You need to change from your hero name to their screen name in the 'select player' window of the Reports - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...B47%7D+Aliases

For an opponent the majority will likely be -100% because you don't have tournament summaries for them and/or you busted before the money so you don't know if they cashed. I checked some of my larger volume tournament opponents and some of the tournaments in that report had positive ROI but the majority were negative.

Overall ROI is available on the Tournament Results Report and can also be added to the Tournaments report (and other results oriented reports) by using the 'stats' button to 'select report statistics' from the 'tournament' category. You can also see it by clicking the Trophy icon in between the two datagrids:

OK. I am new to HUD2 and don't have a clue of what is going on on my screen. So I read the thread for few pages but there is so much info that I don't even know how to use. So I must post some basic questions about HEM2 and how to use it:

1. What are these numbers under opponents? or example 140/45/30 etc.
I know that the first one is the number of hands I have on opponent, but what is the others. If I have it set for let's say continuation bet and it says 50. Are these %?
2. How many hands should I have on opponent to be at least a bit confident that these stats are reliable?
3. What are the most useful settings to have on screen? (I know this had to been posted hundred times and people are have different ideas, but I would really like to know just the basics and the facts that are good to know and useable).

Thanks for any help I get and good luck on poker tables!

1 - If you are unsure of what number = which stat you can enable abbreviations. hud options > config properties > hud settings > [x] show abbreviations. Most of the stats are percentages so we don't show percentage symbols. Some stats that aren't percentages would be things like Hands, Name, Tourney M, Big Blinds, Net$ Won, etc.

2 - Number of samples is a more reliable number to determine validity of a stat since you don't have the opportunity for some stats every hand (i.e. you can't 4Bet every hand, etc). Sample size is shown in the parentheses after the stat in the popups. Once a sample size is >99 we stop showing them to save space.

3 - We generally do not give strategy advice, just technical support. What some people consider useful others might not agree with and these types of things can vary wildly based on the games/stakes you play. I would suggest asking in the appropriate strategy sub-forum of 2+2 for the games/stakes you play to get advice from others that play the same games.

That is the sample size I mentioned. That means the stat you are looking at is 90% over 7 samples/opportunities.

Many of them can be found here - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...t+Descriptions

It is not a complete list (we have well over 1k HUD stats now) but our stats guys and developers are working on a complete stats wiki that we hope to (finally) have ready in the near future.

where is the stats button?

also the number in parenthesis is the absolute number and the number outside is the percent, right. For example, go back to the link you provided:

http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...t+Descriptions

in the first picture, preflop stat box: 3 bet column- call 3 bet from EP is 30 (53). that means player did this 30 percent of the time with sample size of 53?

Yes, 53 times he had the opportunity to call a 3bet from EP and he did it 30% of those 53 times which is 16/53.

Assuming you are using HM2 and the HUD works in cash games the most common cause would be that your full tilt client is not installed in English.

Make sure the poker client and hand histories are both in English. If it is not, you need to change it in the Lobby Options or reinstall the software and choose English.

Make sure that the Site Time Adjustment is properly configured such that the Time Stamp in the Reports for the hand matches your local windows clock time - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ime+Adjustment

I will remind you that I've been advocating for a manual for a long time. A description of all stats will be a great start.

Hi Fozzy. I'm back using HEM1 now and I'm not getting the HUD when i play certain MTTS, like others have mentioned. Any idea when this is gonna be sorted or if indeed it has already. Cheers.

Hi, I was wondering why there are about 25 processes of postgres running on my computer all using 4k memory each. Holdem Manager is using 250k Memory as well. My physical Memory usage is running upwards to 95%. I have been normally running at like 20% memory usage with HM2 running.

Yes, but I would recommend you import it to a new database if it is someone you might encounter at the tables as he will now be recognized as a hero in your database which could skew the HUD stats you see the next time you encounter him.

We do not have plans for a manual in pdf form. We are constantly changing/improving the software and it would be very difficult to keep a manual updated unlike our FAQs where we can update a few pages for the new features/improvements. I don't have an ETA yet but the Stats Wiki is getting closer to finally becoming a reality and we have been spending a lot of time on it over the past weeks and months.

I assume you are talking about FTP MTTs? Most of these issues should be fixed in HM2 so I am curious what caused you to revert from HM2 back to HM1?

I do not have an ETA for when this will be fixed in HM1 but I did just broach the subject with the tech support manager yesterday about it. The HM1 issues had to be put on the back burner due to issues with our beta HM2 release we were working on. Hopefully once we get our next HM2 release out the door we can get the developers to focus some energy on it.

That is normal for that many postgres processes to be running with any of the trackers that use postgresql. 250k of RAM for HM2 is normal as well. HM2 RAM use is capped at 350mb + 400mb per 1mil hands.

What else is using your memory and how much total memory do you have? 250k + 25 x 4 only equals about 350mb which is fairly insignificant for a modern day pc and our recommended/optimal system requirements. What other programs are you running when playing? Chrome with a lot of tabs for example can often use upwards of a 1gb for me by itself.

8GB ram. I really don't see what is eating everything up that isn't normal on PCs. The only thing that I can think of is that there is some sort of memory leak somewhere. This computer is only 1 year old.

I noticed the 90%+ when HM2 was running, but HM2 didn't really impact it that much as seen below.
