Thanks for the info. We are not sure why this is still happening so late into the year (it was a new years day bug with our new internal licensing system we introduced last year) but generally all that is needed to resolve it is delete the hml license file and activate the software again. Reinstalling the software like you described does not affect that hml file in any way so I am not sure why that fixed the problem for you but I am glad to hear you were able to resolve the issue and get the software working on your own.

Good luck at the tables. If you have any further questions or problems do not hesitate to ask us.

We stopped selling HM1 licenses when HM2 was released in November of 2011. We stopped updating for critical bugs and providing support for HM1 at the end of April 2014 - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...mmon+Questions

Pokerstars has made a lot of updates at Zoom since we stopped updating/supporting HM1 back in April. You might still be able to hack HM1 to work by using some of the new HM2 Zoom files as explained in this HM1 forum thread. I can not help any further than what is explained in that thread. If the workaround works for you there is no telling how much longer it will continue to work.

If you continue to have problems there is nothing else we can do since we no longer support this software so you should consider trying HM2. If you have not tried it recently you should be able to install the latest update and activate a new 30 day trial. If you have any problems with the trial let us know and we can extend the trial for you manually.

I was playing on Bovada and gave up using my HM2 because the software was so cumbersome with Bovada. I'm switching to Carbon. Do I need any fancy hand grabbers or anything or will HM2 just auto import like I want it to?

We have native support for Merge so you should be good to go once you setup the auto import folders.

They do not write tournament summaries so you will have to edit MTT (and likely some SNG) results with the Tournament Editor.

Our of curiosity so I know for the next person that asks, were you trying with PS6 or PS7? Unfortunately there is nothing more we can do to help with HM1 issues. If you have any problems starting a fresh HM2 trial please email your account details and questions to sales@holdemmanager.com and they can issue you a trial extension if you need to double check how it works on your system with Zoom before considering a purchase. We also have a 30 day refund policy so you should be able to test drive it worry free for 60 days.

This problem with zoom nl25 (and nl16) should be fixed in our latest beta.

Please update to the latest beta version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ger_2_Beta.exe

Make sure you always start HM2 first before you open the PokerStars Client. If you closed PokerStars for any reason and did not close HM2 please close them both and start HM2 before you stars PokerStars again.

Please check all of the steps on this FAQ - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...rs+Zoom+Tables

If you continue to have problems please send the requested files/screenshots as instructed at the end of the FAQ in the link above.

OK, thanks for the feedback. It sounds like you won't be the only one if HM1 won't work with Zoom anymore even with the hack.

thanks, it worked

one of the issues i hope to be the last:
ive got my hud going but the popups arent projecting most of the numbers i want
ive imported popups from hem1 but in the process almost every stat has disappeared (i guess they are renamed or something).
Is there any way to use hem1 popups?

And also, is there any way to change the background and text color of every popup (i dislike the grey-black theme from hem2 while i found the black on yellow from hem1 very easy to read and pleasing to the eye)?

Many HM1 stats were renamed in HM2 for a more uniform naming convention for all stats. You will have to use the HUD Settings > Popup Designer to edit them and replace the old stat names with the new/equivalent stat in HM2.

Before we changed to the dark theme popups in HM2 they were a lighter grey color which you can see here. If you like those the instructions for how to install/rollback to those are on the FAQ linked to in the previous sentence.

You can also use the Popup Designer to change the colors as you like or you might be able to find something like the HM1 popups, or something you like better than all 3 of those options, in our HM2 HUD Repository. It contains lots of free HUD/Popup configs created by other customers.

almost there..
my hud shows this tooltip, how can i remove the part with the yellow surrounding?

edit: 2nd question

i decided to take the build in hem2 popups but is there anyway to make them all one or two scales larger so it easier to read and i dont have to squint each time

btw, if stuff i ask isnt possible please consider it as a serious suggestion that most transitioned players from hem1 would appreciate

2 problems:

(1) Holdem Manager does not import 100% of the hands. There is usually a discrepency between the actual # of hands I play (and wins and so on) and what's shown on HM.

(2) The HUD always displays stats one hand too late. This is useless for Zoom of course, as every hand you're playing different opponents. I need real-time HUD stats for players I play.

Please let me know what I can do about this. I have Holdem Manager Professional V 1.14.02.

PS: I did try some things btw: adding Blitz.dll (called fastfold.dll on HM2) and StarsCommunicator.hm2 from HM2 to HM1's C:\Program Files (x86)\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\ folder.

This works for some. It didn't for me.

I need HM2 version 8268 with Notecaddy version 2.5.1.5
Is that possible?
Because I think the latest version of Notecaddy (2.5.1.8 and 2.5.1.9) it's very buggy,
and I need the HM2 8268 to fix the freezing bugs for the latest Pokerstars client.
Your latest version of HM2 8268 force me to upgrade my Notecaddy to 2.5.1.8.

I will be replying to your duplicate post on our forums in a few minutes after I do some testing. Please try not to post the same question in multiple support channels to get a faster reply. This causes us to have to respond twice and we usually have different people working different support channels so we end up spending twice the time necessary to help you which delays replies to other customers.

I can't answer that beyond what was in question 7 on the FAQ:

7. How long will you support HM2?

Our focus is and has been 100% on supporting and improving HM2 and development of the companion HM Cloud platform.

Beyond HM2 and HM Cloud, we have no plans for future versions of HM. We can't say we will never build a new version, but it's not something we expect to do anytime soon.

We continued to update HM1 for 30 months after HM2 was released so if/when we do release a HM3 product in the future we would most likely support HM2 for a similar amount of time after the release of such a product.

If you have any discrepancies you will need to edit the results manually - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...rnament+Editor

You may need to request and import any/all of your old tournament histories and import those to HM2 to correct issues with old tournaments showing wrong results. Stars did not write the tourney summaries to your hard drive in the past, like FTP did, so please enable the option in the PokerStars client via their lobby options and make sure that HM2 has added both the hand history and summary folder to your Auto Import Folder Configuration and this will ensure future tournaments have correct results automatically.
http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...er+Stars+Setup

For older tournaments email support@pokerstars.com and ask for ALL your old Hand Histories and Tournament Audit Files in .htm format. They will send you an email with links to zip files of your hand histories. Download all the zip files. Right-Click > Extract the contents of each zip file to a new folder and then manually import those files by going to the Importing option in the HM Ribbon menu and choosing import from folders in the manual import section. You may see import errors as some of these hands are probably already imported.

The tournament summaries should be attached to the email as .htm files. Download the attachments and repeat the process of importing all the files. If the files are sent as .html you will need to rename them (Right-Click > Rename) from .html to .htm extensions otherwise they will not import. You can view this FAQ for more information on importing emailed hand histories:
http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...dem+Manager%3F

If you continue to have problems please zip up and email the problem hand histories with details of the issue you are experiencing or a link to the relevant thread and send it to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth e.g C:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31 or if it was auto-imported with v7283+ it would be in C:\HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.

When sending any hand history files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is too big to attach to an email please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox or filedropper and send us the download link.

I'm a bit confused. Is this recent? I played last year where it never had any issues recording 180 mans with 8s and 15s. The only issue with the 3.5r were that they didn't record rebuys... but all of them still showed what place exactly i finished out of 180 players. And of course for the 8s and 15s, it showed the correct amount of money i was up or down...
