Yes, it should be accurate. There are no open tickets for poker stars EV issues in hypers that I can find. If you find any that you think are incorrect please send us the HH and TS files from the archive via email and our testers can take a look at it to see if there are any errors.

There might be an issue in some of the hyper turbo satellites as we just opened a ticket for problems with results because they changed how the hh/ts files are written for these games and if there are results problems it can affect the EV also. We are working to get this fixed as quick as possible but we are very close to our next beta release and I am unsure if this will be fixed in time for the release.

There is not a Net $EV Winnings stat/column. It may be written up as a request but all you have to do is subtract the actual winnings from $EV to determine how much above/below EV you are. In this example you are 81.35 above EV so when you look at the Tournament Winnings Graph the LAW Line (red line) should be that high above the Net Winnings line (green line).

We do not provide skype support. If I did that I would not be able to get any of my daily tasks finished as I would get interrupted all day long. If you have any questions please post them in this thread, on our forums, or send us an email and we will be glad to answer any questions you may have.

Use the Ctrl or Shift button and select multiple hands then right-click and replay

If you want to replay an entire tourney:

Go to Tourney > Results > Dataview and select the tourney in the upper window. The last 100 hands will be displayed in the bottom window for that tourney. Select [x] All to see all the hands from that game.

They are sorted by time, with the last hand of the game at the top of the list. If you wanted to replay a tourney from start to finish you would click the Time column heading twice to resort them in chronological order. Right click any hand in the list and choose Replay All Hands.

- Go to the Reports > Tournament > Tournaments report
- Select the tourney you want to replay from the top window
- Choose the [x] All radio button if there are more than 250 hands in that game
- Click the Time column heading in the bottom hands datagrid window to resort from most recent to the oldest hand for that particular game
- right-click the top/first hand in the list and chose 'replay all'

It seems to be working fine for me in WPN Cash games. Are you playing stars tourneys? Have you tried to create a new database and see if you can duplicate it? It may be a problem with your current database.

*Try creating a new DataBase and import a small portion of your \HM2Archive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...y+played+hands

*If the new DB seems to work properly, it sounds like your database might be corrupt. This is why regular backups are a good idea. If your database becomes corrupt you can restore a backup and only have to import the most recent hands (that were played after the backup was created) and edit any tournament results if necessary.

Here is a FAQ explaining how to backup your database and all settings in one easy step - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...onfigs+work%3F

You will want to restore your most recent backup and/or import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and backup/restore any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.

*Make sure you export/backup everything before deleting the old DB - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...r+%28Ribbon%29

well seems odd since I started using HM2 for like ehm the first time today. possible for my DB to be corrupt already?
Holdem Manager Support Quote

Not likely but it needs to be ruled out. If the new DB has the same problem please give as much info as possible at what site, games, stakes you are playing and which hand markings you are using and how you are trying to mark the hands so our testers can try and reproduce the problem. We also need to know which version of postgresql you are using. If you do not know it isn't important as it will be mentioned in the log file we will need.

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and attach your log.txt file with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing along with all the other information I asked for above.

Email this file to hm2support@holdemmanager.com with a link to this thread and your forum name.

I've just recently bought a new computer and installed HM1 using the combo installer. There seems to be something wrong.

"The following error occurred when trying to open the database: failed to establish a Connection to 127.0.0.1"

I have followed the steps in this guide: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...rt+PostgreSQL+

However I can't seem to uninstall PostgreSQL.

When I try to install HM1 again using the combo installer I get the same problem "Sorry, could not install PostgreSQL"

"Setup was not completed successfully"

I have uninstalled my antivirusprogram and inactivated my firewall.

What can I do now?

Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts and multiple 'check for updates'), including Internet Explorer 9 (even if you use a different web browser) and change your Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings Format to English (USA).

The secondary logon service is a standard windows service which is available on every windows computer. In the latest versions it is not started automatically. You need to start it via control panel > administrative tools > services > secondary logon > right-click > start AND right-click > properties > startup type: automatic.

First try to reboot.

If no help, try this:

Start > Programs > PostgreSQL > 8.x > Stop Service

Start > Programs > PostgreSQL > 8.x > Start Service

*If UAC is enabled you have to Right-Click > Run As Administrator when you Start/Stop the service.

If that doesnt help delete the \postgresql\8.x\data\postmaster.pid file, if you see it.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall, even if it is off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...ender+Problems

Please try following these FAQs, step by step:

1) http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...rt+PostgreSQL+
2) reinstall the same version of postgresql, using the same \data folder - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...g+Old+Database
3) http://www.holdemmanager.net/forum/s...ead.php?t=8261

If that doesn't help you will probably have to reinstall PostgreSQL completely and reimport your hands using these instructions

1) Uninstall PostgreSQL from the Windows Control Panel.
2) Use our combo installer to reinstall PostgreSQL. Make sure you un-check Holdem Manager during installation. http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ager_Setup.exe

If that installer fails to install PostgreSQL, please reinstall PostgreSQL using the following instructions:

1) Uninstall PostgreSQL from the Windows Control Panel.
2) run the command - start > programs > accessories > command prompt > right-click > run as administrator
net user postgres /delete
4) reboot.
5) Install PostgreSQL 8.3.9 from this link - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...3.9-v1.0.7.exe

Install it to a new path such as C:\PostgreSQL\8.3 instead of the default installation path.

It sounds like you are using windows explorer instead of the start menu > all programs list. If you do not see an option for stop/start service then you have to open the control panel > administrative tools > services and find postgresql service then right click and stop/start service.

I'm having the same issue as above, so i will try that.

Also does hmcloud not work with windows 8? I'm getting the stats but its wayyyyy off the table. It won't let me move them far enough to where they are supposed to be, and when I do move them, they move straight back to where they were before.

HM Cloud should work fine on Windows 8. It sounds like your DPI Scaling might be cranked up to 150% and there are some known odd issues at that scaling that we have written up on a low priority ticket to investigate later.

Change your DPI Scaling to 125% or 96/Normal - http://www.istartedsomething.com/200...a-dpi-scaling/

If you continue to have problems try to clear your HUD settings in the Settings menu - http://www.proprofs.com/knowledgebas...-view-settings

It seems the equivalent of the "dpi" in the windows 8 is the "make text and other items larger and smaller" I tried all 4 possible settings and none of them worked. The HUD still showed up underneath and to the right of the tables
