Our Ignition Hand Grabber (IHG) app developer just pushed a new update this morning to address the issues with no tournament HUD being displayed and the issue with the multi-table cash games showing cumulative session stats in the hero HUD.

- Close your poker clients, close HM3 and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.
- Restart HM3 and make sure HM3 and the HM3 Server (Auto Import/HUD) is fully started.
- Open the HM3 - Apps - Ignition Hand Grabber - 'Status...' to make sure you have version 1.0.31

If you continue to have problems: Please reproduce the problem and screenshot the table/desktop before and after the problems. In the Ignition Hand Grabber (IHG) 'Status' window click the ‘Gear’ icon and select ‘Create Support Bundle’ and send that to us in a support ticket with screenshots of the tables/problems. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site wetransfer or filedropper and copy/paste the download link directly into the support ticket email. Please see this FAQ for more detailed instructions.

didn't fix it now only shows 1 hand for hero on hud no matter how many play. ill do what you said

Are you playing regular cash or STT or MTT? I just tested the new IHG version 1.0.31 and HM3 v3.1.18.0 on 2 cash tables and everything worked fine for me.

Please send the requested logs/pics and I will forward them to our developers to review when I come across your support ticket later today or tomorrow.

Before the update everything worked fine, have not changed anything since.

I played a couple orbits on 2 tables of FR cash this morning and had no issues as you can see in the image below. One thing to check is to make sure if you are playing cash games that your HM3 is not in tournament mode/reports or that will cause the hero HUD to only show 1 hand. If that doesn't help then please send us a support bundle as instructed above.

Does HM2 HUD work with WPN (AmericasCardroom)? I see HM3 works but I cant get HM2 HUD to work at all. Any suggestions? Ive tried everything.

I have no way to know if HM2 still works on WPN/ACR or any other network/site unfortunately as HM2 support ended on Dec 31, 2020. You will need to upgrade to HM3 for future technical support. You can read more about the HM2 End Of Life here.

I went and downloaded hem3 from the site. I want to use the 2 week trial to test it out but will buy it afterwards since I want to use the hud for 888.


After downloading hem3, it restarted my computer and then I notice 2 programs shown in my desktop after the download.


HM3 HuD only

But when I click on hem 3 icon, it shows message



Holdem Manager 3 could not start due to missing or corrupt files

Please reinstall the software. If the issue remains, contact hem support.

The error you are experiencing is happening because of an issue with the installation on your machine. This is usually caused by a security software or one of the dependencies being corrupt or missing. If you can send us log files, we can try to give you more precise instructions, however the following steps should ensure the integrity of HM3 installation.

Please try do a clean re-install of HM3:

1) Uninstall HM3 and delete the following folder with additional HM3 files - C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Max Value Software\Holdem Manager\Kits. If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory.
2) Delete C:\Program Files (x86)\Holdem Manager 3\ if it remains after uninstall.
3) Restart your PC
4) Download and install the previous stable version of HM3 from this link.

If you continue to have problems please try to make sure you have the latest VC++ and CefSharp dependencies as instructed in the following guide.

If none of that helps: Please create a support ticket via the 'Contact Support' link with a link to this thread and your forum username. Please reproduce the problem and attach a set of log files and a screenshot and detailed description of the issue in the support ticket you created.

Okay so I uninstalled hem3 from add/remove programs. But any reason why the 2 icons still show in my desktop? Usually after i delete a program, it removes from the desktop as well? I then sent it to recycle bin.



1. When you want me to uninstall the additional hm3 files, there is also a folder named 3.0 after you click on max value software folder. Does that need to be deleted as well? Also the Max Value Software under roaming, was that folder there before i downloaded hem3? Or was it there even for hem2?


Because i just deleted that folder you mentioned... then restarted laptop... and downloaded hem 3 again.



Now the issue is after it downloads everything, i get to the message of hem3 setup wizard

When i clicked next, it doesn't do anything. For some reason, i can't click next. I had uninstalled and reinstalled hem3 few times already and still this issue. Unless i needed to delete that max value software folder under roaming after removing hem3 from add/remove programs? Only thing i can do is click cancel or close the program. Next button doesn't work.



Also i took a look at the VC++ and CEFsharp in the following guide. Do I even have these programs installed on my laptop? I never even heard of these. So these new programs are required for hem3 but not for hem2? Im not even sure i have the microsoft visual that needs to be removed here.

You only need to delete the \Kits folder I mentioned.

It sounds like you are trying to install 3.1.18.0 you downloaded previously instead of the 3.1.17.0 version I linked to in my post. This is a known issue in our current release affecting some users. All you need to do is install from one of the links below then update* HM3 to the latest 3.1.18.0 version after you get an older version installed.

You should already have VC++ installed by default typically, and HM3 should have installed CEFsharp when you deleted the kits folder and reinstalled.

So basically anyone that wants to download hem3 cannot do this on the website and need to download it from here on this forum or on the hem support forum?

The current build on the site is not installing for some customers (next button does not work) so you need to install it from this link I posted - https://www.holdemmanager.com/downlo...rsion=3.1.17.0 - then you can update to 3.1.18.0 after you get 3.1.17.0 installed.

Having trouble on betmgm(party) to get my hud to make the display pop up correctly with the right players names.

I’ve tried to shift them around and it doesn’t work like it has on other sites.

Okay so I'm not sure how to set up the settings correctly for 888 and not even sure if i got it correct for the other sites.



The thing is when i started the hud on hem3, a hud did show up for 888 but the issue is the hud looks completely different than the hud i have for hem2. I assume this is the default hud for the hem3.



Is there a way for the hud in hem3 to appear exactly like on hem2 with the layout and the stats? My hem2 hud literally has like 5 stats on one line, then like 5 stats on the 2nd line and 5 stats on the 3rd line... but i had aligned it in a way where it doesn't block much of the table etc.. so I want my hem3 hud to look exactly like the hem2 hud stats i currently have.

Please make sure your poker site's preferred seating options are configured and matched to your HM3 - Tools - Site Settings - My Seat options.

Unfortunately there is no such stat or filter. You might be able to calculate it manually if you open the Sessions report and right-click - 'Save As...' the report to a CSV file then open that in a spreadsheet program and do some filtering by the Net Won column.

If the site is properly configured the red/orange marks will change to green once you have played some live hands.

You have to import the HM2 HUD profile to HM3 using the HM3 - HUD - 'Import HM2 HUDs...' option or by exporting the profile from HM2 first then using the HM3 - HUD - HUD Editor... - Options - 'Import HM2 Profile' option.

If you (1) left-click the Table 'HUD' panel you can (2) choose the HUD you want to use then (3) open the menu again as shown in the attached image to set it as the default profile for that table type:



You will need to do the same for each site/game you play unless you apply it to 'Any' in the HUD Options... Profile Select menu.

These HUD settings are saved and can be managed/created in the HUD - HUD Options: 'Profile Select' menu. Here is an example of how I have mine setup for cash and tournament testing:
