This means that you won your chips early in the tournaments when the blinds were smaller over a larger sample/number of hands than it took you to lose the chips later in the tournament when the blinds were larger. This is quite common to see in tournaments with blinds increasing. If you use the More Reports > Winnings Summary to review number of hands by Big Blind size this should become more clear.

Cash players often see it as well in the Sessions Report if they mix stakes and win at lower stakes and lose at higher stakes. If they look at these same hands in the By Stakes report then they won't see these types of positive/negative numbers on the same report grid row.

It sounds like you either installed HM2 originally with a _update patch file instead of the _setup full install file or your antivirus blocked some of the files from being installed.

Update HM2 from this file http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...er_2_Setup.exe

After downloading, right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock. Then, right click the file and run as administrator to complete the reinstall.

Hi,

Since I installed the 2.0.0.8175 update, I can no longer "replay all" any group of hands. I can still replay individual hands but not groups (not even tiny groups like two hands).

I rebooted and the problem still exists.

Thanks.

Edit: It seems that a lot of hands can't be replayed even individually. About half can't, so I guess that's why trying to "replay all" a group containing any of these hands won't work.

These are Merge SNGs.

I can not reproduce this with v8203. I can replay X selected and replay all without issue.

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...r_2_Update.exe

If you continue to have problems, try the following -

Try opening the replayer and move the replayer speed slider all the way to the right to 5x and then back to the left to 1x. Then close the replayer and restart HM2.

If that doesn't help try the following -

1) Start HM2 and Export any custom HUD configs - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...rashing+Issues

2) Close HM2.

3) Please create a backup of your settings and reset your settings as explained here - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...fault+settings

4) Restart HM2

5) Manually reset your Site Setup > Seating Preferences > for your site/seats and double check your auto import and archive folders.

Try to reproduce the problem using the default HUD/settings. If it works properly you can try importing your customized HUD again that you exported in step 2 above.

If that solves your problems please email us the files you backed up in step 1 of this email by following step 2 in this FAQ - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...fault+settings

If that did not solve your problems you can restore all of your original settings using the Utilities menu as explained in step 3 of the above FAQ.

Hello, today I had my HM2 update (today - September 1st 2014). After the udpate finished it seems like my whole tournaments hand histories are grouped into 1 big file and I there's no way to somehow DIVIDE it or just bring it back to it's original form. Obviously I turned all the filters off.
Here is the screen I made today (it contains the tournaments I played today and 1 big file with all the rest of my enitre hands, which is the clue of my problem):

https://www.dropbox.com/s/6e76tuy4cjbxw5n/01.PNG

Before the update everythings was fine. Moreover, the Active session section works fine, all hands are grouped there, HUD is also working fine and I didn't lost my stats.

Any idea how can I "divide" that 1 big file and fix this problem ? Thank You very much in advance.

I see that you have at least one potential setup/settings problem according to your HM2 Alert Viewer - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...+Viewer+System

Please click on the red flag icon in the HM2 status bar and check each error message. To solve each problem you will need to click on the blue question mark icon in the Alert Viewer window to be directed to the solution FAQ.

For the problem in your screenshot:

Try creating a new DataBase and import a small portion of your \HM2Archive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...y+played+hands

If the new database seems to work properly, keep an eye on it next time you update but to be safe make a database backup before you install the next update. This is why regular backups are a good idea. If your database becomes corrupt or you have any hardware problems you can restore a backup and only have to import the most recent hands (that were played after the backup was created) and edit any tournament results if necessary.

Here is a FAQ explaining how to backup your database and all settings in one easy step - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...onfigs+work%3F

If you continue to have problems in the new database or after the next update please zip up and email the problem hand histories with details of the issue you are experiencing or a link to the relevant thread and send it to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth e.g C:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31 or if it was auto-imported with v7283+ it would be in C:\HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.

When sending any hand history files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is too big to attach to an email please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox or filedropper and send us the download link.

