Today I was prompted for another beta update, which I installed (had previously installed one yesterday), and now my 6max Zoom HUD is sporadic. Sometimes it will populate correctly, but more times than not it is either several hands behind or the players never change.

Neither 8264 or 8267 work at 25NL, but 8267 worked at 50NL and 10NL.

I'm getting the clock error again. How do I fix this?

"Your computer's clock is not set to the correct date. Please correct the clock setting and try again" OK "Holdem Manager 2 will now exit"

Last night it was doing this and if I changed the date to today it would run. Now today nothing I change works. Why is it even an issue what my clock says? & its not wrong.

EDIT: This error appeared before I downloaded the latest beta update. When I changed the clock to get the software running last night, I downloaded the latest beta & I'm still experiencing this problem.

I just updated the software from the Holdem Manager website 'Downloads' page as well. Still not working.

It was probably one of the notes. Try seeking and testing some of yours to narrow it down. Maybe run fewer and see what impact it has.

The notes were deleted, so you will need to re-process the hands to re-create them.

Currently i have

Cash results graph, overall, sessions, sessions by day. What is the first one called? I deleted it by mistake and not sure which it is.

Also how do i add things in the overall tab such as fold to 3bet, 3bet size etc? I just see vpip, pfr, 3bet and the other default ones.

Thank you for bumping this, I was trying to find the post I thought I missed.

The default ones are:
By Stakes
Cash graph
Overall
Sessions
Sessions By Day

You can add any reports by opening them from "My Reports".

If the reports folder has been corrupted and one is missing:

Close HM2
Please delete everything in:

Win Vista/7/8: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Re ports
Windows XP: C:\documents and settings\username\application data\HoldemManager\Reports

Showing hidden files: http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...in+Windows%3F+
Restart HM2 and the issue should be resolved.

8267 should have fixed both of these.

Early, what limits do you play? I see your other post now, this is only 25nl? 6m/FR? It isn't happening in others/ See my next post for the download for 8264.

Make sure you always start HM2 first before you open the PokerStars Client. If you closed PokerStars for any reason and did not close HM2 please close them both and start HM2 before you stars PokerStars again.

Please check all of the steps on this FAQ - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...rs+Zoom+Tables

If you continue to have problems please send the requested files/screenshots as instructed at the end of the FAQ in the link above.

Exo ... 25 FR?

What version are you on? The latest official release does not fix the clock issue.

Please update to this version
http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...AutoUpdate.exe

This has some Zoom issues, but does not have the freeze issue.

Can confirm that 8267 hasn't fixed the permanently frozen table issue. Just finished a session with 4 tables stuck playing 18-man's

Looks like I was on 8247 which is the version offered on the downloads page for HM2 "(If You Already Have Hold'em or Omaha Manager Installed)."

I just updated to 8264 per the link you provided and it didn't fix the problem.

Do I need to uninstall and reinstall with the provided link?

Just played 2k zoom hands after reverting back to 8264 & confirmed that both stats & freezing problem is not present, so something wrong with your new updates for me. I play 25nl fr zoom.

The HUD works at all stakes except 25NL and 16NL for me. I submitted the requested information via email.

Everytime, when I'm reviewing hands and click on the "Notes" button(to make notes on the hand that I played) the form opens between my 2 monitors, is there a way to set it to open somewhere else? It's really anoying to move the form every single time I do it. Is that a way to change the size of this form to make it bigger?

Are you moving the notes box? It should go to the last place that you moved it.

Try deleting holdemmanager.config file in

For Windows Vista/7/8: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\
XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\HoldemManager

See this tutorial for showing system and hidden files:
http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...in+Windows%3F+

and reopening. It should go to one monitor. You can move it and it will re-open in that spot.

I just downloaded the new beta version that was out and now that freezing issue started for me.

There has to be a way to restore my latest HEM2 version I guess?
