually their hero's) screen names to that alias then set the alias as the active player in the HM2 Hero menu for their research/study of population tendencies.

Did anything happen with hud automatic switcher lately? I use it for Spin & Go's for showing 3 player hud while not HU and 2 player hud while HU.

Settings should be correct. Note that when I manually stop HUD and restart HUD then it changes from 3 player hud to 2 player hud like HM2 should do automatically.

Not that I am aware of. I will check with our testers and see if they can try duplicating the problem when they have some time.

Can you send us some logs please?

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
- Close HM2 and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

I got my hud automatically switch again after reversing my late changes. Notecaddy - > Settings -> HUD -> [ticked] Update HUD immediately when data changes caused hud not to automatically switch for me. Can you look into it?

Can you tell me what your HUD Settings > General Settings > Common Settings > Overhang value is set to? If it is not set to 0 can you try setting it to 0 then see if you still have problems when you turn that NC option back on?

You can not use the Active Session tab when playing at Prima/Microgaming skins. Please use the Reports > More Reports > Sessions report instead.

Are you using an alias to join multiple screen names together in the reports? If you choose your screen name instead of the alias name does it work properly? Does it help if you disable the Options > Settings > General Settings > Miscellaneous > [ ] 'Automatically Refresh' option and restart HM2?

Make sure that the Site Time Adjustment is properly configured such that the Time Stamp in the Reports for the hand matches your local windows clock time.

Make sure the poker client and hand histories are both in English. If it is not, you need to change it in the Lobby Options or reinstall the software and choose English.

If you continue to have problems:

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'Analysis', 'ReportStats', 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' options and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

All of them are default 0. Unticking given notecaddy option increased almost instant hud stats update to 30 seconds. Not a good option if playing HU.

Well, if given problem occurs only for me then I just need to fit 3 player hud and 2 player hud to same table layout.

Our testers said they are going to need to see some logs, your HUD and your NoteCaddy definitions to test this in detail.

Please follow the instructions in this FAQ and reply back with the answers to the 12 questions in that FAQ. Those answers should help us quickly identify your issue, skipping questions will just mean we have to ask again in the next email and will delay the resolution of the issue.

Activating NC license shouldn't disconnect your old database or change databases. Did you try to reset and create notes?

If you continue to have problems:

I'd like to totally disable notecaddy in order to improve performance.(I have notecaddy premium)

I Already did:
- Turned Inactive all my notes definitions
- Removed all notes
- Disabled everything in the notecaddy settings
- Disabled Show caddy notes and start caddy report in my hud settings
- Did a full vacuum on my database

Is there anything more should I do?

After buying a new computer (8gb ram, 2.7ghz processor) I'm still having difficulties with being disconnected by a site's poker client/having crashes. Now I understand this can be due to poor clients (I play on iPoker) but at the same time I'm looking at everything else that is giving my computer a hard time (seems to be pretty noisy at times when playing poker).

I have noticed that while playing HM2 at times uses up to 100% of my CPU. There are insane spikes in my graph (task manager). Now I did search on Google and did find a post from 2013

suggesting what I should do but I'm really not that good with computers and am sure to not do something properly. Can you provide any information that is a bit more up to date and detailed how to go about removing UAC and helping windows to disregard all of the programs associated with HM2? I'm using windows 10.

I am using no particular antivirus (just windows defender) or firewall (again, the default firewall that comes with windows 10).

I have tried turning off UAC and adding the files mentioned (don't know if I did this correctly) but CPU usage at times is still very high.

I would be interested in at least knowing if certain high cpu usage with HM2 is normal ... That way I could know if I have a problem here or not. When starting up HM2 the CPU usage jumps to 100% without fail. Is this normal? Also whatever I do in HM2 (let's say click the reports button or click the refresh button while in the reports tab) the CPU usage jumps up to 30-50% ...) Is this normal?

High cpu use when clicking things, and random spikes when playing, is normal but it should obviously go back down once it is done processing the task. Are the high cpu spikes causing HM2 or your computer to lag, or the clients to disconnect at approximately the same time?

Before I suggest a bunch of general things that might or might not help, it would be best if you sent us in some logs created when you are having problems.

If you continue to have problems, please duplicate the issue and send us log files with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing:
- Open Windows Event Viewer's (Control Panel > System & Security > Administrative Tools or Start > Search > 'Event Viewer') > Windows Logs > Applications.
- Check for any errors and send the information (Save All Events As...).
- Please send a HM2 log file as well.

When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then right-click > 'copy public link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email. If you have any problems with dropbox try using filedropper.com

I'm running the latest version of HEM 2 and I'm having some issues with my tournament results. Cash game results are 100% accurate but my tournament results are not being recorded properly.

The buy-ins and winnings are not accurate and seem completely random. Most of the time it's saying that I didn't finish in the money when in fact I did. In addition most of the MTTs I have played are being recorded as SNGs. I've went in and changed the results manually but I'm looking for a more permanent fix. Has anyone else had similar issues?

Which site or sites are you experiencing this issue with?

Any tournament with more than 1 table (and some single table games) will require a separate Tournament Summary/History file to be imported for HM2 to properly calculate the size, places, and prizes. Without this information it is impossible for HM2 to work out the correct results. The only sites that currently write these summary files that we support right now is Pokerstars, Full Tilt, and Pacific. If your site does not write summaries, or you experience any discrepancies with the results, you will need to manually edit the results via the Reports > Tournament > Tournaments > right-click > edit - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...rnament+Editor

If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem hand histories and tournament summaries to us, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to us using the 'Contact Support' link.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth e.g C:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31 or if it was auto-imported with v7283+ it would be in C:\HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.

When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then 'copy public link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email.
