Why doesn't HEM1 work for RPM after the new update?

HM2 on Merge(RPM):
I updated and using table finder the HUD pops up but then disappears, possibly behind the table. ty

Something changed w/ the new software. This was covered above, scan previous posts for issues please fozzy and others here have been working hard to get us an update for HEM1 in a timely manner.

Does HM2 work on merge network RPM poker?

This is because the Table Manager is recognizing all the tables as 10max (x/10) tables.

Disable preferred seating in Lock > Options > Game > Seating > [ ] enable always sit in specific seat.

right-click the table name for the 9max table in the Table Manager and choose [x] 9max, then right-click the table name for the 6max table and choose [x] 6max.

We are trying to resolve this in our internal/alpha build where we are working on the preferred seating issues.

We do not have a fix for this problem yet in HM1. The hands will import to the 04Jun build but the HUD is not yet working in that build or our latest internal/alpha build we are testing. Once we have a fix for it we will post the build in our forums and this thread but I don't have a definitive ETA yet.

Played a session on Merge and the Hud came right up (downloaded the most recent HEM 2 internal). The seating is definitely off so I just moved the hud panels around for now,

Will this be all I need to do or will I have to re-arrange again once you figure out the seating?

Until the developers finally fix this seating preferences bug I can't answer that question. Once the devs fix it and our testers get a chance to test the changes I should have a better idea. Worst case scenario that I foresee is you have to play a single table after you update, adjust the HM2 HUD Options > Seating Preferences one more time, and then adjust the HUD Panels on the first table to adjust for the new Seating Prefs. I don't think you will need to adjust your Merge client preferred seating, just the HM2 preference and actual HUD panels.

I just got HEM2 and my hud isn't popping up for merge games, but I get it to pop up for other sites. I downloaded HEM2 from the link you posted in post #29005. Also When I open table finder, no sessions are listed.

Fozzy you suggested that next time I use my hud I just use the drop down menu on the table to select 'default' from my old hm1 prefs file. That worked ok but my HUD has error on the 4b/ft4b stats.

Where the stats should be there is nothing (not even a space) and instead there are just several / side-by-side.

Also does funny things under site options as seen in this pic:

Works fine once I re-import it but then when I close and re-open hm2 it will go back to the funny way.

Also, despite having 'allow to run w/ hm1 open' or whatever, it still gives the error that it cannot. Any fix?

Some of the stats changed their name so you probably need to replace them under Hud options -> displayed stats for your default Hud configuration

I don't see anything wrong in your picture.

You need to start HM1 before HM2.

Yes... I did this, and I did it again just to be sure... the hud is working but it disappears behind the table, if I drag the table fast I can see the hud there...Merge HEM2

edit: it seems to stay in front for a short random amount of time then if I use table finder again it will bring it back to the front. I tried unchecking "bring active table to front" in merge settings but this didn't help.

ok, so it happens when I mouse over the hud, the popup and the hud go behind the table.

Thank you for taking them to post the details of your problems. I have sent this to our testing team for confirmation so we can get it fixed, and to see if there is any sort of a workaround in the mean time. For now can you please try the HUD Options > Config Properties > General Settings column > [x] 'Always on top' to see if it helps?

*ETA: Can you also make sure your graphics card and windows updates are all fully updated:

Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts and multiple 'check for updates'), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser).

Which specific file are you getting these messages from?


Make sure your HM2 is updated to build 2.0.0.6948. If it doesn't say that version number in the header for some reason please reboot your PC and update again using this file - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...AutoUpdate.exe

Thank you. It is still a good idea to make sure your graphics drivers and windows are fully updated as a general rule but I am glad the always on top solution worked for you in this case.

I am new to HEM and I know what some of the stats mean but I am totally confused once I hover over someones name it shows

VP$IP: EP 80(12) does the () mean that he has VP$IP 12 times in EP?

Yes, the number in parentheses is the number of samples for that particular stat. Some stats like VPIP the sample will increase almost every hand while other stats like 3bet or 4bet you don't have an opportunity to affect those stats every hand. Once you get to 99+ samples the parentheses goes away to save space in the HUD and reduce clutter.

what can I do to fix this, and also I have downloaded the 6948 software. I am sorry to ask these question I know that your very busy, but any help would be great.

I have always on top checked in the HUD options but the Zoom pop up does not always stay on top.
