HM1 or HM2 and which version? 0/9 players usually means that the hands are not imported. Can you check this?
Which site and gametype are you playing?

In the replayer HUD the maximum number of hands seems to be the last 20,000.
Could this limit be scrapped?
Rob
Its a parameter in the holdemmanager.config file, folder c:\users\YourName\Appdata\roaming\holdemmanager:
HTML Code:
<Key Name="MaxHandsForPlayerInReplayer" Value="20000" />
Close HM and create a backup copy of the file before editing it.

Thank you.
Which site are you playing? If its Stars, are you importing the additional summaries? We had some problems with the EV calculation for HU tourneys, i'm not 100% sure whether they are fixed in the latest releases.

I just dont get why you threw an inferior product out there, and so the only reason i can think of is that it makes you more money.
The handviewer problem is a open bug we are working on at the moment. Also the performance should have become much better with the latest releases. Anything special where you have performance problems?

I got so frustrated I didn't even care about the notes and I just tried to load my hand history from the HEM2 cloud. After almost 15 hours of loading the hands I tried to play and my HUD doesn't come up when I play and HEM2 is extremely slow and not running properly. It seems like it should be pretty simple to install HEM2, upload my hand history from the HEM2 cloud, and play poker. It hasn't been :-(
You can upload the backup file to a filehoster and send us the link.
For the other problems: this is a fresh installation? Which site and gametype are you playing?

Just noticed I have both postgresql 8.3 folder (23GB) and 8.4 folder (23GB)
Do I need both these versions of SQL?
Do these folders contain my HEM database - trying to get a handle on size of HEM database to see if I can skimp to 64gb SSD? (for some reason have two databases but think I managed to follow HEM instructions to import one into the other).
Thanks
You need to find out which postgresql version is the active one, probably via pgadmin. Then you can delete the other one and you can drop unused databases via pgadmin too.
You should roughly calculate with 10 GB database size for 1 Mio. hands.
