All four of the sites for their products say the licenses are lifetime. Only Stud Indicator has a single-year license.
I just upgraded to a new laptop and asked for licenses for all four products to be replaced. They only replaced three of them. This is something they've done before — and last time it took me four months of emailing them, and finally contacting the BBB, to get the license replaced.
This time, I wrote to them again after a few days and asked for the license, noting that support doesn't seem to be staying on top of that account and so that's why I've sent the second request to all support addresses, to be sure it's seen and the problem is resolved. I didn't want to have to file another BB complaint and wait four months.
Their reply, verbatim: "That's your complaint? We'll disable all your licenses permanently. Good luck."
I'm in the process of gathering what I need for a class-action lawsuit, so if anyone else reading this is tired of their nonsense, keep your eyes right here. They've pushed the wrong person and they're going to realize that soon. I have receipts and screenshots of all the proof I need.
