Hi,

We are planning on developing a Mac version but development hasnt started, at this point i don’t have an accurate estimate of when we will have a beta version.

You can still run it on a mac with virtual machine software such as VMware Fusion or Parallels. Basically they let you run windows on a mac using those products.

Thanks

Hi,

I would like to apologize for the issues you are having with HM2, In order for us to see what is causing the problem we will need you to send us your Reg file and your log file, Please make sure you have HM2 closed before attaching both files.

Please send your Reg.log file from the C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager folder folder. (XP users will find that in C:\Documents and Settings\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager folder.
If your Windows is hiding known file extensions the file will simply be called 'reg'. Email this log file to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

Also Please send your log.txt file from C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager folder. (XP users will find that in C:\Documents and Settings\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager folder.)

If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory. http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...es+in+Windows+

Thanks
Denise

Log in to your account at holdemmanager.com and under the 'license keys' click on the 'reset all profiles' for your leakbuster license.

If you continue to have problems, send an email to LeakBuster support at support@acepokersolutions.com so they can reset your code.

In HM2 there is a button under Active Session -> Table scanner labelled "f". This toggles font smoothing.
If that doesn't work this explains how to do it in windows: http://www.w7forums.com/can-disable-...in7-t6880.html

Hello

I am having a problem with my HUD on zoom and this is on HM1. It shows the stats of the player who sat at the position the previous orbit or two orbits ago and not the current player. The problem only occurs on zoom tables, although the import of hands seems to work properly so no missing hands the problem seems to be that my HUD doesnt update fast enough.

Any soulution? Have the newest update.

Start HM1 before the stars client, make sure both are started as administrator.

Looking at purchasing a new computer. I have seen the min. spects required however, would HM2 run better with i3, i5, i7 or does it not matter. Would HM2 use the quad processor verus the dual? I am not a computer expect and am just trying to get the best bang for the buck. Would HM2 benifit from the turbo in i5? Is there that much more advantage getting the i7?

I'm having trouble with stats lining up properly on tables when playing 6 max tables on the Merge Network. When I play 9 max they line up perfectly, but for some reason when I play 6 max each player stats is arranged in the incorrect seat to where their sitting at the table. I checked my preferred seating settings and they seem to be right so I don't get what the problem could be?

A bit complicated question about HM2:
I want to get a report of Villians' hands (the ones who got to showdown of course)
I mean, is there is a possiblity to get a sunmmerized report of the hands that got to showdown in the hands i've played (but not neccesrily went to showdown)?
I know that i can see my hands, and since the replayer is already showing the villian's hand I though maybe its produce a report of the hands that villians play...

Any new mid-range computer should be sufficient to run HM2. I would recommend you get as much computer as you can afford so that it will last as long as possible. I am no expert in regards to hardware so I would recommend you ask your questions in this thread on our forums where our hardware specialist Patvs can reply in detail when he has time - http://forums.holdemmanager.com/mana...ease-tips.html

I personally have a 3 year old desktop with a Ci7-920 and 9gb RAM that I paid $1,000 for that runs the software fine. A year after I bought the computer I put a 160gb Intel SSD in it and installed W7 to replace Vista so I could have faster reboots, faster application launch, and faster HM1/2 importing speeds since I do a lot of database testing and I couldn't be happier with that upgrade even though it cost me another $650+. I have no doubts the computer will last me another 2-3 years or more.

I also bought a new laptop this spring with an i7-2670QM, 8gb RAM, and 5400rpm HDD for ~$800 and it also runs the software fine. It obviously imports hands slower than the SSD but I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a laptop since I spend most of my time on the desktop. I have no problems using the software or playing poker on the laptop although to be honest I rarely play more than 4 tables on the laptop because of the 17" screen and trackpad limit me.

Hello HEM support,

I have a handful of questions about clarification of what some stats mean, as well as some questions about stats I can't find (maybe they aren't available.)

I tried searching the HEM2 forums, but couldn't find the answers I'm looking for. Is it okay for me to post my questions here or would it be better to start a thread in the forums? Feels kind of selfish to start my own thread with a bunch of questions, but not knowing is driving me crazy. Thanks!

This is already fixed in our upcoming beta version with the new hybrid caching and lighter datagrid. We didn't want to make these changes in the public version datagrid since it would require twice the work for the developer. Once we release our next official release with the database update included we will begin final testing on the new hybrid/datagrid version for the following release.

I can't give any sort of official ETA for release since the database update feature has taken us so much longer than we expected to release and it is possible that we will run into unexpected delays when testing the new version. I 'hope' it will be released some time in August but that is nothing more than my wishful thinking by me at this point so don't hold me to that.

HM2? Open a single 6max table and wait until after you have played at least 1 or 2 hands for the hero stats to switch from lifetime/pre-fetched stats to your actual session stats so you can be sure the hands are importing. Then click the Settings HUD menu on the table, use the Arrow (<< >>) buttons to rotate the stats where they belong, and then click the 'Set Seat' button.

I am not sure exactly how you want this report to look. I think the closest thing we have currently would be the More Reports > VsPlayer report. This lists the Players in the upper datagrid so you can select the player and see their hands in the lower datagrid. Other than that you would need to use the Opponents > Summaries tab. There is no way currently that I am aware of to list all opponent's hands in a single datagrid regardless of the player.

It would probably be best to post a new thread on our forums where we can have our stats specialists answer your questions. Once we get the next release out with the database update to correct/change some of our stats we will finally begin work on our official stats documentation. If you would rather send an email instead of starting a thread you can do that also, but a new thread on the forums might be more useful in case others on our forums have the same questions.

PM me your email address so I can look up your email in our system and make sure you get a reply ASAP. All of our emails are under 12 hours old right now so I am surprised you didn't get a reply yet. Double-check your spam inbox to make sure it didn't get sorted there by your email spam filters.
