This is not possible. The hero HUD shows hands per table on regular tables. I believe on zoom (and other fast-fold type games on the other sites that offer them) it shows what you want due to the way the HUD is generated on those tables.

the hm2 hud does not work on the british pound tables on pokerstars.eu since the last update. It worked there before and still works on euro and usd tables. any fix?

How can I filter for the size of the pot? I can see where I can filter win/loss amounts vs a particular player but I can't find where I can see all pots over 400bbs for example.

All filters work against the selected player/alias. Filters > More Filters > Other Advanced Filters > Other: Final Pot Size in bbs is...

For quiet a while HEM2 doesn't import hands from Willam Hill and pokerstars.fr. They did work before, i have the latest version of HM2 and tried some things already. Is it still possible to use HEM2 with these networks? Thanks!

Do you have the latest official release HM2 or the new beta? You need the beta for stars if playing non-USD tables.

A) For Stars:

This is a bug in the PokerStars hand history format. We have made them aware of the issue and they are working on a fix which will be available in the next PokerStars software update.

Unfortunately their next update is not planned for another 2 or 3 weeks so we released a beta patch to our software to try and address the issue until they update the poker client.

B) For Ipoker:

Bet365 force updated to their beta client recently and caused similar problems. Your client may be saving them to a new folder now.

Uninstall Ipoker, deleting the settings.

Then re-install it, right-clicking the setup file and running as administrator. This will keep it from creating a hand history folder that it cannot write hands to.

Tournament tables will require you to use the Table Finder until they finalize their hand history updates so we can properly support those tables - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...+not+appear%3F

The Table Finder fix will take longer as we have to wait for them to update their poker client before we can make the tournament table HUD work automatically.

C) If you continue to have problems:

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
- Close HM2 and attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

Hi,

I bought 99$ HM2, have been playing on first computer for about 6 month, then i bought new PC and when I installed HM there I coudnt select myself here, there is no my nickname on the list of players
(my nickname on pokerstars is Xvliki)

Make sure your site is configured to save hands and that HM2 is setup to auto import those hands.

*Note that we do not support play money hands so you must test/play real money hands when using HM2.

Make sure the poker client and hand histories are both in English. If it is not, you need to change it in the Lobby Options or reinstall the software and choose English.

Make sure that the Site Time Adjustment is properly configured such that the Time Stamp in the Reports for the hand matches your local windows clock time.

Please see this FAQ on how to use table finder if you are playing regular non-zoom type tables.

If you continue to have problems:

Please follow the instructions in this FAQ and reply back with the answers to the 12 questions in that FAQ. Those answers should help us quickly identify your issue, skipping questions will just mean we have to ask again in the next email and will delay the resolution of the issue.

Please see this FAQ to transfer/backup data. This will ensure that you have your hand histories and HUD saved to import into a new computer, and as a backup to restore in case of an emergency. I recommend you do this at least once a month and keep the last 2 or 3 most recent backups (and your \HM2Archive folder) stored on an external drive and/or cloud storage site like dropbox or google drive.

After playing some SNGs last night I decided to play an MTT on the same site. I thought there was a way to change the HUD settings so that STT and MTT results are tracked separately but I went through the HUD settings and couldn't find it, all I could find was settings for the maximum number of players sitting at each table.

You were trying to have a different HUD config for MTT/STT? This is not possible. It has been suggested but as far as I know it is not possible for the HUD to know whether the tournament tables you are playing are STT or MTT.

Does it work better if you load a smaller number of hands? Before I write a huge wall of text of 10 different things for you to try it would probably be best if you sent us a log file after reproducing the problem.

The HUD configuration isn't the issue, I don't want to change or add any stats. The issue is that for players on WPN who are playing around or after midnight there isn't much action and players might might play SNGs at more than one level as well as an MTT between something like 2200-0400. If my stats on Fozzy71 are a mix of STT and MTT stats it can be very misleading when I want to know how he plays STTs.

There are no HUD/Tournament Filters settings to do what you want either. It was requested some years ago but it is unlikely to be added to HM2 since there is only one player on that ticket. I have a feeling many customers would like it, and likely asked about it but never got added to the ticket, so I will bump the ticket for possible consideration in HM3 with management.

I'm having a problem with HEM2 when running Bovada. I usually multi site so I'm often running HEM2 for Merge and WPN along with Holdem Indicator for Bovada.

A problem occurs with HEM2 displaying the "waiting for hands" over the top corner of the Holdem Indicator main window for the Bovada tables. This would just be a cosmetic issue not worthy of reporting but it seems like HEM2 drains more of my CPU when this happens.

In addition, it seems to happen randomly. For example, if I'm playing two Bovada tables HEM2 often will display the waiting for hands message over only one of the Holdem Indicator main windows but not the other.

Oooook... So today completely out of the blue after 2 years using it HM2 stopped showing my EV. Everything works normally but my EV is "stacked" above the green line. I cleared filters, I vacuumed the DB, I restarted my computer and HM2... Nothing fixed it. It was working fine until yesterday night. Thing is that I didn't install (heck I didn't even downloaded) anything in between. So nothing changed since yesterday yet HM stopped working properly.

If the vacuum didn't fix it try creating a new DataBase and import a small portion of your \HM2Archive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB.

If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to us using the 'Contact Support' link.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth e.g C:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31 or if it was auto-imported with v7283+ it would be in C:\HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.

When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then 'copy public link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email.

Change your DPI Scaling to 125 or 96/Normal - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...g+DPI+settings

If you continue to have problems:

HUD Settings > General Settings > HUD Font > 'Scale Font' and turn it on or off based on your preference or click the 'Font' button if you want to increase/decrease the size of all text for the HUD selected in the upper left preview drop-down menu.
