Just wondering if any one has any good pointers for common stat ranges they'd like to share. I'm still fumbling around trying to figure out what ranges i should be using to color code my stats for 6max nl.

Wow, this is one behemoth of a thread. Hopefully someone can answer.

I just installed the 1.08 (beta 22) version and imported every text file on my PC. Now, I'm mostly interested in the tournament support, and it looks awesome. But when I compared the numbers to my TM numbers, a few tournaments seemed to be missing every month.

Any ideas at all?

Also, is it correctly understood that this version of HEM renders Stars tourney history files useless?

I think it does, but as far as I know it doesn´t support Euro currency yet, so everything will be shown as $.

Fozzy71 made these some time ago. I don´t know if someone has some ranges for the newer stats in HEM, but anyway here´s some of them.

FWIW - I was (and still am) a nit, so those ranges may be kind of tight for many people. I would suggest adjusting them by going thru the HEM Articles and using the numbers in the articles to make them more appropriate where applicable.

Hi everyone, I've been lurking around here for awhile but this'll be my first post.

I'm just starting to try and get serious with my poker playing and I downloaded the HEM demo for my pc, planning on purchasing the software after the 15 days if I can get it to work correctly.

Anyway, my problem is that when the HUD shows up it starts from zero hands every time. For example I have a couple hundred hands on myself already in Hold'em manager but every time I start a game it starts my HUD display back at zero hands. I can still access everyone's stats over all my games in the other window but it is a little annoying that I can't see hands I've accumulated against villains in the HUD.

I've searched around in the HUD Options menu and haven't seen anything that would do this (the hud filters window is set to allow everything).

It even seems to restart my hands sometimes when I am moved from table to table...

I already tried the HEM forums but no responses yet, I figured I might have a better shot here.

I am running it in windows 7, but I'm not sure if that is causing the issue - because everything else seems to be working.

I haven't use HM in a few months and now its not updating the stats for my name...
When playing the hud will show my stats for the session on the table, but these stats never get added to my total stats in the cash game tab. I'm playing with the same name and everything and downloaded the new patch.

Any idea why this is? Thanks

Is this for you or for all the villains, HM is designed to only show your session stats at that table as we felt it was alot more useful for a couple of reasons

1) Alot of people will have a huge amount of stats on themselves so it saves lagging issues having to show these for yourself

2) Alot of regulars are very aware of their stats and when youve alot of stats accumalated it would take a huge swing just for 1 stat to change since youve such a big sample and so there not very useful

3) Its much more beneficial to see your session stats to get an idea of how aggressive or passive people will see you since you sat at that table.

4) You can easily check your overall stats in the reports section to remind any stats but again most people know their stats pretty well.

Well there was no pop-up window with an error message, that's for sure. If something should've appeared under "Import errors:" in the bottom of the import dialogue, it's possible - but doubtful - that I missed it.

About "renders them useless", I mean...it doesn't seem like I will have to bother with them with HEM? All sorts of stats seemed to be there anyway?

edit: Oh and one more thing. I am currently importing from a directory containing 52 hh files. The import speed is <7/s, on a modern computer that isn't busy doing other stuff. Isn't this incredibly slow?

Oh, and I also have a question regarding the luck graph and Double or Nothing tournaments. Could it be that it's not working properly for these tournies?

Now, it seems reasonable up to the 2400 mark, after which it just goes haywire with supposed runbad. It seems to me this is more likely a programming glitch than actual extreme runbad.

I disabled UAC and hold'em manager started working a bit better, but my HUD still isn't appearing. On my table manager, it shows my tables but says they have no players. Help?

I've just purchased hold em manager and have got everything set up and working fine except the HUD stats for every player appear on the task bar instead of next to the players. I have tried dragging the stats but when i pull them away from the task bar they disappear. Any help would be very much appreciated, i've tried everything!

This seems to have only worked for the day I did it. Today I opened hem after a few days of not playing and I got the same not being able to connect crap.

Is there any easy way to fix this. Im not gonna do all the stuff that Ive read in the hem forums sticky, just to much of a hassle. If I dont get this fixed looks like Im going back to pt2.

This is the first time i use HM. I cant get the hud on pokerstars. I have imported the file for the table im playing at and that works but i still dont have a HUD on the table. I tried to select the option to relaunch the HUD and that also does not work. Does anyone have any suggestions?

With poker tracker i dont have no problems with hud.

I have been focusing on NL cash games for the last few months but have started playing SNG's again.. I like HM for the simple in play hud you can get but im having trouble trying to analyse my play with wizard ie i can't find my SNG HH's for wizard to load up.

does HM move these somewhere cause my HH folder i set up in the full tilt program files is empty.

I have been exporting them from HM but there must be a better way..

The thing is its most like the firewall/antivirus etc blocking postgreSQL, this isnt going to change if you use another program that uses postgreSQL so you should follow this FAQ if you want to fix it, if your not going to follow it 100% though it wont work so if you just disable the firewalls/antiviruses instead of uninstalling it simply wont work http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm....aspx?faqid=34

When you reimport the hands when its complete it should say hands imported, import errors and duplicates on the Import TAB, have a look and see if there is errors and if there is then send me the hh to morny@holdemmanager.net and also quote a summary of the problem

7 per second is pretty slow. What specs is your PC? Maybe try doing a defrag with this tool http://www.defraggler.com/

You need summaries if there is more than 1 table since most of the time the HH dosent have enough information, for sngs you shouldnt need them
