What hosting to upload the file to? Can I send it to email, I don't want to share the file publicly

Hi - Quick question to ensure I'm interpreting things right.

When I look at the "Entire Decision" panel there's a summary box at the bottom with pot size, combos, equity and EV (and some other stuff). I can understand why IP Equity and OOP Equity have to sum to 100%, but I don't get why IP EV and OOP EV sum to the current pot size. Surely the EV also depends on future bets and calls, so the sum of the IP and OOP EV should be greater than (or equal to) the current pot size?

In the individual hand combo table I can often see the EV of an action is greater than the current pot size, but just wondering why it doesn't seem to reflect this in the summary at the bottom?

Put another way, where can I see the current EV for each player?

The two players are fighting over the pot, so their EV's will always add up to the pot. So, for example, if the pot is $80, then if one player has a $55 share in the pot, then the other player will have the remaining $25.

If that hand is, for example, the nut flush, then it may well be possible that the EV of that hand is greater than that pot. The other player will have a negative EV in this scenario. So, if the pot is $80, and hero holds the nut flush, then his EV may well be $200, whereas villain's EV is -$120.

New features have been added since the addition of medium storage that conflict with it. It's unfortunately not possible to have both features, and there was no alternative other than removing it.

Hello, I made big 20bg dababase file on one machine and tried to open it on other computer. GTOx opens the file but its empty, no database, no solved trees. Do you know why is it and is it possible to fix it?

It sounds as if the file was corrupted when moving it to the new computer.
Or possible the other computer does not have enough RAM to load the file.

Perhaps an alternative would be to export the database into its individual trees?
For this, use the code export_mydir after "Export flops to file".
The individual trees will be exported to the directory /flops/mydir.
For mydir, use any name as you see fit for the target directory.

I have a 4GB file (16GB of Ram) which won't open.

On a couple of occasions it has said "Unexpected file type" but usually it just crashes before the DB loads.

Is it possible to split a Database into single files without being able to open it?

Is there any other workaround?

It sounds like the file may have been corrupted.
If you can send it to support, then I'll check and see if we can restore it.

I'm using the latest version of GTO+. Why is this file missing some features, like the flop filtering tool and so on? This is a databse of flops ofc.

Also I was wondering if it is possible to filter more in certain groups.
E.g. when I look at 2crd bcdr fd. if I only want hands that have no straightdraw, no pair and only a 2crd bcdr fd. can I currently get this done?
I watched many videos, but haven't come across this option, this would be very helpful.

I'll make a note of it.
It's technically not very difficult to filter for combinations of filters; the challenge is to write an interface for it.

The filters will be available if an aggregate report can be created.

Aggregate reports require the following properties:
1) All trees in the database have the same pot/stacks/bets/etc.
2) The preflop range is symmetrical. For example, a range like AA,AhKh is not symmetrical, because there's more hearts than clubs/diamonds/spades.

GTO+ is to a large extent CREV2, so purchasing either product will include the other for free.

Please add such filters to GTO +. Or make it possible to edit hand category filters yourself like FlopzillaPRO.
There is a very shortage of these filters, every time you have to connect to FZpro and set filters there and manually hammer into Excel and so on.

Ok, I will consider adding more extensive options here for future releases.

my GTO+ is constantly crushing, closing itself without any error message.

It usually doesn't happen as often as now, when I ran a hand with extensive storage settings and I am looking at turn and river reports for specific hand. It crashes x times a minute.

I am running the latest BETA version.

Any solution to this please?

I'm not aware of any issues. Can you at the very least try uninstalling and reinstalling to a different directory? This should ensure a fresh reinstall, just in case a file was corrupted. Also, please set an exception in your virus scanner. Often unexplainable issues are caused by external software interfering with software. If the issue persists, can you please send a savefile to support where you experience this issue, and describe what you're doing at the point of a crash? If at all possible please include a video.

The first bet on the flop is no longer removed, given that we don't know whether this bet is a donk. From now on this option only applies to the turn and river. To remove the first bet on the flop, enter 0 for "1st bet".

Could you add a K high (or second high card) category? Also a way to select two or more categories at the same time.
