A) Windows 10 actually has two different locations to configure your PC region and language settings, both of these need to be checked.
1) Click on the start button and then "Settings"
2) From the settings windows, click on "Time & Language"
3) On the following window make sure "Region and language" > "Country or region" is set to "United States". *
4) Then click on the option "Additional date, time & regional settings"
5) On the following window click the option "Change date, time or number formats" to the right of "Region"
6) Make sure the format option here is set to "English (United States)". *
B) Windows 7/8
1) Open the Control Panel
- Windows 7: From the Start menu click "Control Panel"
- Windows 8: Press the Windows Key on your keyboard & "X", then click "Control Panel"
2) On the control panel window click "Clock, Language and Region":
3) Click "Change the date,time or number format"
4) Change your region to English (United States)*
*Afterwards, you can set it back to your standard setting.
*If your settings are already configured to English (United States) as described above please change them to another setting and finish the instructions, then repeat the instructions and change them back to English (United States).
If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and
zip/attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.
