I need the one i set to different players on my old computer to appear on my new computer.

I would not know. Wee only provide the most basic of support for the HM2 apps. Any advanced support needs to be handled by the apps developer or support. You would need to ask the NC developer in the NC Support Thread if he didn't reply to your thread on the NC forums on our site.

There are known issues with the results/detection in progressive knockouts. For now you will need to use the Tournament Editor to manually edit the results via the Reports > Tournament > Tournaments > right-click > edit.

Hi,

is it possible to change the settings so that "HERO HUD" shows STATS based on all hands played and not only on the hands played in the session?

Would be important for me. My own session stats doesnt really interest me...

No, that is not possible. HM is designed to only show your session stats at that table as we felt it was a lot more useful for a couple of reasons:
1) A lot of people will have a huge amount of stats on themselves so it avoids performance issues having to crunch numbers to show these for yourself
2) A lot of regulars are very aware of their own stats and when you have a lot of stats accumulated it would take a huge swing to for the stat values to change with bigger samples
3) Its much more beneficial to see your session stats to get an idea of how aggressive or passive people will see you since you sat at that table. (again even if its against a reg you'll know yourself your overall image or at least you should)
4) You can easily check your overall stats in the reports section to remind yourself of any stats but again most people know their stats pretty well.

Probably a super simple answer, but I couldn't find it.

What's the trick to moving stats on one table without them moving on another?

Ex. Stats are showing up under incorrect player on one specific table. But, if I move that players stat box, it screws up all the other tables I'm playing.

Thanks

Try clicking the Gear Icon in the Table HUD - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...2831/Table+HUD - and toggle the Preferred Seating option to [x] Independent Mode then use the left/right arrows on the table.

1) But if that is only an "option" then everybody could choose. If it kills the performance you don`t have to use it. I would hope to be it an option not default.

2) I would bet the greater part is not that aware that you think. I check my stats frequently, but do i remeber these really? And is it really good take the time to try to "remember" or is it faster and more convienient to see these immidiately. My stats also differ between NL25 and NL600 and between between SH and FR and between PLO and NL. There are a lot of long run stats that i would be interested to have access to in my own stats.

3) I really doubt that the regs that i play against give a lot about my session image. I usually sit with a bunch of regs at the tables who are 6-12 tabling. They look at long run stats for sure. So my session image is quite irrelevant most of the time.

4) I am not talking about some basic overall VPIP, PFR, RFI and 3bet mini stats that i want to know. I want to see these a bunch of detailed stats of mine at the tables and these i can never ever remeber for different games. Espacially multitabling this doesnt work.

Please think about to implement this as an "option". I am not a tech guy, but i would think that can`t be that difficult.

Or is it possible to change this only in my hud? I would pay for it and i could tell you if it works or not. Testperson!

It is not possible currently and we have no plans to implement this. None of the trackers (HM1/2/3, PT2/3/4, etc) do this, or ever have, for the reasons I stated previously. If you want to see these stats you can view them in the Reports with much greater filtering options than would be possible in the HUD.

The performance issues caused by lifetime hero stats on large samples, on multiple tables, is far too great and this is why the replayer defaults to a max hands # of 20k. If you ever tried loading a replayer HUD for a hero with 1mil+ hands (I have) you would see why we don't allow this possibility in the live HUD. The performance issues this causes in a single replayer HUD would be multiplied by whatever number of table you are playing.

Suggestion: Then "Vs Hero" stats might be a useful addition to your Villain HUD

Having a significant problem with my computer that is most likely going to require me to reinstall windows. I want to back up all of my hands for the new computer, but I can't even get into HEM2 anymore and get the following error:

"Exit now without sending error report?

Note: Solution can only be emailed to you if you send error report."

No matter what I do I always get that error when trying to pull it up.

I'm still able to pull up HEM1 and obviously there are many hands not in HEM1. If I do to backup and restore in HEM1 will that include all of the HEM1 and HEM2 hands in my computer?

HM1 backups do not contain any HM2 info. They have their own databases/settings.

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and zip/attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing and we will try to get HM2 working for you so you can use the backup/restore process in the database manager.

Please see this FAQ to transfer/backup data manually as well as from within HM2. This will ensure that you have your hand histories and HUD saved to import into a new computer, and as a backup to restore in case of an emergency. I recommend you do this at least once a month and keep the last 2 or 3 most recent backups (and your \HM2Archive folder) stored on an external drive and/or cloud storage site like dropbox or google drive.

