Delete the C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Fi lters\RecentCustomDateRangeFilters.Filters to delete them all.

If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory. http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...es+in+Windows+

It can probably be edited manually with notepad++ if you only want to get rid of one or 2 but I have never bothered to try or learn the code for that file. I just delete them all if the list of old ones annoys me.

I have received multiple warnings that I am "Licensed for low-stakes Holdem only" and I need to upgrade. I'm playing $1.50+.15 SNGs grinding up a small online bankroll on Americas Cardroom.

It is probably some old unarchived (unsupported, play money, stud, draw, etc) hands giving the warning. See this FAQ to resolve those issues.

To disable that warning toggle on the Settings > General Settings > Miscellaneous > [x] 'Hide importer licensing restrictions' option and click the Close button.

i like the provided default popups for in the hud but there quite small
is there any way to increase the size/font of all the popups alltogether?
or is it possible to increase the size/font of one popup so i can do them all manually?

HUD Settings > HUD Designer > pick the popup you want to edit and click the 'Edit Font' button (4th from the right end) and choose the [x] 'All Cells' option when prompted to apply it to all (text and stats) cells in the popup.

Hi,

unfortunately my HUD is not working. Everything was fine at the beginning of the session today. After a while, the HUD wasn't showed at some tables (playing MTTs on different sites). And now, the HUD isn't working at all. The hands get importet and i see them in the 'Reports' tab in HM2, but if I go to the 'Table Finder', none of the running tables is showed.

Hope you guys can help me.

Please send us a set of Feature Logging enabled logs/files as explained at the bottom of this FAQ with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing and a link to this thread with your forum name.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

We need the whole folder of files, not just that log file. I believe that FAQ explains how to zip/compress the whole folder which will compress everything down to ~10% of the original size. If the HM2Logs.zip is larger than 10MB please upload it to a file hosting site like dropbox, then right-click > 'copy public link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email.

HM2 is causing my computer to lag. When I'm playing on the cpu will freeze for 3/4 seconds then go back to normal, this happens every few minutes. Help please.

I have hm2 installed on a different drive than C; / windows. When I run the installer, it gives me the error ' HM 2 installation not found, DL full version'. I downloaded the updater from the site, same issue. How can I update? Also a question, if I have an m.2 drive but windows is installed on a standard SSD, will I lose any functionality / performance because of the PSQL installation? I have installed PSQL to the M.2 afaik, but I have heard PSQL uses windows installation HDD by default.

Download the latest full install and update with that, making sure to pick your custom installation path/folder manually if it is not auto detected.

If you installed PostgreSQL with our combo install it would have been installed to the C:\ drive as it doesn't have an option to pick a different drive. Best HM2 import/HUD performance is achieved if it is installed on the fastest drive, as should your Windows. HM2 and the Archive folder can be on the slower drive but Windows and PostgreSQL should be on the fastest drive assuming it is large enough for both with plenty of free space leftover as postgreSQL needs plenty of free space (we recommend at least 20%) for database tasks (maintenance, purges, exports, backups, etc).

i just got the notification from pokerstars that holdem manager 1 is not longer allowed to use while the client is open. they send me an email to confirm, which i did. Ofc i closed HEM1 and just started playing some hands and the notification showed up again but holdem manager 1 was closed. anything i can do? the only thing i saw was that some postgress.dll processes were still running but i have no clue what else they could be for so i let them open. might they cause the problem? can i just close them?

question about the pop-ups

for example now i see under open MP: 15% (52)
which means i saw him do that 52 times
but all these (number) really clutter up my pop-ups..
is there any way to delete the (26) and (20) etc. from behind my stats in the popups?

2nd question:

sometimes i wanna click on a stat in my hud to get the popup i want but i get a little box saying: '49% top players 6max'
or something like that, i dont wanna get those boxes, can i turn this off?

If you didn't see HMImport.exe, HMHud.exe or HoldemManager.exe I am not sure what else could cause it but they don't tell us these types of things so you might want to check with them. PT4 and HM2 both use postgresql so that can't be the cause of the other warning. I would try rebooting your whole system.

No, but once the sample size is >99 they will disappear.

It can't be disabled afaik. It seems to show up for me, after a variety of testing, only if you are using the click for stat popup option, the first time you click a player's 'name' or 'hands' stats for popups which have the Default Winrate popups assigned in the Stat Appearance menu. I haven't tested but I assume if you assign another popup to those stats, or just try to make sure you don't click those stats the first time, it should prevent that. I will check with the other testers and if I find out anything else about these popups I will update the thread and PM you as well.

Failed to load type for module PokerModule. Error was: Could not load file or assembly 'HoldemManager.Modules.Services.Poker.dll' or one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format.

What can I do to fix it?

Please make a backup of your settings and reset them as described here.

If that does not solve your problems please close HM2 and try to copy all files/folders EXCEPT FOR \Database and NoteCaddyDefinitions from C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager to a new \Desktop folder. This will cause you to lose all of your settings but it will hopefully solve the problem.

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and zip/attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

How I can filter spots, where villain went certain line ? Like he checked the flop and raised the turn for example. Is it even possible to filter these kind of actions ?

I am sorry, I over-looked that part of your post. All filters are always applied to/for the selected hero/alias in the Hero menu. If you want to filter for villains doing that you need to pick him/them as the active player/hero.

If you want to create an alias with a lot of villains you can do it via PGAdmin or RangeMeister as explained here or via the new NoteCaddy Premium Aliases feature that creates an alias based on a color definition but please be aware that it can be very resource intensive to link all villains to an alias so you should have a powerful computer with lots of ram if attempting this. This technique can also cause erroneous results if some of the villain's you aliased together have played hands against each other. An alias is designed to join 2 or more hero screen names that would not have played against each other so while this is possible to do it is not something we officially support or recommend.

Dears,

some of my HUD stats are not working. I am posting a screen after 1000 hands of 0.01/0.02 zoom poker in pokerstars.

The stats are: Aggression factor, flop fold to raise, small blind unnopened preflop raise, big blind resteal and big blind fold to resteal.
