Resetting the profiles again should allow you to activate the old computer. The same code can be used on 2 pc's you own at once and can be reset as often as needed.

I can't recall the default backup folder location for sure as I have always done mine to non-default folders but you should be able to open the Database Manager > Backup tab on your new computer to find that location. It most likely defaults to C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager. You could have chosen to save it anywhere. The files are named similar to this example: HEM BACKUP 09-07-2016_07-52-49.pghembk

Hello everyone
I am somewhat new to 2+2 and this is actually my first ever post lol so bare with me please.
I use HM2 and had just recently purchased note caddy premium. Not very familiar w the product but trying to teach myself how to use it effectively (badges etc). I also recently found out that you can not use the caddy spark or caddy scatter graphs or badges while playing live games on poker stars. However from what I understand I can create my own note definition badges on note caddy and effectively use those during live games on poker stars. So can I or can I not use note caddy during live play on pokerstars (or any other site for that matter) and if so does anyone know of any good intrusctional videos or anything I could use to get more familiar and teach myself w note caddy premium. Could someone please elaborate as I would appreciate any feedback on this issue. Thanks for your time

- CaddySpark and CaddyScatter graphs are not allowed to be used during live play on PokerStars and full tilt poker. They will still appear on the replayer and when viewing note history within NoteCaddy
- CaddyClock is currently not functional due to the HEM live tracking being banned at PokerStars. This could change in the future hopefully
- Composite definitions are currently available on PokerStars and full tilt poker. Expressions using definitions that "filter by hole cards and/or board cards" will not work on live PokerStars and Full Tilt poker tables
- Badges that categorize players automatically are not allowed to be used during live play on PokerStars and full tilt poker. They will still appear on the replayer and when viewing note history within NoteCaddy. Badges that are assigned manually by you are currently working on PokerStars. Add the stat NC.PlayerTags to your HUD to be able to tag players manually.

So I found my database that I exported. I've transferred it from my old computer to my new computer. When I go to HEM2 on new computer, Database, and import. It won't let me search and pick the file to import, it just says No Holdem Manager 1 Data bases were found.

Well yeah, I have HEM2, and I exported my database from HEM2. I don't know where to go from here to get my old database onto my new computer, even though I have the file.

You have to restore a pghembk file that was created with the backup function. The Import tab of the Database Manager is for importing an active HM1 database.

question related to hud-stat "3bet is AA".

How is this calculated? I am asking because:

Let`s take this example:
I played 100 Hands against villain. He was 3betting 10 hands, which makes 3bet% = 10. Let`s say we have only one of the hands that went to showdown when villain did 3bet. Is the "3bet was AA" then 100% because 1 out of 1 hand he did 3bet went to showdown. Or is it 10% then because we "saw" him only 1 time out of 10 holding AA?

I am curious which formula is behind this stat?

It works fine if you set DPI Scaling in Windows to 100% but if you use >100% you will have to play around with the Windows DPI Scaling settings and HM2 HUD Font sizes and scaling options to get a size that works for you and your monitor/table sizes.

It should be the second but I am not sure off the top of my head. You could export the one hand you know is AA and 2 others you didn't see that was 3bet and import them both to a new db and if its 33% for that stat you would know.

My Hud doesn`t show the pot-odds when i am playing on ipoker. I have the the check-boxes activated but i don`t even know where i am supposed to see the pot odds in my hand while i am playing a hand..

Any idea what i am doing wrong?

I also cant fint this stat in the "main pop up / table hud"-settings for my hud. I thought this could be the reason but it isn`t.

Are you using an old build? Live tracking options should be greyed out now. Street By Street HUD, Live Pot Odds and the Line Taken stat were a part of the Live Tracking feature. It only ever worked at IPoker and PokerStars. It broke on IPoker after they introduced their new beta (now official) client. We had to disable it completely after PokerStars introduced their new Third Party Tools rules as it was used to power some of the other features which are no longer allowed on PokerStars. We have no plans to bring this feature back or design any new features for HM2/3 that would not work at all supported networks/sites.

There's a bug with WPN hands and "copy with stats." Any hand that doesn't reach showdown will copy to clipboard "error parsing hands." I'm using the most up to date version of hm2 and tried to vacuum and reindex, no luck. Also tried to use a new db. Is there a fix?

If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HM-8067 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

I do not have an estimate for when this issue will be resolved. We do not give estimates until it has been confirmed as fixed by our internal testers and the release is imminent.

whenever i play and a hand is over i wait for the hem-box which shows the mucked cards and stuff
usually this showed a couple of seconds after the hand was finished
but in my rather tiny database of hands now this box takes way too much time to show
often times 3 hands have been played already so this gets pretty annoying
is this a known bug, and what can i do to fix it?

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'Analysis', 'ReportStats', 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' options and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
- Close HM2 and attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

Please zip and email the requested files via the 'Contact Support' link and if there is a forum thread with additional information please link to this thread and let us know your forum name if there are several people in the thread.

How do I un-zoom the Cash Results Graph when the x-axis is set to "Days" or "Months"?
When I zoom into a section of my Cash Results Graph using x = "Days" or "Months" there's no un-zoom showing in the top right of my graph as per the 3rd image in this FAQ:

Interesting, I don't recall that issue ever being reported. You can use your mouse wheel to zoom out/in or toggle the x axis back to hands then back to days to get around this issue.

New to using HM2 and can't get the screen to fit, any help would be appreciated.

1. Make sure your poker client is closed and right-click on the shortcut icon for the client.
2. Select "Properties" on the menu that pops up.
3. Go to the "Compatibility" tab.
4. Under Settings, put a check in the box labeled "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings."
5. Use the "Apply" button to save this information.

Hello where do go to backup my HEM notes for Stars? I don't necessarily need to backup the entire database, just the note files for the time being. Also where do I go into Stars if I just want to save my Pokerstars color codes I have for players? thanks.

If you are asking about the notes/colors you use via the poker client itself you would have to ask their support as I do not know.
