I have no idea if fpdb works with lock poker, but that should be the correct setting to test if it does.

turns out i didnt have it in a default folder but i dug it up out of my pc, i can now auto import, but when i click site preferences, it does not say detect next to lock as some other sites do say detect, i was in a room and the auto import was working it had an error it said and no hud never come up on my table, any idea's please help!

just tested out carbon and the software worked great there!

I'd like to thanks the developers for doing a great job with this - but I have a problem.

I installed the software no problem. Set it up as per the Wiki. I have imported a couple of hand histories from Full Tilt and when I run the Bulk Import it seems to work and tells me Import Complete. But when I go to the viewers I get nothing. When I fill in my Full Tilt Poker ID there's no auto complete which the Wiki says there should be - is this an error in the naming of the databases? Also Full Tilt puts my hand historys in a different place to the full tilt software. I have changed the location in the site preferences but wonder if this would cause a problem. Can't find anything in the wiki to suggest a solution so I'm posting here.

Just had a look at the log and I'm getting loads of parse errors

I will try redownloading and reinstalling

just played that exact table with no hud problem. Can you send me the hand history file please (bbtgaf .. gmail ...com)

is there something i need to know on how to be able to detect ipoker in site preferences? all others say detect but not ipoker. i have the site preference set right- but it doesnt have my screenname on the history path. the auto detect works and reads that im playing lock and gets an error, and none of the hand stats or any hands are not showing up nor is the HUD.

Did you try hitting the "refresh" button after importing?

Never mind the "detect" button. Don't use that.
Just put your data in manually. That is your screen name and the path to where your hand histories are saved. I'm no expert but from what I understand your problem should be solved if you read the wiki carefully and follow the instructions.

Looking at the logs its a parser error everytime - its not reading the history file and so nothing is being saved to the database - it seems to start reading the file and then get stuck at about the same place everytime. It gets the game No., table name, stakes, date & time and then starts reading the player info but only gets the first 3 seats before failing - it then tries the next hand and the same thing happens. As far as I can see it tries 5 hands and then gives up. I see an import complete message at that point but nothing has been saved to the database.

The hud works perfectly on PS but the second i use it on FTP i get the following error.
FT20130710 House (6 max) - NL Hold'em - $0.01-$0.02.txt 0 stored, 0 duplicates, 0 partial, 1 errors (time = 0.047000).

And no this is not my normal stake, i was testing the hud

What version of fpdb? Mind sending that hand history file to chaz@pokeit.co?

I've got this working.

I'd downloaded version 0.30.7 which this page (http://****************/projects/fpdb...?source=navbar) says is the latest version. Then on this page (http://****************/projects/fpdb...pdb/Snapshots/) I got version 0.39.997 and that works - at the top of the page it still says "download the latest version" with a link to the 0.30.7 but the date on the 0.39.997 version is more recent. It's slightly confusing and I only found the link to the snapshots because one of the developers posteed it here - I searched around on sourceforge but the download link I kept seeing was to the 0.30.7 version. (Hell maybe I'm easily confused and just shouldn't be even attempting to play poker ;-))

None of this is meant as criticism - I love open source and wish I had the talent to contribute rather than simply use.

Ok so i attempted to download different versions of the program. Everything downloads fine but when i go to the configure tab then select site settings there is nothing there that you can click and change. Have you created the database tables after downloading (go to 'Maintainance - create/recreate tables). I have no idea if this is the answer but if there were no database tables it might explain why there is nothing to configure.

Yeah that fixed that problem but now when i try to run the hud nothing comes up. I give up, i'll just use the Hud on poker stars cause it works fine on there :P

I had the same problem - I had FPDB running, I'd started HUD/Autoimport and when I joined a table I got a little window that said 'closing this closes the HUD' or something similar - when I did close it the HUD appeared. I've only run the thing once on FTP but I'll probably play a bit later today and I'll work out exactly what I did to get it running and let you know.

How do I change the color of the stats showing on my HUD? Right now all the stats have the same color which is a bit inconvenient for me to distinguish.

I think you need to edit the configuration file - I think there's something on the WIKI about it.
