Is this only happening when the tables are short-handed with at least one empty seat? If yes, it is a known issue.

I do not recall seeing any reports of this problem recently.

If you're seeing this issue in most cases its a graphics card issue

1 - Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts and multiple 'check for updates'), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser).

Make sure you are using an aero theme.

If you continue to have problems:

Make sure you always start HM2 first before you open the PokerStars Client. If you closed PokerStars for any reason and did not close HM2 please close them both and start HM2 before you stars PokerStars again.

Have you tried the other suggestions yet of keeping HM2 on the Home tab or picking a villain that doesn't have many hands so it loads fewer hands to memory? Did it not help? These 2 methods seem to help a good majority of the other customers that have been having these problems.

You have to make sure the new client is saving hands/summaries and then point HM2's auto import folder at the new folder - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...er+Stars+Setup

Try creating a new folder on your computer such as C:\StarsHands and C:\StarsTourneys then configure PokerStars to save the hands/results here in their Options > Instant Hand History menu and setup HM2 to Auto Import from here in the Site Setup menu.

The same way you would for any other WPN skin. Please see this FAQ for setup instructions and this recent post from another customer discussing problems at the BetCoin skin. Apparently there are parsing/HUD problems so we will need you and others to send us some hands and logs as explained in this post so we can have our developers work on fixing the problems caused by their unique differences from other WPN skins/hands.

my hud doesnt start automatically since last 888 software update. Works with table finder, but it's annoying when you play lots of tables to set up the hud for every table and when you re moved to another table to do it again.

What I should do?

1) Export any custom HUD configs.
2) Open the HM2 > HUD Settings > HUD Designer menu > Click 'Reset' > [x] All Configs > OK
3) Manually reset your Site Setup > Seating Preferences > for your site/seats and any other HUD Settings you had personalized.

Try to reproduce the problem using the default HUD/settings. If it works properly you can try importing your customized HUD again. If the problem returns after importing the custom HUD then you know that config is corrupted and you will need to delete it and rebuild it from scratch.

If you continue to have problems:

Please reproduce the problem and:

- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue, if all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

How can i set size of note and autorate icons? I tried to change general settings/hud font. I choosed "apply all stats" but icons are still bigger than stats.

There is nothing we can do in a remote support session to solve this problem. This is still an open ticket in our system so I am not sure why it might have said in the release notes that it was resolved. If it said it was resolved that was a mistake by the person doing the release notes. It looks like this marked as fixed in our system but it actually is not fixed according to the comments and it is still assigned to a developer so that might explain why it was included in the release notes by mistake as he may have read it wrong or the release notes might be automated in some way for all I know.

This should be possible to do but it definitely won't be in the next update and I can't give any ETA for when it might be added but I did write up the feature request.

We have them vs 1 or 2+ raisers but they do not include limpers. It has been requested but it is an old request so I am not sure if/when they might be added. We have a large number of existing stat requests already and are only adding the most popular of the requests as time permits.

The assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HM-3010 - Feature Request: Add a stat that shows how often a player Folds to 3bet after an isolation raise.

Fozzy I get the last year's Y2K old error 'clock is not set correctly' massage, and can't run HEM2 at all.

Happened several times, but resetting the liscense or time had fixed the problem, except this time. Cure?

We have added new logging for this issue. HM2 licensing related logging now goes to separate file: HoldemManager.Licensing.log that is saved in %appdata%\HoldemManager folder. This file gets picked up by our utility that copies the files to your desktop in a \HM2Logs folder and there is no need to enable the Licensing feature logging.

Please update to the latest beta version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ger_2_Beta.exe

More Filters > Tournament Filters > 'Number of Players' filters, or you might also be able to do what you want via the 'Tagging' filter.
