Hud for hem2 shows up in wrong place for certain tables. How do i fix this?

and reopening. It should go to one monitor. You can move it and it will re-open in that spot.

If you are having trouble with the Zoom HUD, or the freeze, we need the files as the FAQ requests. Please send in an email when you send a HUD report.

Make sure you always start HM2 first before you open the PokerStars Client. If you closed PokerStars for any reason and did not close HM2 please close them both and start HM2 before you stars PokerStars again.

Please always specify what site you are playing on.

Please reset the HUD positions.

Open the HM2 > HUD Settings > HUD Designer menu > Click 'Reset' > [x] Panel Positions > OK

1) Open one Table only and ensure at least 1 hand has imported before moving to step 2.
2) Move the stats with the Arrow Buttons (< >) on the Table Averages HUD to rotate your HUD to the correct position.
3) Now you can open more tables and it should be automatically configured. Let at least 1 hand import before changing anything as this is needed to gather the correct positions.

Please check this FAQ if you play at pokerstars - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...For+PokerStars - and make sure it is set the same in all/any installed PokerStars clients if you have more than 1 ps.xx client installed.

If the new database seems to work properly, it sounds like your database might be corrupt. This is why regular backups are a good idea. If your database becomes corrupt you can restore a backup and only have to import the most recent hands (that were played after the backup was created) and edit any tournament results if necessary.

Hud not working at 6max 25nl zoom, it works fine at 10nl 6max as well as 25nl fr but at 25nl 6max it doesnt show but is stuck at "waiting for hands"
Importing works fine though, and Ive tried updating, reinstalling but nothing works

Any ideas?

Its an ongoing problem atm (see some of the past 6 pages or so). I've tried the latest beta update fix (a few pages back), but doesn't fully solve the problem for me. The stats come up but now freeze for 2-3 hands before changing.

Hey guys,

I'm having a problem with my HUD stats in 6 max and 8 max MTTs. The stats are under the wrong players...so i always have to drag them to the right player.

Should be simple i guess but how do i fix this?

Please try resetting the seating positions.

Is there street-by-street EV in HEM2? If not, would it be possible to implement?
With street-by-street EV I mean (money put in preflop*equity)+(money put in flop*equity)+(money put in turn*equity)+(money put in river*equity).

Would be valuable in esp. Omaha I think, where often you get a lot of your stack in with decent equity just to get it in on the next street where another player picks up a major equity shift card (even though we might have 5-10% PSB left to wager). So this last street's EV does not reflect well at all your EV throughout the hand.

25nl zoom , both hud and table freeze. One time table freeze in which I have to close it and open again. And when only HUD stops, the HUD is on wrong player. It doesn't mean the position of HUD is mixed up. It means HUD doesn't change after I fold and am moved to other table.

Hello,

I have a very weird problem for a long time now with HM2. The "Tournament results" tab doesn't work properly. For a small amount of games I have to refresh up to 10 times till the results show. Example being "last week" which I played nearly 1k games and I had to refresh 9 times before the results appear on the report. Now If i filter for games month to date... It won't even show them at all... This is really weird because all the other report tabs are working properly. Till now when I wanted to check my EV for previous months I went at "Tournaments" tab and checked it from there. "Tournament winnings graph" tab is also working fine. This is a really annoying bug. When I first got HM2 i tried reinstalling but it didn't fix the problem and since i could work around the problem I didn't pay much attention to it but it's getting on my nerves lately. Any help appreciated.

It seems that once the incident has begun, closing third-party tools does not help - it restarts the computer without opening the third party tool which seems to solve it.

Rest assured that we contacted the management teams of PokerTracker and Hold'em Manager to communicate the problem. Distributors have released updates to its tools that we have solved the problem. If you continue to have incidents, we ask you to contact the distributor of these tools for more information.

Does the report finish loading? Does it show some of the tournaments, but not all? Please try these steps:

Close HM2
Please delete everything in:

Win Vista/7/8: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Re ports and \Filters
Windows XP: C:\documents and settings\username\application data\HoldemManager\Reports and \Filters

Restart HM2 and the issue should be resolved.

This is in the Hand Viewer. These options are not in the Replayer. You can only export the hand to a file on your hard drive from the replayer.
