I mostly play PLO8/NLO8. Unfortunately, the calculations for O8 hands are actually made based on PLO equities, so the EV numbers are way off.

I love the software in general.

Is there a way to fix the timestamp on hands? I was playing on ACR for the first time tonight and can't find my session because most of them were played in June 25 (UTC). The stats come up under rooms, but not under my "sessions". I'm assuming that's because the time stamp is off. I fixed it under "configuration - rooms", but nothing is found yet.

Ok got the graph / overall season to pop up…but the hud and individual stats don’t seem to be catching hands. The hud stays on zero hands.

No, it's not possible at this time. For any integrations in H2N you must use API

Hi, I was looking for a new HUD and stumbled across Hand2Note. When I went to install it though I get a windows alert: "Microsoft Defender SmartScreen prevented an unrecognized app from starting. Running this app might put your PC at risk."

Why does this occur and is it safe to install? I made sure to download it from the website but as far as I can tell there are no hash / checksums to double check I have the right file.

Probably, it is a false positive.

Absolutely loving GT-HUD and H2N. Using the Pokerstars HUD on PSMI. I'm curious....the HUD seems to auto align after I get my first hand, but the showdown hands are always off. I've been aligning and re-aligning them to the correct player every day for about 2 weeks now. Seems to stay for the session, but is messy on the next session.

Is there anyway to reset the showdown hands and try to re-align them again?

Yes, You can reset hud positions.

First Please go to the Hand2Note Configuration -> Rooms and please Reset settings to their Default



After it please close Hand2Note and remove the file HudDeltas.cg or HudPositions.cg(if on of these files is missing it is fine) that is located in the folder C:\Program Files\Hand2Note\Config by default. After that open Hand2Note, sit at one table and wait for HUD to adjust automatically. After that you can move the panels to where you need them by holding right-click on the panel and dragging it.

Don’t open more than one table when arranging HUD for the first time.Please note that your HUD consists of many different tables with different display conditions, then you need to place all these tables (as they appear) in the correct places by mouse. Only after that, they will appear where it is necessary.

h2n and winamax worked fine. then some new auto updates few weeks ago messed up everything.
if u start h2n then winamax, the client shuts down. ok. i can open the client first
and then h2n. then it works. but everytime i get a disconnect, winamax reconnected
h2n closes the client again. i have to shut down h2n , open winamax again
and during this process i lose soo much money and why?? h2n brings an update that destroy the performance with a room where wasno issue to begin with and dont even fix things. a really dissapointed customer

There is a known issue with the last update for winamax. As a temporary solution you can rollback the update.

First please disable rooms compability auto updates in Configuration -> HUD


After it press on the updates bottom right corner of the hand2note

Search updates for 24th or 25th october with the following version of Hand2Note 3.3.1.22


Press on 3 dots and rollback hand2note

When you guys will solve all the issues(it frozes after a while) with ACR Blitz tables and Dynamic huds? I have the prepaid annual EDGE subscription but cannot really use it.

We didn't receive any similar reports after latest WPN fix, so try to reinstall ACR client, update Hand2Note to latest version and check that issue again. First of all, please update Hand2Note up to the latest version 3.3.1.30 and make sure again you have configured Autoimport correctly (sometimes settings get lost after updating):
