gtowizard very slow for me today, for anyone else?

is there a way when you are doing the trainer to remove the answers? it basically shows me what percentage i should be doing all actions. right now i'm in the free version so maybe thats why?

Is it possible to copy and paste the preflop ranges in text format?

Purchased GTO wizard recently, practice mode get hung up at times. I'll pick an option and it seems to lag for 4 to 10 seconds? Anyone else experiencing this by chance?

I found an interesting solution where the EV of folding across the range was .01bb. Is this some kind of bug or rounding error?

I don't understand what is going on with the site. Drills have huge lag the past couple days, making them unusable. Uploaded hands are taking forever to analyze. No communication from admins about their issues.

Premium member for a couple of months now. Seems like they have grown too fast and are not investing into making the necessary upgrades. Not impressed.

I use the service extensively everyday and haven't had any issues.

when i go to study on choose a flop, the programs ends there. No options for postflop are given so right now I can only use gtowizard for preflop

The way solvers calculate EV is (Starting stack - Ending stack). We manually normalize the displayed EVs such that folding is 0EV. The strategies and relative EV's are still correct, but they haven't been normalized properly in this spot. We'll take a look, Thanks!



Yes, just open the ranges tab and press copy.

The presolved solutions assume everyone has taken GTO actions. Limp-calling is not GTO strategy in most cases. So we wouldn't have a range for that player.

If you want to solve custom ranges, try the Elite tier. You can assign whatever range you want to the limp caller and solve it that way!

Drills lagging for a long time is uncommon, but sometimes a quick fix is to simply restart the session.

You can see an ETA for when your uploaded hands will finish being analyzed in your Uploads page. In most cases it won't take long, but there are occasional traffic spikes if many people are uploading hands simultaneously.

This might be a general theory question, but why are the differences in EV across different actions so tiny? I noticed this in particular in cbet/check situations. Is it because I'm playing vs a gto opponent, whereas in reality someone would exploit me for much more EV?

Also what are the percentages on the right above the EV?

the differences are so tiny between the "normal sizings" because the strategies are very well balanced, only when you do something way off (like allin in this case) the EV is way off

the % on top are how many times you should choose that action
so in the case above the gto approach is to bet 4.2 95,3% of the time, bet 6.95 2,3% of the time etc.
the ev of betting 26.25 or going all-in differs so much from the other actions that is doesnt fit in a balanced strategy and are therefore made 0% of the time

also the difference in ev for one hand between 1.58ev and 1.48ev isnt as tiny as it might seem, imagine losing 0.1ev every hand

In my GTOWIZ there are no complex ranges only simple, simplified and general. I want to use complex ranges sometimes, why cant I see them?

Currently contemplating either this or deepsolver. Why is GTO Wizard better than deepsolver?

Tried both and answered my own question. GTOWiz is a far better product than Deepsolver for many, many reasons.

Trying to upgrade it says having issues check card. Cards are fine. Tried email and discord. Can I get help here?

I keep asking in discord but nobody answers about it: The premium and elite tiers of the cash game sub contain straddle+ante solutions. So then what does the straddle+ante package offer that you're not already getting in the original premium or elite? I don't quite see the purpose of the straddle+ante tier since you're already getting that in the 6max/9max/heads up cash game package.

To me the trainer GTO scoring seems pointless as it almost gives you a near perfect score > 80% even if you do not understand the spot as most hands are mixed in the solution. Think playing correct is more about the correct frequencies but that is not incorporated in the scoring as far as I am aware off.

GTO Wizard put out multiple announcements earlier this month stating that they were seeking new employees for different positions. I applied to the customer service agent position as this is remote and suits me well at this time. I sent in an introductory email and then completed all online forms and applications that were sent to me. This was nearly a week ago and literally nobody has responded to me since. Not the admins in Discord, not the email address I had been corresponding with...nobody. I thought this was just me until I spoke to someone else in Discord that has had the same experience. Just zero contact after applying for a position.

What happened here? You guys were so pinpoint and fast to respond to queries of all kinds until it came to employment. I understand you're not going to hire everyone but it's *really* strange to just receive zero correspondence after completing all of the application steps for a job when you have so many methods of correspondence that you have - until now - responded to nearly instantly. I mean, I even asked one of the reps straight up if they had already made their decisions and the hiring process was over and...no response. It's just bizarre.

Well, I finally heard back. They declined to hire me for the customer service agent position lol. This is the lowest level position that I have ever been denied employment for and I'm clearly overly qualified for the position. Overly. Excellent communication skills, lots of previous experience, and total availability. /shrug

That's their prerogative. More time for me to focus on my game. I was surprised to even hear anything back at this point, to be honest. No skype or voice chat during the hiring process and only a relatively short questionnaire. Not entirely sure what they're making their hiring decisions based on. How can you hire people you've never seen or spoken to?

Hello do you guys do some follow up on your partners? Me and my friends have sent 100s of hands (only rivers) with perfect matches on bovada and yet to recieve refunds or follow ups. Considering it continues every session without exceptions I doubt they even have a security team or investigate the hands. Does this affect your partnership? After all they are listed as your partners. It seems like they only get free marketing from you.

Hi gtowizard, i dont understand how to use gtowizard…i am trying to obtain something very simple: rfi for 6max CO with bet sizing of 2BB but when i plug in the utg and hijack fold it only allows me to either fold call or raise ALL IN!?? What is that about