There's vs Steal > 'TOT Fold To Steal' and it's variants that works this way,
and there is vs 1 Raiser > 'TOT Defend Vs Raiser' type stats that shows how often you defend (VPIP) vs raiser. The second would be the closest that we have. 100% - Defend% = Fold%

1) Please see this FAQ to alleviate any security bottlenecks:
http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...olders+HM2+use

2) I also recommend following these HM2 performance tips:
http://forums.holdemmanager.com/gene...ance-tips.html

3) Also, if you use Note Caddy, see this:
http://wiki.assaultware.com/NoteCadd...provement.ashx

If you continue to have problems:

Please duplicate the issue.

Open Windows Event Viewer's in Control Panel > Administrator Tools > Event Viewer and then go to Windows Logs - Applications.

Check for any errors around the time of the info and send the information by copying and pasting any of the errors and email them to us along with the HM2 log file - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ger+Support%3F

Please also include detailed information on the steps to reproduce the issue as this will help us resolve this issue quicker.

Please follow the instructions in the following FAQ and reply back with the answers to the 12 questions in that FAQ. Those answers should help us quickly identify your issue, skipping questions will just mean we have to ask again in the next email and will delay the resolution of the issue - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...es+not+work%3F

Alternatively you can use our Priority Support Tool which often resolves the issue and it will ask you relevant questions and at the end it will forward us the answers if you couldn't resolve it - http://www.holdemmanager.com/store/priority-support/ - look for the 'HUD is not working' topic. Requests via the priority support tool receive higher priority than normal emails.

HUD stats for villains do not align correctly both when I am and when I am not in the table. Even when I choose to move the stats around, they will just reset a few moment later back to the incorrect positions. What can I do? I did not have this problem with my old laptop (Windows 7), but I have experienced it since I moved to my new laptop (Windows 8)

Just downloaded HM2 and having this validation issue addressed earlier. Not sure where to find an earlier version or if steps to fix are the same.

If your Windows is hiding known file extensions the file will simply be called 'holdemmanager'. If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory. http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...es+in+Windows+
- Search for this line in the "General" section and delete it and then save/close the file:

Code:
<Key Name="LoggingOptions" Value="49152" />
- Now you should be able to launch v7822 without the feature logging warning and without the assembly validation error that was causing HM2 to not launch properly.

Searched but couldnīt find an answer to this, sorry of this has been asked.

What is the formula for calculating turn CB?
For instance, letīs say a player c-bets flop 70 %, and 70 % of those times he also bets turn.
Will the turn CB-number on the HUD be 70 or 49 (70*70)?

I have my HUD set up so that when I'm playing on a 6m or FR table but there is only one other player it displays my head-up HUD. If there are 3+ players at the table it shows my normal HUD. Whenever I enter a Zoom game, it always defaults to my HU HUD and I have to change it manually. Is there some way I can get it to recognise Zoom and always display my normal HUD?

Which site/games are you playing? You should always include this information when reporting HUD or importing problems as the problem could be a site specific limitation or a known bug.

If you play at pokerstars see this FAQ - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...For+PokerStars

Open the HM2 > HUD Settings > HUD Designer menu > Click 'Reset' > [x] Panel Positions > OK

1) Open one Table only and ensure at least 1 hand has imported before moving to step 2.
2) Move the stats with the Arrow Buttons (< >) on the Table Averages HUD to rotate your HUD to the correct position.
3) Now you can open more tables and it should be automatically configured. Let at least 1 hand import before changing anything as this is needed to gather the correct positions.

If you have any difficulty following the above method with the arrow buttons you can set the positions manually as explained here - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...1/Site+Setup#5

I am sorry, I forgot to search our ticket system to see if this was a known issue the other day as I was in a hurry and it didn't sound familiar to me at the time.

This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve.

The assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HM-8340

If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email to support@holdemmanager.com and include "Notify Me When HM-8340 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

Please zip and attach a sample of hands when emailing if you could please. There is only a small sample on the ticket at this time and more hands would be good so our testers can be sure the developers fix it completely when it is eventually worked on.

Turn CBet in HM2 is Double Barrel. It's only possible in situations where you CBet on the Flop, so Flop CBet is 100% in hands where you CBet the Turn.

Turn CBet shows 70% if you CBet on turn 7 out of 10 times after CBetting on the Flop.

This looks like an isolated issue with our validation process that protects our files from being replaced.
