I know.. can you add this? You can go to HEM and when selecting hands for replay, you can do view->copy to clipbord..

I have a new problem today on Zoom NL25 and it started at the end of the session. I restarted PC, hm2 and stars and nothing helps.

Hud is working for a few hands then i will play 1 hand with the stats from players from a previous table. Next hand the stats are correct again and problem will appear again after few hands. I made quite few mistakes because i had wrong stats on the tables.

These changes should be available in the next gold beta release. While we do not have an exact date for the release, you will receive a prompt to update once available as long as you have enabled the Settings > General > [x] Prompt for Beta Updates.

Thank you for the suggestion. We will discuss it in the near future and make a decision on whether to add the requested feature. We would love to add everyone’s suggestions, but we also need to be careful that we do not over complicate the software with too many features. As a result not all of them are implemented. If we do not add your feature on this occasion, we may reconsider it if more people show support for it in the future.

We are looking into some issues with specific limits and table sizes.

What version of HM2 are you using? What is your operating system? What limits are you having trouble on? What is the table size?

Is there a way to filter out CAP games for the winning poker network?

There is a glitch in the WPN software that only applies to cap games. When you get all in before the river card, the losing hand is never shown. So when you lose that all in, the EV is correctly recorded in HEM, and when you win that all in, it counts villain's hand as zero equity because HEM doesn't know villain's hand. HEM just treats that hand as if villain called on the river with a losing hand and gives hero 100% all in EV.

I am well over 100 buy ins below EV on the network and filtering out CAP games would be very valuable to me.

You can filter for hands using the hole cards filter in More Filters.

We also have the Preflop - Hole Cards report in More Reports, that will show a breakdown of all hands by hole cards.

The reports folder may have become corrupted. Please follow these steps:

Close HM2
Please delete everything in:

Win Vista/7/8: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Re ports
Windows XP: C:\documents and settings\username\application data\HoldemManager\Reports

It is not possible to filter out the CAP hands. You could create a new database and import the other hands, but it would be hard since there is no clarification on the files.

Abt the Pokerstars issue with the freezing tables:

I deleted the content of /Reports and /Filters folder, just kept the empty folders.
The problem is not solved though, as the tables keep freezing.
I have the latest version of HM2 installed.

I also have HM1, does it have the same problem or Stars works fine with it?

The problem is caused by a code change on the stars servers that conflicted with our zoom HUD code so if you were playing Zoom and using the HM1 Zoom workaround method it would affect HM1 as well.

*We are waiting on a stars server code rollback to address the current issue before we can continue working on a fix.

i seem to have a discrepancy between what HM2 tells me i won and the ipoker software. in the past i saw small differences ( a few $$ ) but today it showed me +52$ and in the cashier i had like +91$.

all the play is in euro.

my current version is 8227. i haven't updated yet to 2.0.0.8247 but it doesn't say anything about ipoker fixes.

are you aware of this issue ?

Try to update your local information in the ipoker client.

If that doesn't help:

Please try to vacuum/analyze and reindex your database - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...29#maintenance

If you continue to have problems, try the following:

Try creating a new DataBase and import a small portion of your \HM2Archive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...y+played+hands

If the new database seems to work properly, it sounds like your database might be corrupt. This is why regular backups are a good idea. If your database becomes corrupt you can restore a backup and only have to import the most recent hands (that were played after the backup was created) and edit any tournament results if necessary.

If none of the above steps helped please zip and email the problem hand histories. If you have a large sample just send us a small sample which you can reproduce the problems with. Please include a link to the relevant thread if you posted this in the forums and send it to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with v7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.

When sending any hand history files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is too big to attach to an email please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox or filedropper and send us the download link.

What is the latest news on the zoom problem? If it is still not resolved...is there an older HM2 version where zoom nl25 6max works flawless? My stars client version is 6, build 9270.

We are happy to report that The Zoom HUD at the 25NL stakes is now working as of Friday January 23rd. Please restart your computer for the changes to take effect and if you happened to update to our beta 8267 that was posted in the forums briefly please update/rollback to HM2 official release version 8247 or our previous beta version 8264.

We can also report that the problem remains for Zoom 16NL. Users of the Zoom HUD at 16NL may experience HUD refresh delays and inaccurate data displayed due to incompatibilities with PokerStars at this time. At this point we recommend either changing stakes if you were previously a 16NL Zoom player, or you can click the ‘Stop HUD’ in the HM2 menu ribbon.*

We will continue to provide updates as we learn more.

*If you play NL16 Zoom and other non-Zoom stakes/tables where you want the HUD to display you can manually edit the config file to disable the HUD on Zoom tables only:

1) Close HM2 and the PokerStars client.

2) Open this file in %appdata% with notepad:
C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Config \FastPokerConfig.xml

3) Set PokerStars to “false” like this and save the file.
