Btw it really seems that for some players during rush the handcount isnt increasing even if you play hands with them... I have a player that keeps being displayed as only 23 hands on him

Hi I've downloaded HEM2 and keep trying to install it but it keeps failing due to problems with postgres.
I downloaded postgres 8.4 direct from the website to try and get pokerhands to work but failed so went for HEM instead.
I then uninstalled postgres and when I went through the installation process for HEM2 it told me that postgres was required, i.e. not installed already.
But it then came back saying installation failed due to problems with postgres.
The only thing I can think of is that when I uninstalled postgres it told me that data and user accounts had not been deleted. I managed to find and delete data but I don't know how to reset/delete user account setting?

You made that long so I'll just take the main points. I am not the only person whose threads you have been deleting.

I spent a further hour watching videos and reading the material you linked me. It was not ignored. However, questions I put to you were.

At no point did I refuse to comply, I asked what do you need a hh for in the last comment, because according to what you underlined it was unnecessary to my problem.
Instead of telling me why, you immediately locked the thread. Then deleted it 2 mins later. This is not normal behaviour on a support forum and I doubt one that HEM would view as acceptable.

How, many people do you know waste 4 hours working on something, wait the entire length of the day, for help, then refuse to take the next steps to solve their problem?

This is not currently an option but I had one of our tech/testers write the request for you and others that dont use the scanner and dont need the file running.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using? Which version of PostgreSQL?

The secondary logon service is a standard windows service which is available on every windows computer. In the latest versions it is not started automatically. You need to start it via control panel > administrative tools > services > secondary logon > right-click > start AND right-click > properties > startup type: automatic.

Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts and multiple 'check for updates'), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser).

1) Uninstall PostgreSQL from the Windows Control Panel.
2) Delete the \PostgreSQL\8.x\data folder that is left behind.
3) Delete the sub-folder(s) in c:\users\username\appdata\roaming\HoldemManager\Da tabase (XP - c:\documents and settings\username\application data\HoldemManager\Database).

*Does your windows user name have any special non-english characters?

- Create a new windows user in the Control Panel > User Accounts. Make sure it is an Administrator account and has no unique characters in the name (only characters from EN Alphabet)
- Enable the option to see Hidden Files and Disable "Hide protected operating system files": http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tuto...utorial62.html - It should look like this: http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/images/hidden.jpg
- Now Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\ Holdem Manager 2.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\ Holdem Manager 2.lic)
- Reboot the PC and Log in to the new windows user account, and try to install sql again.
*) Use our combo installer to reinstall PostgreSQL. Make sure you un-check Holdem Manager during installation. http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...er_2_Setup.exe

- If that works, you can reboot, log in to your normal user, and test to make sure everything works before you delete the temporary user.

I am sorry but there is no way to change these at this time but it has been requested in the past so we decided to write up a feature request to add a 'color picker' option to the notecaddy/notes icon so you can choose your own colors. Hopefully once you have the option to pick a color you can choose any color you want to stand out more than the default options.

Im running Hem 2 version 2,0,0,6534.

I upgraded for the ipoker fix, which isn't fixed but I know you are aware of this.
The other problem I'm having though is that sometimes when I click on a hud for a pop up it's displaying a pop up for a completely different player.

Has this problem been reported yet?

This is an old bug (HM-1845) that should finally be fixed in our next public release. It was just confirmed as fixed earlier today so I don't have an internal build I can link you to with the fix yet, but the next time you get an auto-update prompt it should be resolved.

been use hm2 trial. I started it again today and now it wont start up. After opening and hitting continue trial it loads up then I keep getting an error. Tried upgrads, reinstalling, rebooting, etc. any ideas?

I'm not playing right now, but I think the issue is being caused by DST. Does, or will, HEM auto adjust for Daylight savings time? Or would this be something we need to correct whenever DST changes?

bumping this problem since its even more bugged now, and we can only see last 250hands.. any estimated time on fix?

Few issues in Tournament mode.

I am running version 6556.

-Every time I start HM2 and switch from Home->Reports it goes to Cash Mode even I only use Tournament Mode.

-In Reports "Minutes Played" are wrong. I compared few days to Session Summary stats which shows correct numbers and Tournament Stats-report shows way too many minutes played. Those stats were correct in 6112 so after that you have changed something. Duration stats seems to be correct so it shouldn't be hand history problem.
Minutes Played also change every time you Refresh, wtf is that?

-New Stars VPP doesn't show correct numbers. It is strange because all it would have to do is multiply the rake by 5.5. I mean its just SNG:s - there's no more to it.

-Some Pokerstars Turbo and HyperTurbo SNG:s are randomly marked as Normal Speed. Sometimes even I have manually
changed the speed there are Normal Speed tournaments again next time I run Reports. It should be easy to identify speed as the rake is different. (Right now it actually seems to work so maybe last update fixed it?)

-Session Summary graph doesn't show Luck adjusted winnings line. Also it doesn't draw any line with Active Session selected.

-I would like to see opponent All-In hands in Hands View without having to go to Replay. HM1 showed at least winning hand but HM2 only shows Equity% and your cards.

HM1 is not registering any Zoom hands ever since I updated to 1.12.10. Normal non-zoom cash game hands are registered. By "registered" I mean that they don't show up in the tabs such as reports, sessions and graphs, whereas the hud seems to be displaying my Zoom stats correctly. I don't think I've changed any settings since I played last time a couple weeks ago. I'm running Win7.
