help with ranges for gto+

i just bought gto+ and am tinkering with it , is there a way i can use default ranges provided by them ?im new to the studying and what not so i havent constructed my own , and unfortuantely due to by subscription to upswing running up and not being able to afford it again at the moment i have no access to theres
is there any free ranges available that are more advanced then just typical rfi range ?
