The HUD stats are showing up at the wrong places (ie over the wrong players) - what kind of troubleshooting can I go through to fix this?

BTW, I'm very impressed with your software and customer service, and I'm very glad I purchased HM .

In short - you need to set the HM: Options > HUD Options > Seating Preferences to match your seating preferences in the lobby of your poker client.

Is there an update in the pipe-line to deal with the time-zone issues under the "sessions" tab? (I'm not sure if this is even possible from the data provided in HH files).

My results are getting fairly muddled due to Stars being 5 or 6 hours behind some of the euro sites I play.

This program doesnt work with the new ipoker update..

1. It doesnt import all the hands
2. it doesnt chance your balance at all (win/loss)
3. the stats gets bugged

Sorry, some people have issues with the HUD due to pc/operating system/site/# table combo's and it seems like you have big issues with it. Mike is working on resolving this and we are treating it very seriously.

Yeah, probably. I'm a little worried about performance if you have a big DB since this requires a different type of query than all the other data used in the active player window.

This is one of the things planned for 1.05 to 1.06

Make has made some big performance improvements in his latest builds but there are some other issues we are trying to solve. I'll probably post the latest hud later as an optional download for people to try.

Sorry about the issues you are having - a few of those have already been corrected (#1, #3) and we are working on #4. #2 is pretty strange.

I am playing 9 handed NL on Absolute and I am only getting 6 players stats - what do I have to do to get all nine. Table manager say 3 short when I looked.

Using FTP I get terrible flashing (looks like a refresh rate on a really bad monitor) using the HUD. Never did with Realtime, any idea what could be causing this

copy to holdem manager folder and run it and it will go back and recalculate all of your old all-in EV stats including 3+ way preflop all-ins.

I don't know if this helps but tonite I noticed that if you quit/restart the poker client after a table change PAHUD will recognize the table again - so you may wanna see what's happening there after the client restart.

Roy the all in tool only works on the default programme location, is it possible to edit?

Also, I've got play money hands in amongst my normal hands from testing scripts. Problem is, they are at the same limits that I play, so my numbers are all fouled up. When you get to the purging setup, can you include the ability to erase play money hands somehow or am I going to have to go through all these hands and get them out, I've got so many I don't see how I can do that.

Thinking about it I guess the ability to purge by session might be the easy way...

There seem to be some problems w/ the idleminer handgrabber for Ongame, could you please consider upping stand-alone support (i.e. compatibility w/ the Ongame db) on your priority list?

I feel making your program available to as wide an audience as possible (Ongame is the 5th largest network!) should have priority over adding new functionality.

I replied in the converter thread. Basically the only difference I saw is the Prima output you had is missing the " ** Dealing down cards ** " line. Is that uniform across all sites' outputs?
