I'm using HEM1 and right now I have VPIP, PFR, 3b and f3b in my HUD, but i would like to add more, but whenever I do, it doesn't save.
I've updated HEM1 recently, maybe 2 weeks ago.
Here's what I try to do:
HUD Options --> HUD Popup Configuration... --> New Blank Popup --> *Making my HUD* --> Apply and Save.

What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance!

You need to configure under "Use for" for every Hud configuration where it should be used. I guess you are changing your new hud but on the tables the default hud is used.
If you don't want to use the default hud connect it to a site you are not playing under "use for".
To change the hud temparily on a open table right click on the table name in the table manager.

I have a question. if i buy HEM2 with note caddy premium, do i get 2 keys like you do on PT3?

I mean if you want it on 2 computers?

Hi I'm having a very unique problem. I used to play on intertops and never had any problems, just switched over to merge using HEM2 and it works fine for cash but won't even pop up for tournies. It just sits saying waiting for hands. Odd thing is it works fine for SNGs... I updated from the forum probably approx a month ago. Has there been any new updates since then?

Curious about something. I just did a full backup of my hem 2 database and then restored it to a new dbase. The purpose was to test the functionality and see if there were any bugs.

Upon restoring it appears that every hand is there as well as all notes, bonuses, rb etc etc....however:

DB 1 (original): 5862MB, 5 tourneys, 37007 players
DB2: 601 MB, 5 tourneys, 37007 players

obv the new db seems like it is much more efficient in terms of space, but I am afraid to delete the original for fear that something that I am missing is being missed.

Any explanation for why there would be such a big size difference?

Just DL'ed a free trial of HEM2

It automatically imported files from a username on Everleaf poker that isn't mine (ive never played on everleaf). Even just to double check, i looked at the session play times and they were at god-forbid 6am.

How do I:

1.) get rid of these files?
2.) change my automated client to Merge-RPM (which i'm on) and not Everleaf?

Yes. You get 1 code that can be used on 2 pc's at once and can be reset as often as needed.

The most common cause of no HUD in MTT when Cash/SNG works is having your poker client in a language other than English. Make sure the poker client and hand histories are both is in English. If it is not, you need to change it in the Lobby Options or reinstall the software and choose English.

This is likely either a bug in the info being shown in the Database Info tab of the Database Manager or is possibly a result of the old database not being vacuum'd/analyzed. After you restart HM2 does the new DB still only show 601MB or has it increased?

Which version number did you use to make the backup and restore with? How many hands are in each database for your alias/heroes in the reports or player search window? A 6gb DB in HM2 should be about 1.25 - 1.5m hands. Can you PM/Email me some screen shots of the reports/search if you find any discrepancies?

I saw your emails in our system earlier and it looks like one of our techs has moved them to their inbox. They should reply soon to let you know the hands have been forwarded to our testers group. Once they have been tested you will get another reply with the information for the bug ticket and they will add your email address to the bug ticket. Then when we finally get this fixed and confirm the fix with your sample they will send you a notification and a link to our latest internal build so you can test the fixes yourself.

Someone must have used your computer to play there since it auto-detected the import path and imported some hands.

You can purge them via the Home > Database > Purge menu, or you can just create a new Database. If they got auto-imported then the hands also got archived to C:\HM2Archive. If you don't play at that site you may want to remove the import folder from the Hand Importing > Auto Import Folders list.

This is a known (recent) bug, we're currently investigating. The bug ticket on this is: HM-5388. You're right there is absolutely something wrong with the tourney graph (taking way too long to load).

If you see it's "not responding'--> it will always eventually unfreeze and show the graph. With a large database (10.000+ tournies) it once took 40 minutes for me to unfreeze though. As a temporary solution, it's probably best to NOT set your date filter to ALL HANDS when you view your tourney graph. But only let it display your most recent results.
Currenty updating HEM, then i will try make new DB and see if it works then, but i dont know very much about HEM. Just use it for reports and HUD so will take some time for me to do the stuff

We have a new bug we just opened where the autorate colors/icons don't transfer but the text notes transferred fine. I just tested the latest internal build and confirmed that the text notes transfer fine using the backup/restore but the autorate/color icons do not.

The assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HM-5397: Backup ignores color marks for players.

I got your email and will reply in detail shortly. It looks to me like your old database was showing much larger database info for some reason. The new/restored database appears to show the correct info given the number of hands you told me you have. I am not sure why exactly yet and trying some tests on some of my personal hands to see if I can duplicate something similar.

I installed the internal release and the notes disappeared from the old database as well. They came back when I reinstalled .6866. I don't care about color icons. I'm missing actual text notes.

hi,

i notice sometimes the "Net Won/Lost" and "EV Net Won/Lost" figures under the Active Session tab differs from the same 2 figures in the Reports tab. Not sure why?