This could be caused by cultural conflicts in the software. You will just need to reset the culture info.

Close HM2.

A) Windows 10 actually has two different locations to configure your PC region and language settings, both of these need to be checked.
1) Click on the start button and then "Settings"
2) From the settings windows, click on "Time & Language"
3) On the following window make sure "Region and language" > "Country or region" is set to "United States". *
4) Then click on the option "Additional date, time & regional settings"
5) On the following window click the option "Change date, time or number formats" to the right of "Region"
6) Make sure the format option here is set to "English (United States)". *

B) Windows 7/8
1) Open the Control Panel
- Windows 7: From the Start menu click "Control Panel"
- Windows 8: Press the Windows Key on your keyboard & "X", then click "Control Panel"
2) On the control panel window click "Clock, Language and Region":
3) Click "Change the date, time or number format"
4) Change your region to English (United States)*

*Afterwards, you can set it back to your standard setting.

*If your settings are already configured to English (United States) as described above please change them to another setting and finish the instructions, then repeat the instructions and change them back to English (United States).

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and zip/attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

Question about software changes. I had classic theme on stars. Also use hem2 with my hud etc. I then changed it to nova theme. I of course had to move position of my hud since with the classic hud on the classic theme, the location of the hud is horrible. I then changed and put my hud over every player etc. However it wasn't like the classic theme where my hud did not block anything at all. I was able to put my hud stats on every player right under it.

My hud will show this

This was perfect on classic theme. I then made it okay on nova theme but it required lot of moving the hud around but as best as i can do it, its still not good because certain players when all in, i cant view both of their cards etc. Of course the way to fix this would be less lines in my hud etc.

Well i then decided to go back to classic theme. I then noticed... it seemed like every player seat got moved a bit. Can someone confirm this? So when i noticed this, i then moved the hud for each player exactly like before. I took a picture of it on my computer so i can copy it exactly like how it was before. I notice when certain players go all in, my hud would block it. Is this like that for everyone then?

As of now, i then went back to nova theme. I would like nova theme with hud with the hud not blocking the players card etc. Basically i dont want to block any part of the players username or above their username where their cards are revealed when all in etc. I dont mind blocking a bit of the avatar with the hud etc. Does anyone have tips on this? I used classic theme for so long and liked it because i had the hud placed on every player on a table where no overlap and anytime all in by someone, you can see their cards. But now even if i go back to classic theme, i cannot do this.

And does anyone know if anyway possible for the hem2 hud to not block hole cards when all in for everyplayer or their username etc on nova theme?

You will want to make a clone of your HUD in the HUD Settings > HUD Designer for each theme that can be customized accordingly and when changing themes you would need to pick the other HUD Config layout from the Table HUD menu drop-down list of available HUDs. As to how to configure/position the HUD that is up to you to decide and implement. You can try reducing the number of stats or edit the Font for the HUD to use or not use font scaling and/or use a smaller font size.

Yes, and yes though it will have some features restricted/disabled for the new Third Party Tools rules Amaya implemented.

They are imposing rules that greatly inhibit how HUDs can work. The changes were described by Amaya a few months ago and can be viewed here, which is discussed in detail in this thread.

These features that will no longer work on the live tables will still work in the replayer for the hands played at Stars and Full Tilt as long as the poker client is closed.

We have changed other features in HM2 such as the HUD Settings > Stat Appearance > 'Color Ranges' only the first 3 colors/ranges will work on FTP/Stars and Auto Rate features are also not allowed at live tables. Auto Rate icons can still be set manually but we are not allowed to have them auto assign any more at PokerStars or Full Tilt.

NoteCaddy Restrictions on Full Tilt Poker and Pokerstars are detailed here.

How can I downgrade HM2? I am using 2.0.0.8446 which I believe is beta which fixed ipoker HUD issues however I am having issues and while support is investing it I would like to be able to play normally.
With previous version in which I needed to add ipoker HUD to MTTs I needed to use table finder and after that HUD was working normally. Which version is that and how do I downgrade?
Thanks.

We do not have any short term plans to add any new networks at this time. When we decide to start adding support for more new networks again it will be done based on current pokerscout rankings and the popularity of the ticket in our system for the network.

There is a 3rd party app called Poker Planer that can be used to make HM2 work on Chico Poker Network skins.
