I still have all the hands. I just imported all of my hands from some ZIP's pokerstars emailed me, I think onto the same database, as i didn't change anything, just imported the folder.
Reimported them so could get tournament summaries working right.(which it did)

I just purchased HEM2 and it worked great for cash games on merge, but I played a tournament and the HUD would say waiting for hands. When I looked on HEM2 it was registering all the hands that I was playing.

Also, HEM2 got the number of entries, place I finished, and amount I won completely wrong.

Anyone playing on Revolution network that has a working custom stat for cash games for FPP per hand and/or total FPP's for HEM1?

I've been messing with it for a week now trying to get one working.

i have Q about HEM1 turn/river cbetting and fold vs cbet stats. Are they working correctly right now? I remember back in the day the used to give an error of 10-20% too much, and the river cbet in 3bet pots was 100% for every single player, so i just removed them. Are they fixed now/is it guaranteed?

I tried updating all windows.

I created new database and imported old hands to it. Now holdem manager just keeps crashing. Although HEM2 seems much easier to use then HEM1, I never had these issues with HEM1.

Holdem Manager has stopped working.

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

I really havent got the time to troubleshoot this. I noticed that HEM has moved all my hhs to a folder "C:\HM2Archive" but changed their name format. Can I import these files to Poker tracker?, want to try their trial.

Did you use the 'Purge' menu to delete everything pre-2012? Can you create a backup of your database and send it to us so we can try to reproduce the problem? Or it might be easier to send us the original zip files of the hands you used to create the database.

The 7026 build seems to be fixing that problem for most of the people that were having that problem. I am not able to reproduce with either of my 2 codes/accounts on 2 different machines using v7038.

The HMSync button on the Home tab should take you directly to the HM Sync tab in the Database Manager window. I can confirm it is taking you to the Database Info instead and have written up a ticket for the developers to fix this behavior.

This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. While I don't have a specific date for when this issue will be resolved, we are putting out updates regularly.

The previously assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HM-5227: Home tab > HM Sync button takes you to Database Info tab instead of HM Sync tab

If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email to support@holdemmanager.com and include "Notify Me When HM-5227 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

The new SNG's will not recalculate the EV of previously played SNGs but it will definitely affect how the graph can look. To properly answer this question we will need to see some before and after screen shots showing the problem and have you send us the hands so we can test them and try to reproduce the problem.

To make sure your existing hands have the EV properly calculated you will have to purge and reimport the hands or create a new database.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HMArchive is likely not in your \Holdem Manager directory. We normally suggest you use C:\HMArchive, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31).

My HM2 only shows current session stats for my opponents even when I untick the "use session stats" box. I have the current HM2 build (7026). Any help would be appreciated!

The most common cause of HUD working on cash games and not working in tournaments is having your poker client installed/displayed in a non-English language.

Make sure the poker client and hand histories are both is in English. If it is not, you need to change it in the Lobby Options or reinstall the software and choose English.

Was this a MTT or SNG? The hand histories for MTT often do not contain enough information for us to calculate the results.

Any tournament with more than 1 table will require a separate Tournament Summary/History file to be imported for HM2 to properly calculate the size, places, and prizes. If your site does not write summaries, or you experience any discrepancies with the results, you will need to manually edit the results via the Reports > Tournament > Tournaments > right-click > edit.

If you continue to have problems, please zip and email the problem hand histories so we can test them. All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31).

I found your thread and will forward it to the rest of the team to see if we can find you an answer. Custom Reports for HM1 are a bit beyond our normal level 1 support so we may have to forward it to one of the developers and wait for a reply from them.

All of these stats should be working fine now in the latest HM1 build. I just asked on of our testers to check these stats and they are all the same in HM1 as they are in HM2 and every thing appears to be working as expected.

It might have renamed some of the files with a '_1' if the site you play names the files for a session/table the same but it shouldn't have changed the 'format' of the files at all. They should import fine again to any tracker as we don't actually edit the files in anyway other than renaming them if there is a name conflict when archiving them.

It sounds like your prefs.xml may be corrupt if the changes you make in the HUD Options aren't taking effect.

1) Export any custom HUD configs.
2) Close HM2.

Crashes seem to have stopped after I rebooted computer.

I do notice two errors have come up in event viewer when I started the program....I have not even opened a poker client.

so tilted...just bought hem2 hud wont load...and says table scanner dll loader.exe stopped working....
do i need this to run hem2 correctly? help pls?

I really don't know as I don't typically read crash logs so they don't mean much to me. Have you tried to create a new/small database for testing and see if the same problem happens in a new database? Someone will take a look at the logs you sent later today and will reply with a more educated answer.

Can/did you send the event viewer logs also?

Please duplicate the issue.

Open Windows Event Viewer's - Windows Logs - Applications.

Check for any errors and send the information (Save All Events As...).

That tablescanner dll error might cause problems with the table scanner but it shouldn't affect the HUD and the rest of the program.

man can i pay you 500$ in private and u`ll upload new HEM2 stats into my HEM1 version (i bought full HEM2 version and i hate lagging/layout etc, but love stats). =/
any chance u guys update at least some new stats like turn ch-fold, mb something else in HEM1 over time? (OR FIX HEM1 binking/lagging/etc idk)

Been away for the weekend. Has there been any internal update to HM1 with a fix to the EV problems?
