Yes, but for me it is still easier to use one main popup will all the stats than popup with multiple tabs. Just imagine that navigating between tabs needs additional action per minute. Its hard if u already multitable.


I think it was imported from HM1. But im not sure because there is no DefaultMain popup *.pop file.

Please find new image- it should be viewable now. If we could just make spaces between colums smaller- it will OK for me.

Did you import the sample.pop from 1.0? Or did you clone your sample in HM1 to make your own custom default main? The default main popup is hard-coded into HM1 and does not have it's own .pop file.

Can you send us the .pop file from HM1 that you imported to HM2? Make sure you reference our internal ticket #4268 so we can test your files and attach them to the ticket.

You can find the .pop files in \rvg software\holdem manager\config

I duplicated the problems using the sample.pop from HM1 and importing it to HM2.

HM1 sample is only - 511 x 614

sample1.0 in HM2 is ~752 x 505 (200+ pixels wider)

sample2 in HM2 is ~ 573 x 380 (~60 pixels wider)

The sample2 popup in HM2 is still a little bit wider than the HM1 version, but not nearly as bad as the one I imported from Hm2. You may want to try editing the sample2 in HM2 to make your own popup similar to the HM1 Default Main while we work on a proper fix for this.

The assigned internal ticket # on this issue is 4268.

My huds jump all over the place when I'm playing, and when I'm reviewing hands the huds jump and pop up boxes are everywhere, when I try to click the huds just jump up like a rabbit skipping away. I'm running on Parallels but I've never had any issues with PT3 or even the trial version of HEM.

I just did the software update and it is working now, thaaaank GOD!

That's good to hear. Was This is HM2? or HM1?

One thing that often causes problems for HM users on Parallels is not having windows fully updated. HM2 requires Microsoft .net Framework 4 (HM1 requires .net 3.5) so it's critical you keep windows updated.

Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts and multiple times clicking the 'check for updates' links on the System or Windows Update control panel menus), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser).

One of my tournament results and half of the hands didn't import into HEM. What happened was I restarted my comp and PostgresQL popped up and I logged in and everything and started auto import and HUD wasn't displaying. I've got the HH in the archive folder so yeah, I'm clueless as to why results aren't showing.

HM is running again now?
Copy the hands from your archive folder to a different folder and import them again via import file/folder.
You may need to edit the results manually.
HM1: tourney -> results -> dataview
HM2: reports -> Tournament -> Tournaments -> right mouse click on the tourney -> Edit

Is it possible that HM2 is computing the Rake column according to the 5% rake on .com while the rake is 6.5% on .fr?
Some rake caps are also lower on .com

Another issue I'm having is with the hud layout. I have the preferred seating set up, and it works on some tables. But on other tables the hud is not positioned properly.

The problem seems to be when sitting at a 10-handed table that has empty seats. If the table is full when I sit down, the layout works fine. But if there are less than nine players, the layout goes out of order. The layout will autocorrect itself it the table fills up, but this gives me big problems when playing short-handed. Any ideas?

Also, a small detail: in the advanced filter, a lot of stats display "BB" (big bet) while it should display "bb" (big bling)

e.g. Final Pot Size in BBs is Bigger than...

when you enter a value there, it considers it in "bb" and not "BB"

Hi Guys

I have never used HM before but a few days ago I did the dowload of HM2 trial and iam completely lost after 5 hours analising it.

Iam using the hm2 display default and the stats available seem all relevant for 9man and 18 man sng, but playing 30/40 tables i have to choose just 4/5 max.

PFR, vpip, limpsb v bb, fold to c bet are the ones iam going to use, the problem is that a dont know how to interpret the results. Example: pfr 17, vpip 15. Means 17% of the hands played with vilain he raises pre flop, but is 17% to much, its 15% vpip normal? How can you decide if someone is a fish, a bad reg, a good reg,etc... There are standard values?

Other point is the stats in front of the dealer..man, i cant see how much is in the pot. Its possible to eliminate that stats?

Which site? Cash games or SNG/MTT? If this is for Merge Tourney's I think it is a known issue, but I would like to be sure.

HEM1 is not tracking any hands that are large or maybe AI. Nope, it is definitely every pot I lose. I think it is also big hands that I am all in. I have cleared my filters several times. This is happening on iPoker Titan skin fwiw. And I had another weird error today but HEM seemed to fix it.
