If you're working with a datase, then you may want to use "Basic" storage. This is because in "Extensive" storage, individual trees require more RAM. When working with a single tree, this is rarely a problem, but if, for example, you have 100 trees that each require 50MB, then this will add up to 5GB.
An alternative is to export your database into its separate trees, solve the individual trees, and then merge them together again into a database. Here is a description of how to do this:

Other than that, it's probably best to use single bet sizes on the the turn and river. Your trees will become smaller, and require less RAM (also, they will solve faster). Using simplification on the turn/river will not be an issue, given that these lines are only needed to estimate the EV of hands in later phases of the board. Overly much detail is not needed for this.
