Still using hem2 now until i can't as I like how it is but know i will have to use hem3 later on.
This is likely the last update, we are just waiting for confirmation from PokerStars.fr Zoom players that the beta update got the HUD working again then we will make the current beta release our final official release.

You have to open the previous database and export them via the HM3 - Tools - Export Player Notes... menu, switch to the new database and import them via the HM3 - Tools - Import Player Notes.... menu. Once that is done you need to restart the HM3 client and server:

- Close your poker clients, close HM3 and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.
- Restart HM3 and make sure HM3 and the HM3 Server (Auto Import/HUD) is fully started.
- Launch your poker client(s).

Which specific PokerStars.xx skin are you playing? The latest HM2 beta has some PokerStars fixes so if you are not using 2.0.0.8709 yet please update and see if that helps.

Hey Fozzy, following the removal of the zoom ante tables, the hud no longer works at those limits - 10nl, 16nl & 25nl .

Will their be an update to fix this given Stars announced on the client that the antes wont be back?

It will definitely be taken care of for HM3 if it is a problem but I am not sure if we will be able to get that fixed in HM2 or not as we already pushed what we hope will be the last HM2 update version 2.0.0.8709. I think this may only require a small server side file update from our developers which they should be able to do without the need for another HM2 update, but I can't be sure about that or if they can/will until you or another customer sends us some screenshots, logs and hands from a session as instructed below.

Please create a support ticket via the Contact Support link and send all the following:

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screenshot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Attach a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue*
- Close HM2 and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

* All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD. It is configured in the Site Setup - Auto Import Folders menu.

Any update, or further advice on this missing HUD issue, all that technical jargon re:creating the support ticket etc is way above my paygrade! I am on 2.08709 and I cant afford a HM3 upgrade yet. TIA

HM3 - is there any way to get the old, dark color scheme from HEM2. Especially for the graphs. The white back ground is pretty awful.

HM3 has it's own unique dark theme in the Tools - Settings - 'General' menu.

On the subject of Hem 2 and the Pokerstars ante issue, if there is no planned fix is it a possible to rollback Hem2 to the version that existed before the ante’s were introduced?

I don’t think there have been any major changes since then so theoretically it should work, right? Are the old builds available or can they be made available?

I've tried reinstalling to 3 different version of HM2, including the newest. I've tried reinstalling postresql. The thing is - they've changed nl10 / nl25 / nl50 zoom from antee to non-antee again, and this is the issue. nl2 was non antee so the HUD works there, it just doesn't work on for example nl25 because the antee got removed there. I assume HM2 will not be fully functional again, as its "not supported" anymore? I've downloaded hm3 trial and maybe its human nature, but I don't like the way it looks. HM2 was perfect for me.
I hope you guys will push one more small update so I can play on non antee nl25 for 5 more years. Thanks.

HM2 development ended on 31Dec2020 so we will not be updating the software any longer. Rolling back to previous versions of HM2 will not fix the HUD on these former ante tables. You can fix this yourself if you close PokerStars and HM2 then edit the C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Roaming\Roaming\Holdem Manager\config\PokerstarsZoomTables.xml file to remove the references to the antes. i.e. Change "Aludra (Ante)" to "Aludra". If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory.

Hello!
After what amount of time not playing does HM3 start a new session (instead of just continuing the previous session)? And is there any way for me to set it up so that even after a short break (e.g. 5 or 10 minutes) it's being displayed as a new session?

HM3 currently has a hard-coded 30 minute session timeout that can not be changed. This feature request has been documented in detail and provided to the developers for future consideration. If you want to be notified if/when it is added please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HMT-4334 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

Thanks a lot for the extra effort.

unfortunately I don't have this PokerstarsZoomTables.xml file anywhere in the config folder. The only .xml files I have in the config folder are fastpokerconfig that only has 4 lines and prefs that has nothing about antes.

Is there anywhere else it might be or another name it might be under? I'm a little bit desperate.

Never mind. There was a second roaming folder in the roaming folder than contained only that file.

Hi, I'm having a lot of trouble with this.

My pokerstarszoomtables.xml file is not in C:\Users\Oliver\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Conf ig it is in it's own folder located here C:\Users\Oliver\AppData\Roaming\Roaming\HoldemMana ger\config (it's the only file in the whole folder).

When I edit this file as directed HEM2 crashes as soon as I start playing on one of the former ante tables.

I can move the edited .xml file to C:\Users\Oliver\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Conf ig and there is no crash and HEM2 runs the same as before however the HUD is still not working on the former ante tables.

Furthermore when I close HEM2 and reopen it it automatically recreates the original .xml file in the original location.

This is really depressing and I'm not sure what to do, I hope you have some idea.

Lets say I have a certain amount/sample size of hands like 50k or 100k hands and I want to know how many of those hands I have won. That in includes preflop cause everyone folded to my raise or an All-In Preflop or at Showndown or someone folding to my bet on the flop. Just how many hand I have won. How can I filter for that?
