Can't really say without seeing the hands and some logging.

Make sure that the Site Time Adjustment is properly configured such that the Time Stamp in the Reports for the hand matches your local windows clock time.

Make sure the poker client and hand histories are both in English. If it is not, you need to change it in the Lobby Options or reinstall the software and choose English.

Please try to vacuum/analyze and reindex your database.

If you continue to have problems, try the following:

Try creating a new DataBase and import a small portion of your \HM2Archive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB.

If the new database seems to work properly, it sounds like your database might be corrupt. Please continue to use the new database and import the rest of your hands using the steps above. This is why regular backups are a good idea. If your database becomes corrupt you can restore a backup and only have to import the most recent hands (that were played after the backup was created) and edit any tournament results if necessary. I recommend keeping at least the most recent 2 or 3 backups in case the most recent one does not restore properly you can try the previous backup.

Here is a FAQ explaining how to backup your database and all settings in one easy step.

If you continue to have problems:

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'Analysis', 'ReportStats', 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' options and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
- Close HM2 and attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

Please zip and email the requested files via the 'Contact Support' link and if there is a forum thread with additional information please link to this thread and let us know your forum name if there are several people in the thread.

Hi fozzy, thx for the reply.

The problem was the Site Time adjustment. I played a session earlier today and HM2 thought they are hands from a later point(july 1st) and I had hm2 set to this month and today is the 30th of June thats why I couldnt see the hands I played today, but now its fine

Yes. It is explained somewhat in that FAQ. An alias is used to join 2 screen names in the Reports so you can see the combined hands/results for those 2 names/sites. The By Poker Site report will only show one site/entry if your active player/hero is a screen name. If your active hero is an alias that joined 2 screen names from 2 different sites there would be 2 entries on that report.

I went into this thinking that my play on two different sites would be autodetected somehow. I think I'm almost there now.

I have two hero names, "Poker Clif" for WPN and "PokerClif" for JuicyStakes. There is no "Revolution" option.

I have one more issue. Under Settings/Aliases I put "Combined Site Results" as my alias name. When I tried to enter the two site names in the Aliases/Player Site Names box, all that was available was a list of player names. I'm missing a step somewhere.

My HUD stopped working in ACR. Worked fine two days ago, it stopped working during a session yesterday and again today. I tried restarting HM2 and my computer with no luck.. Please help!

1 - Click the + icon under 'Player Site Names'
2 - Type 'poker' in the 'Current player:' field
3 - Select one of the screen names from the results
4 - Click 'OK'

Are you playing one of their special Big 10 or other unique tournament series games? This happens anytime a site runs these special/new series or one of a kind tournaments.

Please see this FAQ on how to use table finder for non 'fast-fold' tables.

If you continue to have problems:

I am not playing any of the special tournaments, just cash. I also don't think I am playing fast fold (I am assuming this is just like zoom on ps?)
HM2 has been on "preloading hands" for about an hour now.

These are 2 different things. If you were stuck on the first message (that happens when HM2 is launching) I don't think you would be able to see the 2nd message.

A) For the first message:

This could be caused by cultural conflicts in the software. You will just need to reset the culture info.

Close HM2

1) Please open Windows control panel.
2) Open Region-Language
3) Change your region to English (United States)
4) Change your location to United States

Apply/Close that window.

Afterwards, you can set it back to your standard setting and start HM2.

B) For the second message (assuming you get past the preloading hands message) we are going to need to see the log files I asked for.

Make sure your site is configured to save hands and that HM2 is setup to auto import those hands.

*Note that we do not support play money hands so you must test/play real money hands when using HM2.

Make sure the poker client and hand histories are both in English. If it is not, you need to change it in the Lobby Options or reinstall the software and choose English.

Hey, I've been having trouble with the fast fold games on PartyPoker, the HUD is working fine in game but it's not importing all of my hands into HM2. I have the little green tick and site setup and as far as I'm aware the time offset of +5 is fine as I'm in the UK. I have auto import on and the folder where the hands are being sent to is included on the folders HM2 is selecting hands from. Any idea why this is?

We have had some reports of this but have not yet been able to determine the cause. Please see this thread on our forums for more info and send us the files/screenshots as instructed in that thread.

Hi,

Hud doesent appear on pacific (888 poker)

There is no even "loading hands" in the corner of the table. Everything works fine, manager upload hands but i cant see a hud. On PS everything works perfectly.

Check your HM2 Alert Viewer. Please click on the red/yellow flag icon in the HM2 status bar and check each error message. To solve each problem you will need to click on the blue question mark icon in the Alert Viewer window to be directed to the solution FAQ.

I went through steps of removing disk space, turning off the firewall, and multiple other steps(I sent an email from shipschips1@gmail.com) and now HM2 won't connect to PostgreSQL.

This is usually a firewall or windows update issue and the following guide gives a step by step guide.

Yes, quit easy.

Please see this FAQ to transfer/backup data. This will ensure that you have your hand histories and HUD saved to import into a new computer, and as a backup to restore in case of an emergency. I recommend you do this at least once a month and keep the last 2 or 3 most recent backups (and your \HM2Archive folder) stored on an external drive and/or cloud storage site like dropbox or google drive.

The same code can be used on 2 pc's you own at once and can be reset as often as needed. Please try using our site to retrieve and/or reset the code whenever necessary.

If you have any problems activating the software please see this FAQ for help in resolving licensing issues.

If you continue to have problems we need you to send us the \HM2Logs folder as explained in the last steps under 'Contact Support'.

I do not have an estimate for when this issue will be resolved. We do not give estimates until it has been confirmed as fixed by our internal testers and the release is imminent.

These changes should be available in the next gold beta release. While we do not have an exact date for the release, you will receive a prompt to update once available as long as you have enabled the Settings > General > [x] Prompt for Beta Updates.

If it is not then we need you to send the logs/files as requested at the end of that FAQ you linked to for us to review.
