In version 39 HUD didn't work at all for multientry. I had sent to your team all info including table screenshots. in 40 HUD started to work but the way I described. I will try to send you new HH and tables screenshots.

Mostly yes. Depending on the computer I play on, I use either fpdb or HM2. But since there are not HUD stats in the replayer, I need to export the fpdb sessions for session reviews and db synchronization. Exporting the whole db every time is a bit tedious.

I've been programming for a few years though mostly in ruby and javascript. Maybe this weekend I'll try to get it working on 6max nlhe.

Out of curiosity, hows it hold up to HEM and poker tracker in terms of performance/memory use? I was initially just looking for a more lightweight hud because I use my old desktop for poker and HEM lags out and occasionally freezes. But think I'll pick this up anyway just as an excuse to learn some more python.

I have never used the commercial trackers so I can't compare. Given FPDB is a part-time volunteer effort, I'd be surprised if it was faster, but it's not impossible. Try it and see, right?

Fpdb is much lighter than HM2. That's one of the reason I use it . Not sure about PT4 though.

In ring player stats? There's a thing on the filter panel that says "Number of Players". Does that do what you want?

Hi, I'd like to use FPDB. Just downloaded an unzipped 0.41 (RC6) for Windows.

I play on 888. Since there is no 888 in the configuration, I chose Pacific and pointed to the directory for hand histories. Hand Import during play does work. However, I have no HUD Data on the table. (Yes I started the HUD and the small "HUD Window" is open.)

Any hints? Thx in advance.

Oh, I meant with the HUD. The HUD includes both FR and 6-max (5-max in my case) hands. This is annonying as it messes up the stats of people who play both FR and 5-max.

In the HUD config popup thing you get when you right-click the 'FPDBMenu' anchor, you can set "number of seats" for hero and opponent stats. Unfortunately if you play both FR and SH at the same time you'll need to manually set one or the other at every table - I believe they can coexist on different tables but only one setting can be in the config file, it's a global thing there. Perhaps another feature for my list?

Check the log messages for anything that might help us out.

Unfortunately, there is nothing of much interest in the logs (at least to me :-)).

The site-path was set to "C:\Windows\Program Files\...", I changed this to "C:\Windows\Program Files <x86>\..."

After correcting the favorite seat setting, fpdb works like a charm. Thanks and keep up the good work.

Screen names should be fine. Fpdb imports hands but hud doesn't show up. I use 0.40.5

Can somebody help me setting up a basic HUD for the limit games?
I'm confused with all the postgres, numpy, matplotlib, and PyLab.

That still looks like your HUD_config.xml is broken. Did you delete it and run again? Check the about fpdb thing to make sure you get the right one.

1) Go here. Download the latest fpdb-win-****.zip file. Unzip, run fpdb.exe. No need for all that other stuff you mentioned, should just need to configure screen name + hand history directory. Report back if you have problems.

Yes I deleted it. I have now HUD_config.xml.example file instead of HUD_config.xml. I also deleted and downloaded 0.40.5 again but got that example file again.

I think that's what it's called off the top of my head. The dialog should tell you which config file FPDB is actually trying to use.

I have deleted right file now. It created it again. But still no hud. I found Errorno 22 from the log. Does that tell you something?
